Dear sir/madam, i would like to complaint about your employee shanu mobile no. ([protected]) Address-Khasra No 546, SAHARANPUR ROAD, OPP ITI, Niranjanpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001. I m tracking your employee shanu continuously but shanu not cal. Me even a single time and updated my courier status as consignee address incomplete /landmark needed. Dear sir/madam, i would like to ask u what type of employee is this, they are making your big company image down, please take immediate action.

I was supposed to receive a parcel T-shirt on 17th may 2019. I was at home the whole day.

I haven't received it till date. When I tracked for the status, it says the delivery is done to recipient SHIVANNA.

The delivery guy hasn't called me before leaving the package to that person, and now I have found out that there is no person called SHIVANNA in my entire neighborhood.

I am really dissatisfied with this kind of misplacement of package without my concern. Please resolve this issue and connect me with the delivery guy so that I can track the recipient's phone number.

An item was to be delivered to me 2-3 days back but these Blue dart people they neither call the person nor do they provide any contact details of the person delivering the courier. This is the third item this same item has been dispatched to me and i am still to get the item.

I emailed the Blue dart customer service several times but they don't even bother to reply and even if they they just do it just for the sake of replying not to address the issue. I even told them to send me the address of the office so that i can myself go and receive the item but they didn't respond.

item with AWB [protected] is still kept with them.

These Blue dart rascals lack the basic quality of how to treat a customer.

Hi Team,

This is regarding the courier delivery which I was waiting from 3 days.
The bank has delivered it to hub 3 days ago.
And the courier boy is not even trying to deliver Givin random reasons as address failure.
I have been on sam address from years an nor even one time the bluedart failed to deliver any courier.
I am in need to my card asap.
Kindly check regarding the same.

They were not even polite to the customers and informed they will not handover parcel.
This is something bank need to check.
I don't understand what need to be checked with bank. As my every details are verified

This is to inform you that one of the member of your esteemed courier service misbahaved when he brought the parcel with the reference no. [protected] and waybill no. [protected] despatched from Noida on 29th of May to Meerut.
When he ( contact no.[protected] reached here on 3rd of june, he spoke bluntly and said that i am not living in a reputated colony so he could come directly to home rather i should stand on road where he want .
Secondly when i asked him his way of talk he brust and said
Wheather i would like to take or not.
This is the reason i said i would rather take from the bank directly .

One of my courier is supposed to be delivered on 5th of June and today it's 7th June but still the courier is not delivered. And while calling to your customer care they are showing such a casual attitude like they don't even care if it's being delay. Really very worst service from blue dart and the customer care of blue dart.

The shipment from Myntra had arrived to my nearby blue dart office, Thikkody, Calicut, Kerala.Since the office is closed even today I couldn't even collect the order. And they didn't put an initiative to deliver it on my given address. I could track the delivery and it is mentioned unspecified location. Please do the needful and make the delivery soon as possible .The shipment had arrived the blue dat office Thikkodi, Calicut, Kerala on 3rd June . And it's not delivered till now..

I was supposed to receive a T-shirt last week dated 17-May 2019. But when I tracked the status, it is already showing delivered to SHIVANNA.

After I enquired from my neighborhood, I discovered that there is no person by that name in my entire road.

The delivery person did not even call me before leaving the parcel to that unknown guy.

Please get me in touch with that person or send me his contact details.

I sent parcel to Pin Code - 110019 however, next day I got update that due to wrong pin code noted by Blue Dart employee as 110013 my parcel was Shipment Redirected On Same Awb causing delay. I called Blue Dart customer care on[protected] at 9:37 am) and spoke to Ms. Stacey, who informed me that it has been redirected due to wrong pin code as the person from Blue Dart has noted the pin code as 110013 instead of 110019, it has reached Okhla and they have emailed the Okhla team from their end, however, it did not help. I requested Ms. Stacey to provide me the Okhla phone number, she provided me the number as per their records as[protected], but no one answered even after calling repeatedly. I have paid Rs. 460 for Priority Shipping to be sent by 10:30 am as it was urgent documents to be sent. Due to negligence, carelessness and mistake on Blue Dart's part my work suffered. I request a full refund of Rs. 460 as damages on part of Blue Dart.

My an important document is delivered to wrong person in other address.
Even i called to customer care they your complaint resolved within 24 hrs but still i don't where is my that parcel.
They delivered my document on 5 june, 2019 at different location.
That document is my personal document how can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address.
I asked to customer care to register a complaint but they said you will get a call from blue dart within 24 hrs, but still i didn't get any call from blue dart express.
I need it on time, because of this i have to wear huge amount of money.
Who will compensate it???
I need it very urgently, please deliver my document as soon as possible.

Irresponsible delivery of Bluedart.
Bluedart given my important parcel to the wrong person even when I have instructed them to deliver the order only to me. Now I know that I will never get that parcel back as that person hates us.

Now who will be responsible such an Irresponsible behaviour and how will I get my parcel back?

If address is not found, please give me call. No phone call is received by me, so i am inconvenience in blue dart service.

I had booked a product from amazon and the same was sent through blue dart on 1st june. The same product reached to the delivery centre noida on 2nd june. And on 3rd june, status showing "incomplete address" and on 4th june status showing "prohibited area - restricted entry. Where is no such circumstances as address is entirely correct and it is residential premises where all courier comes. Actually delivery boy of blue dart most of the time don't come to greater noida and make incorrect status report. This is amount to cheating and fraud with customers.

If I don't get my card delivered I'm filing a police complaint ..

I have been getting message stating delivery attempted -premises closed.

Does this mean they came to our flat to deliver but the flat was closed. if that is what it is meant then nobody came nor did we get any call from the deliver person. we had at least one person at home all the time and we never left home closed.

On 06/03/2019 i received the 1st message stating delivery attempted -premises closed

and the next on 06/04/2019.

How can i can i receive this message when nobody even turned up to deliver or even contact me if the delivery guy could not find the right location.

I need this issue to be resolved

This is anil from bangalore. I have to be received one courier from hsbc bank i got message way bill as well i'm follow up from one week no one responded properly.. When my delivery will done.. I called many times still no response i have all call records and mail.. I'll complaint to consumer court if i am not receiving my courier with in 5 pm.. Waybill number is [protected]

Morning he called me in the mng (10am) that time i was not in office, he call me wen i reach office, after going to office i called him several times, he didn't answered the calls at first, afterwards he started rejecting the calls.
