The customer care is non existent. Even when they pick calls they drop without response. They marked delivery before delivery. Waiting without water for 8 days after ordering and paying

    I have been using Bisleri since 3 years and there is a problem with the quality of water since March in Hyderabad and nearby places. Taste of the water is changed. I do use Bisleri for face and hair wash alongside drinking. There’s lot of change in my skin, it’s dull and rough now. I have read about the recent changes happening with the chemicals in the water but Bisleri was the only good water brand available and this change is really not good. It’s causing stomach burn and irritation in the throat, not sure if others are experiencing it.

      I purchase a bisleri 20 ltr can on[protected] from jain confectionery located in Yamuna vihar, delhi -110053. There was a moss present inside the sealed water can.
      On discussing with the store, no suitable response was recieved except for the replacement of can. I am still having the seal bottle with me.
      Please do the needful, otherwise i am going to consumer court .

            I placed an order with Bisleri for 3 cans of water per week for 4 weeks with an advance for the cans as well. After repeated follow ups as well, I did not receive any updates on the order nor was the order delivered to me.

                20.lter canes water from Billeri always leaks in spite of cap sealed condition. Every time we get suspension that whether the seal right one from factory or someone locally seals it. This goes up every time taste of water also differs cane to cane.

                    I have been constantly emailing and calling bisleri as I want to return 5 cans and get my deposit refunded. For every email I send I get an automated response and sometimes a call back from an executive who has no idea what's going on or what to do.
                    Is this such a difficult task?? How many days more should I follow up? Very irresponsible attitude! I have my parents and in laws who are buy bisleri cans. After this experience I have asked them to cancel subscription.
                    Please take necessary actions.

                        Hi Team,

                        Please note that I purchase 20 litre water Jar every 3 days for my family.

                        Till now it was all fine but today when I opened my sealed Bisleri water Jar I noticed there was red ant floating on top of the water...I have also clicked the picture.
                        I am very shocked to see this...
                        If I would have not noticed and consumed the water what would have happened to me or my family...
                        I have a two year old daughter who consumes the same water...

                        I am worried and need explanation for all this.

                              Dear Team,

                              Please note I placed an order on 2 May 2021 and till date neither my order has been delivered or money has been refunded. On 3 May I received call from one of the agents saying he will not deliver at my address. When I contacted customer care for the same they have said your order will be delivered through different agent and the below message received.

                              "Hi Subhashini singh, Your ticket no. is 92185. Our support team shall get back to you soon - - Bisleri Support Team."

                              On 4th May I received a call from agent and he assured by 5 May morning I will receive the order. But to my disappointment neither the order is delivered nor any one is picking up my call.

                              This is highly irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical conduct shown by a brand like Bisleri. You know as per regulatory guidelines for online shopping you cannot keep money of customer for long and neither without any reason delay the order.

                              Request to please take necessary action or I will be forced to make complaint against Bisleri and its agents before appropriate forums.

                                  This is to inform you that 2 monthes back we all outlet owners, shop keepers, and restaurants, hotels in Sirsa city in Haryana were given some scheem on fizzy fruit drinks exclusive Display Scheme, in which lots of outlets have not recieved any cash back which was promised by marketing team, we all sales Bisleri products with trust on company but this time we feels like we have been cheated.                                     I bought 20 litre water bottle subscribtion for three month on 25/04l2021. I paid 4200. Till now I have not get my first delivery. I called multiple times to bisleri. Everyday they are saying by today evening you will get your delivery but still I am waiting.
                                    It's is very pathetic for company like bisleri. It's horrible experience with bisleri.

                                      Complain regarding suspended particle present/ create in 20 litre jar. Hi i am a resident of Haridwar uttarakhand and due to my health problem i am finding bisleri water is best and after that time i am using Bisleri as my drinking water. But unfortunately from last three times i am highly disappointed due to the quality and suspended particle in 20 litre jar.
                                      Apart from this today i ask one of your distributors about availability of jar, he refused due to lockdown situation, i requested him can he arrange, he replied you have to take permission from DM for this. This is highly a unprofessional behaviour from his side.
