The parcel with AWB [protected] is marked as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery, whereas there is no such restriction.
I spoke to the delivery guy in the morning, named Sai Kiran. He called from personal number and asked details about the address. He says he knows the address and would come. He'd call me if at all there are issues.
At afternoon, I get no call, but all of a sudden the parcel is incorrectly scanned as restricted, which is not true.

    This is to inform that the package way bill no [protected] was not delivered by the bluedart, but was received in person from my side from bluedart's office .

    No attempt for delivery was made and reason given for non delivery was wrong /incomplete address.

    This is totally wrong practice from bluedart side .

    My courier was important to be received in time, but it was delayed due to malpractice of bluedart officials at chhindwara expansion centre where courier was held for unnecessary reason of incomplete address.

    Address is complete can be verified if required.

    If can't deliver then atleast provide valid reason.

    Such unethical practices have been repeatedly followed by bluedart officials at chhindwara/chandangaon branches .

    Requesting you to take legitimate actions regarding this.

      Dear Sir

      This is with reference to AWB No: [protected] & further in this regard i have just received the message from Blue Dart that the Consignee is out of station. On the contrary 4 members are present at the consignee address.

      Sorry to say didnt expect this from Blue Dart. I am just escalating this matter to Croma.

      Hope necessary action will be taken by the company.

        I am ordered a item on 26/3/2021. they didnt delivered my item to me but it showing delivered on 29/3/2021 . i contact that phone number but not responding.they didnt delivered my at the same time they didnt return also. it is very serious matter to who taken my product.delivery boy or office incharge .take action against them if not i am going to further action.

            Hi Sir/Mam,
            I want to inform you to that My Loan DD posted by HDFC Bank through Blue Dart Courier to my office address on dated 23.03.21. But till I don't got this courier and not communication any courier mam about this shipment. I have many complaint to HDFC by written or call but they do not response positive.
            Today 22.04.21 I have received from Blue Dart Courier and he told me that one courier have which is my name but office is off. I told him that my office is going off during due to Covid-19. Can I pick my courier to Blue Dart office. He said clearly no and said to me that no any document which related to Bank, not given from Blue Dart office. Also, suggest me that I have to change my address.
            So, Please suggest me that how can I pick the courier because my courier related to loan document which is highly important for me.

                Hi,

                This is regarding waybill number-[protected].

                I have mentioned the correct shipping address, Amazon flipkart have been able to reach out to me at the same address. Still it shows me incorrect / incomplete consignee'address in bluedart tracking page.

                If there is any difficulty in reaching out to me.. please contact me on the number as provided in the address details.

                      Even though the address is written clearly, concerned person haven't cared to deliver my items. He is insisting to collect the package from his office. Otherwise threatened to give the parcel back. The waybill no is [protected]. Please support. Thank you.

                          Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
                          Above mentioned courier still not reach at my address which was dispatched from Kfin Technologies Private Limited, Nanakramguda, Hydrabad. The Courier number is given by KTPL. KTPL told me for checking in Blue dart services about undelivery of it. But by blue dart services was not given me 90 days back details.
                          My courier has very important documents. Without this courier I am not able to do anything further process.I am very disappointed from your services.
                          Kindly look into these matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              On 18th of April, around 2:30, the delivery person called in order to deliver my parcel and I told him the address, he told me he knows the address and he'll come. Around 2:40 he called me and said he is at the address but I couldn't see anyone from blue dart there. I reconfirmed the address with him and now he said he'll be there and cut the call. From then on till now i.e; 19th April 12:50, I'm still trying to reach him but he is not picking up my call. If I try to contact customer care[protected], I'm being told that it's an invalid number. I have contact them through E-mail but to no use. I'm still trying to contact the delivery person but he is not picking up call.

                                  I have ordered Control D Lancing Device & 100 Glucometer Lancets/Sugar Test Machine from Paytm online application on 14th April 2021 and where they have confirmed the delivery through Blue Dart Express Currier and the reference number given for tracking is [protected] and promised the delivery on 19th April. Today when I checked for the status its showing as already delivered by Blue Dart on 18th April 2021 at 12:47 PM to Ravishankar (Myself) where I have not received at all.
                                  Please check with the delivery Boy and confirm the same.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    Yesterday night at 20.29 hours I received a message from your end starting that

                                    "Sorry to have missed you while delivering Shipment with AWB#[protected].Please select the delivery schedule, convenient for you. - eSorryCard."

                                    This is totally wrong. Being Sunday I am very well present in my house that too the time you have mentioned at 19.35 hours.
                                    This is totally a false statement. Instead the courier boy might have called me and get confirmation on my availability before saying that I am not available to deliver the document. A professionally managed company like yours should not mislead the customers by giving inappropriate information like this.
