I have ordered a item from website. Same was dispatched from them and delivered to me but it was open and item was replaced. Already mailed many time and send the photo and vedio of the time of opening the package. Still I am waiting for my refund. Product was returned to blued art office at bhadurgarh office.

        Address: Qtr No 231/3 Chuppa Basti Near Barber Shop Signal Zone Military Station

        My Amazon product not dilivered in my home address. Blue dart staff called to me to collect
        the product from branch office kalimpong 734301, which is 4-5 km from my location. Daily delivery is done by amezon at my location, please give direction to corrier facilities to deliver my product to giving address.

                          My blue dart package was not delivered to me. The whole day I kept tracking my package but at the end it showed as "consignee out of station" even though I was home for the entire day.

                              I ordered 2 shoes from AJIO I had to return one of it. On the delivery day I met delivery guy and told him that I had to return one of the parcel he brought with him, hearing this he got very angry and started to scold me he even threw the delivery box, he was very angry, I apologised and told him that didn't knew the proper returning process he still was very angry on me and also did some rude hand gestures. This was the worst delivery experience in my life.

                                  My product arrived on 3rd March and was supposed to be delivered by 9th of March but it still hasn’t been delivered. I know I’m supposed to wait but the last time I waited for a product from bluedart to reach me without me doing anything, it took weeks, that too after tons of emails and calls. I’m so tired of complain again and again. Please look into this asap and reach back without false promises.

The tracking details show that the material was delivered, but we / I didn't receive that material. Kindly, solve the issue and let me know who has received that material (with receiving signature).
