actually i came to big cinemas magnum mall, meerut..
i was taking 3 tickets for movie RAGOON at 2:15 but when i reached here at the ticket counter, the executive there forcefully wanted me to take the combo offer only..when i denied for that he refused to give the tickets and talked in a very unprofessional way..
Because of this i have to book the tickets by paytm and i have to wait for next 1hr because the time for 2:15 show was gone in that discussion with him..
i cant even think that big cinemas executives are so bad...
please take this as serious issues.
i m not the only one there are so many who had taken the combo just because they don't have any option... ko

I booked a movie on 30/12/16 in carnival cinemas earlier known as big cinemas. I ordered a pizz in the interval from same movie hall and done payment via citi bank debit card. it was showing transaction canceled in card machine but i payment was transfered from my bank account.
After 11 days i am still waiting for payment revert.

I was trying to book ticket for big cinema ansal plaza gurgaon. By default system has taken big cinema Ansal plaza vashali.
Now am requesting 24 hour before movie time cancel the ticket but bookmy show as well Ansal plaza refuse to cancel ticket.

Looking support from management to refund my money as it against customer rights.

Sir,
I have booked two tickets at ebony lounge gipmall noida by book my show with booking id. Wfhjbdg dt17aug2016 11am. But the tickets generated were for 11pm. I came to know about the fault after reaching big cinemas gip noida. I talked to cinema authorities but they didnt help saying that the fault is all of your booking site and they don't even running any show at 11am. All this has harrased me both financially and mentally so you are requested to look into the matter otherwise i will have to take further action. Because i am feeling cheated for other's fault either yours or book my show.
Hope you will consider this seriously an take an early action.

I went today with my family to Anjali Big cinemas Aurangabad. They didn't let us to take water bottle in the theater. So we kept the water bottle outside the theater.
During the movie i wanted to drink water but it was not available, after inquiring with the theater staff they said water is available at the counter for Rs. 50.
I said to them why they are charging 2.5 times extra as the MRP on the Bottle was Rs 20. There answer was sir i[censored] want to take, take it or leave it.
So why the multiplex are allowed to charge above the MRP. This is really harsh

My family went to big cinema, pacific mall, kaushambi (plot no. 1, pacific mall, dr burman road, sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010) to watch a movie on[protected], sunday.

I bought three tickets for 12:45 pm show of movie te3n (screen 4, seats d9, d10, d11), we sat on our seats, and then we gradually discovered/experienced the following problems, which made it sufficiently hard to watch and focus on the movie.

1. the seats were lax (loose), ridiculously uncomfortable.
2. the seat in front of me was constantly hitting my knees. (zero (read: negative) leg room)
3. the seat in front of my mother was hiding 20% of screen.
4. the handle was lax too, and it spilled my cold drink.

The above 4 key issues led to a terrible experience and we, as can be imagined, couldn't enjoy our movie, for which we have paid our hard earned money and time. it's frustrating. that auditorium should have been put up for renovation but due to the greed of corporate, they didn't think renovation was important, and the consumer have to badly suffer. i politely requested them via mail to refund money, but they replied with a lie, and then never cared to reply my consequent 6 mails in 11 days.

I deeply request the authorities concerned to help me get justice. please ask big cinema to refund my ticket amount of rs. 440, which i absolutely deserve, along with compensation of equal amount of rs 440 for the time and effort i have to put in to get my money from these cheaters.

At Galaxy Cinema Hall, Mansarovar, Jaipur, during morning show of Independence Day and Raman Raghav, the counter boys were selling tickets stamped with Pepsi 300 ml and were charging Rs 30 extra. Some of those who protested were returned back by saying normal tickets are not available. We were 4 friends who moved to Entertainment Paradise Hall for movie. We have decided not to visit such cheat cinema hall again

This is regarding an issue that i and my husband recently faced in big cinemas agra (Tdi mall).

We booked our tickets from book my show with a jumbo combo of popcorn and 2 pepsi on 9th may monday. Booking id - adta[protected].

The seats that we booked were broken (Not in sitting condition, seat no.-c26, 27).Infact many seats that we tried were broken (Some were infact mssing). Condition of hall was so bad that we decided not to go at any big cinemas now.

Then when we entered that hall, we told person at food counter to see the message for the order we booked with tickets and send it to our seat. He refused to see it by saying that come in interval and tell the seat number as i am leaving now and some other person will come in place of me. We told him to note the order and pass on to the next person but he refused.

Then we came out in interval for our order for which we are told that our jumbo popcorn container is out of stock so we cant process your order (Make it cancel through bookmyshow - which was not possible). He called the manager who came after the film again started (Infact we miss 2-3 scenes also) and after negotiations we were given large popcorn and 2 pepsi (From bottles and flat). Also 40rs were returned.

This was the worst experience that i think anybody can get in big cinemas.

Really worst!

I will never recommend your cinemas to anybody now.

Really saddened by your services & hygiene and everything in your cinema.

This is very bad service providing by you.
Hello, I tried to call the customer care for my refunding of Movie
tickets which is cancelled by you for due to short-circuit on
04/05/2016.but none of the so called customer care number is
available.I was buy a 7 tickets and also travelled from Alandi to
Kalyaninagar, and when we reached at Big cinemas yours peoples told us
today's picture is cancelled, this is very pathetic. What about ours
Petrol allowances.That was first time when I heard that customer care
numbers are busy and cassette was being played requesting to call back
after some time. This is pathetic. How can a customer care numbers be
this much busy? I am still waiting for my refunding money.I am very
much disappointed by this service and non reachable customer care.If
you take not any action on that then we will take a lea gel action.

I went to big cinemas with my friends at Jalandhar. And took 5 tickets for baaghi movie today. They took 480 /- ... As my card is coral so 2 tickets free... They took a payment of 160 and 480 . one by one... Why that 160 payment... I want my money back else I'll take you to court .is this a way to treat your costumers. I never expected such worst service from you.

I have taken my kid for the 3d movie of junglebook it was a very bad experience at the theatre.

3D goggles provided at the cenema hall are of very much poor quality.

We couldn't enjoy the movie .

Its a loot of bigcinema ... pure loot we have wasted our time and money at big cinema

Request to refund our money or i am going to launch a complaint

This is to submit that I have gone for the movie show on 14th April 2016 at Big Cinema, Ansal's plaza, Greater Noida with my family. Movie name: Jungle Book, Hindi, 3D @ 6.30 pm.

During the entire show, the AC was not working and the entire hall was highly suffocating. The site manager kept on confirming that it would be rectified in 5-10 minutes and the entire audience was continuously complaining.

We have spend Rs. 570/- for the tickets and Rs. 180/- on the snacks which was not worth. Poor maintenance and customer management.

Kindly look into the matter and provide us the refund of the expenses.

Yesterday i visited tarun big cinema durg to watch the jungle book in 3d but the glass provided by cinema is of such low quality that it brought pain to our eyes and no 3d effect observed. It was better to watch them in 2d in my city in half rate. I was having my own 3d glass with me from which the effect was amazing and cool to eyes. On complaining the manager about it he abruptly behaved with us and he treated very badly with us. First they told that the movie is made in low 3d quality so that children should not get scared. But when i gave them my own 3d glass to them they started arguing and misbehaving with me. I came all the way 35 km to watch the 3d movie only with my 09 family members. The same movie is also being show in my own city just beside my home . In half of your rate but it was very hell experience in your theatre and was sheer waste of money. All i want is refund of money

Myself dr pravin .Yesterday i booked 3d movie tickets at anjali big 7.45 show for family . I came from beed 135 kms away from aurangabad to show 3d movie to kids. I purchased 7 ttickets bt chair no.N 13 was badly broken so we can't enjoyed the movie. I complained to concern person he tried to repair bt not done. I took photos of chair and that person and requested to refund my amount. He arrogantly said come outside so i decided to complain in consumer cort. Please if possible then refund me .

We went with my family to see the movie "the jungle book" in big cinema, aurangabad. But the 3d projection was very bad. We could not seen any 3d effect in full movie. When i asked to my around peoples for the same, they had the same problem. I complaint two time to cinema hall attendant for the same. He told me that effect are after the interval. We saw full movie but we not seen any 3d effects, even movie print also not too clear. I thought movie was bad, but did not. I seen review on bookmyshow like "3d effects awesome", "watch out a couple of 3d effects will make u move from your seats".

Very very disappointed on big cinema.

Wastage of money and time. I will never go to big cinema and will not recommended to anyone.

Compulsary combo pack is given by receiptionist, coke provided is sub standard and wet seats are arranged for watching movie. Kindly see in matter problem occured in MSP pathankot.

My name is saket shah. I went to big cinemas ameerpet to watch movie airlift (Screen 3) 5:15 pm show. Date 30 jan 2016

I ordered 1 combo for 1 person. (It consist of one popcorn and 1 cooldrink) On board it was written 200 rs. But when I gave 200 rs that person ask me give 240 rs. I asked him Why 240? inclusive taxes it cost 240 rs.

My question is which place they take 20% of total charge on anyitem as tax?

Tha guy didnot provided any reciept as well. And with movements of eyes and facial reaction towards another colleague he asked to provide cooldrink and popcorn. Where as other people who are ordering getting receipt which they cut while providing items. But this fellow didnot provided any reciept and charge additional money.

Please check the CCTV camera recording between 5pm to 5:20 pm. I was wearing white and blue T shirt. Opposite screen 3.

They are charging additional money and not providing reciept and they are doing it with very smartly so that they should not be caught. They make facial or body actions towards each other to indicate something. By looking at their face and their body language any body can guess they are cheating.

Please stop such fake business of cheating the innocent customers.

Note: I dont want my additional 40 rs. but I feel cheated. People should not do such things.

I will reach a rave moti kanpur where is everyone is standimg in line and another customer was taking a ticket to another window when i will ask he says to me that a customer is book ticket in advance but big cinemas rave moti telebooking is not done at this time approx from before 15 days ang when i ask rave moti ticket is no solding on telebooking at a this time then he ask me this is private booking when i ask then he say this is manangers ticket you should have to talk with them but i cant go because he is not relative of anyone because firstly he is firstly standing in line but after that he goes to another and take a ticket sir i am visit 5 days in a week in rave moti after that telebooking is not booking so i will also stand in line then how can he take tickets from 2 window if he is relative to anyone of your employee sir than i will also guest for big cinemas so why dont my ticket is book privately i have to come 2 hours before daily so this is not right if there is not take any action for thi ssaid i will refer any one for big cinemas and iwill not come .and the boy in counter was name is amit shukla and he about private booking with the name of pathak so sir pls resolved my this problem

I came 4 times at big cinema indore but they do not accept the coral card and always say that the coral card can't be accepted today as our machine is not working. They told all times that we can't accept your cards.
