      The advertising claims made by Binomo are misleading. They promise high profits and easy trading, but in reality, it is much more complex and difficult to achieve consistent gains. The platform should provide more realistic expectations and accurate information to its users.

        The customer support at Binomo is extremely unresponsive. I have sent multiple inquiries and support tickets regarding an issue with my account, but I have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution. It is frustrating to be left in the dark without any support from the platform.

            The Binomo platform is not user-friendly at all. The interface is confusing, and it is difficult to navigate through the various features and options. It would greatly improve the user experience if they could simplify the platform and make it more intuitive.

              I would like clarification regarding the blocking of my Binomo account. I did not violate any clauses of the 'Customer Agreement, ' yet I suddenly received a message stating that my account has been blocked for alleged agreement violation. My initial deposit of $1000 has been blocked, and my earnings are being withheld. I will start suspecting that this Binomo site might be a fraud if there is no immediate unblocking and if I cannot withdraw my money. I expect an immediate response to my problem

                I want to file a complaint regarding the constant claims on the Binomo website, stating that VIP customers receive special attention from the platform. I opened a VIP account two days ago, and to this day, no manager has contacted me to guide me in trading or provide a bonus. Another complaint is that users need more indicators available on the platform.

                    I tried to make a deposit into my Binomo account, but the platform didn't accept it. I want to know the reason for this refusal and under what conditions it happens.                       I would like to inform the platform that I have been contacted by individuals claiming to be their representatives, inviting me to invest in the platform in exchange for bonuses. Due to their persistent behavior, I suspect they are fake agents trying to scam me. I would also like to receive clarification on the security measures in place for sharing my data with the platform.                         I'm having recurring issues when trying to withdraw my earnings on the Binomo platform. Several times, the withdrawal remains pending for two or three days, and I can't withdraw my money on the expected date.                           I started using the Binomo platform recently. First, I tested it on the demo account, gained confidence, and then switched to the real account. The deposit process was extremely fast. However, as soon as I tripled my investments and wanted to withdraw half, problems started to arise. First, there was an identity verification process, and they claimed they didn't accept the document I sent. Eventually, I managed to verify, but it took over a week to withdraw my funds. My question and criticism are: Why is depositing fast, but withdrawals are so slow?

                                Some time ago, I made several suggestions to the Binomo team, such as implementing more metrics and indicators, new visual features. It seems like the support and suggestions team at Binomo doesn't exist because they didn't even respond to my email.

                                  I am disappointed with the platform. I know people who have more than one account, among other things. I have never done anything like that, always followed all the rules of the platform, and had my account BLOCKED! The worst part is that they didn't even say the reason.

                                      I have a VIP account on Binomo, and I think I should be treated that way as well, but to my surprise, the agent doesn't bother responding to me on any of my queries. Binomo should look into it, as it is what we paid for!
