Till now it was all fine but today when I opened my sealed Bisleri water Jar I noticed there was red ant floating on top of the water...I have also clicked the picture.

Please note I placed an order on 2 May 2021 and till date neither my order has been delivered or money has been refunded. On 3 May I received call from one of the agents saying he will not deliver at my address. When I contacted customer care for the same they have said your order will be delivered through different agent and the below message received.

"Hi Subhashini singh, Your ticket no. is 92185....

I had ordered 3 boxes of 250 ml water bottles. this was paid for. However the item was not delivered.
i was told through message that my Ticket No 92020 had been Closed. No one had contacted me - nor my money has been refunded. Please resolve...

I bought 20 litre water bottle subscribtion for three month on 25/04l2021. I paid 4200. Till now I have not get my first delivery. I called multiple times to bisleri. Everyday they are saying by today evening you will get your delivery but still I am waiting.
It's is very pathetic for company like bisleri. It's horrible experience with bisleri.

Complain regarding suspended particle present/ create in 20 litre jar. Hi i am a resident of Haridwar uttarakhand and due to my health problem i am finding bisleri water is best and after that time i am using Bisleri as my drinking water. But unfortunately from last three times i am highly disappointed due to the quality and suspended particle in 20 litre jar.
Apart from this today i ask one of your distributors about availability...

Had order bisleri 20 ltr jar with already advance online payment done. But still not delivered. Not acceptable from a renowned company like bisleri....

I have ordered for 3 months of 20-litre cans and made full payment for them. I am supposed to get a complimentary dispenser along with it. But it has been 2 weeks and I have not received it. I have been calling customer care for the same but the phone does not get connected and if it does then they always say that it will be delivered in the evening and the evening never comes. I have also said that I need it and will pay for it if required...

But the delivery boy collected cash of Rs 160.

Recd water can with some different taste, which is like bore water.Look into this and avoid such things will not repeat...

Every time I have the same issue, the water should be delivered every Sunday. But this Sunday that is today, still the water has not been delivered yet.

I AM GOING TO DISCONTINUE YOUR SERVICES AND GO FOR OTHER BRANDS. This is very disappointing service from your side....

We are a retailers from Bangaluru and we are taking the bisleri water from since 2years( Cash and Carry) and deposited nearly 60-80cans with MAHADESHWARA ENTERPRISES (MADHU KUMAR) now since one new shop have been opened near our shop and because of thier infulence he is not supplying water cans to our shop and even he is not taking back the empty cans and refunding it.

I have ordered a subscription plan for delivering Bisleri 20 Ltr water cans. However, they are not responding properly or not confirming if the order will be processed or not. The moment I asked to cancel the order, they are trying to convince me that your slot is alloted for delivery today. They are practicing the same technique every day....

I have placed order for BISLERI CANS ON 7TH MARCH 2021 .and made full payment of one month. I haven't received A SINGLE CAN UNTIL.NOW.. !!! EVERYDAY I RECEIVE A MESSAGE SAYING CAN IS OUT FOR DELIVERY AND BY EVENING THERE IS A MESSAGE DUE TO SOME ISSUE IT IS DELAYED !!! ITS RIDICULOUS TO KNOW A COMPANY LIKE BISLERI IS SOO IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

I have started using Bisleri 20 ltr bottles for last 6 months and every other month I face the same problem. When I give them the order they say bottles will be delivered within 2 days and then they sleep over that order. After waiting for 2 days when I call them again and they gave me other time. After taking follow up for 2-3 times they deliver the product.

On one side Bisleri does lot of advertisement offering doorstep delivery...

I buy bisleri 20 litres gallon. Since last week I am noticing smell in water and tastes like unfiltered water. Have complained to the shopkeeper, he says he is helpless. Will have to stop using bisleri from today, looks like problem is with the bottling source. Feels pukish after drinking, I had to throw away the water twice....
