Address: Binomo.com

Hi, I made a deposit to Binomo on March 10. I used Binance for that and the transaction was successful, money were deducted from my Binance account but Binomo are telling me they didn’t receive the money. At first they were saying that transaction was cancelled on the senders side which is not true and not possible. Then they said the time for deposit ran out that’s why it was canceled which is also not true as the records on the blockchain are showing that the transaction was cleared in 2 minutes after I started the depositing process on Binomo. Where are my money now?

    As a regular user of Binomo, I was disappointed to find that my account had been blocked as soon as I attempted to withdraw some profit. I believe I did not violate any rules, and want to know why this happened to me.

      My Binomo account has been blocked, and I received an email accusing me of violating the agreement, but I am still determining what I did wrong. I want my account back, or at least my deposit, and I need the team to explain what I did wrong.

        I recently deposited to my Binomo account, but it has yet to be credited, and I am worried about my money. I have tried contacting the customer support team, but they have not been responsive. I need clarity on what has happened to my deposit and want to get it back if my account cannot be unblocked.

          My Binomo account has been blocked for a week, and I am concerned about its funds. I have yet to be informed of the reason for the account blockage, and the customer support team has not helped resolve the issue. I am anxious about where my money has gone and want to withdraw my funds.

                Did anyone else know that Binomo charges a hefty fee of 30$ if you are inactive on the account for over three months? I was unaware of this rule. Binomo needs to communicate these things to customers beforehand before charging them unnecessary fees.

                The subscription fee is one of the rules of platform. Binomo starts deducting the subscription fee three months after your last trading activity.

                However, do not worry if you don't have enough funds in your balance. Your balance will be 0 and you won't have a negative balance. If you have funds available in your balance and fulfill the withdrawal conditions, you can withdraw your funds before the deduction!

                  I cannot believe that I fell for the Binomo ad. I deposited into the site Binomo a few days ago, and it still needs to be reflected in my account. That is enough to prove that the platform is not working properly.

                    There is a problem that i play the daily tournament and i score 1, 195 ₮. but there are many hackers in binomo so they score only 100 ₮ and they are in 1st to 60th rank . My rank is 38 but after ending tournament i am not showing inleaderboard and all the hackers are in leaderboard whose score is 100 ₮. Please try to solve this problem

                      I recently registered on Binomo and sent in documents for verification. It has been more than a week, and the platform still needs to verify my account. They are also not letting me withdraw. Please look into this matter. Verification should not take this long.

                                My Binomo account is blocked for unclear reasons, and customer support will not fix it even after multiple complaints. The platform controls users' trades and is not even regulated.

                                    I deposited into my account, and it disappeared. When I contacted customer support, they told me they did not receive the money and that I had to get in touch with the bank now. After wasting so much time, I talked to the bank, who will hopefully process my refund.
