I handover my bike to a blue dart employee on 04 april 19 at tambaram.. I wish to transfer my bike from chennai to udhampur... But still i didn't receive my bike as on 01 july 19

I am a serving person and my bike is my daily need to go to my office.. I face very much difficulty without my bike... I ask blue dart employee so many time to give me ebill no or some reference no to track my bike but he didn't give me... I connect to him through mobile only but now he didn't attend my call... When i handover my bike to him that time he ask me to handover my bike's key also becoz it's blue dart policy.. I hand over him my bike and bike's key also... I fear to miss use of my bike...
Yesterday he gave me prr no [protected]...

I paid the agent 7500 rs for delivered my bike up to udhampur...but now he told to collect the bike from jammu... And jammu is almost 90 km far from here...

    I was about to recve my order placed from pytm by u pple. But ur courier servce is reallly pooor n zero. Your courier boy name amit kumar [protected] said he couldnt get me on my address nd mde me fool by saying my no. Ws swtched off. But i ws at home for whole day nd nobody called me. Then at last wen i called him in evenin he said i would send u nxt mrnin at 10-11 am but wen i called him today he started misbehavin me nd being rude to me. Nd said he would nt come smbdy else would cme nd said i would tell his details. Its more than 4 hrs. Now he is nt picking up my call nd yesterdy he said he would dispatch orde immediately if i would give him 50Rs. Blue dart has a big name but today u proved me wrng . I will never use ur service again in future.

    Plz let me knw if i get my orde or not. Or i assume i have given that for charity...

      The most expensive courier on earth, they take around Rs. 500 for 250 km, still never deliver on time.
      What hell is this they are updating in the tracking status they are not even calling to my mobile number me why do they want the extention we dont use Cisco land phones then why he want that.

          Sbi card card mere ghar par deliver nahin kar kiya gaya hai ab tak usse phone number hai detail diya hai fir bhi ab tak mere ghar par sbi card deliver nahin hua hai delivery boy phone karta hai aur address batane par bhi hua return lekar jata hai do mahine ho gaye ab tak deliver nahin hua hai aapke service thik hai lekin aapka jo staff hai woh theek nahi hai hi brand hi pimple gurav ka main khud aapke branch mein gaya tha fir bhi unhone mujhe collect nahin kara diya

            I have applied for the pan card in the month of july and that was supposed to delivered me on 20th aug 17 from bluedart courier services but unfortunately it couldn't delivered because it was mentioned that my address was wrong.
            If the address was wrong then why nobody has called me or check. I have checked twice the documents which i have given for the pan card the address was mentioned correct. I don't know why it happened. Please follow the below details and do the needful.

                Status is showing uska bhegam received. This is my axis bank debit card. How he give another person. Till date i did not receive my debit card. I go to axis bank and complain about that he give me way bill number and he tell you received this card like that. Where is my debit card. And i ask blue dart also he tells give complaint in online. Please arrange my debit card as soon as possible.

                Status is showing Uska Bhegam received. This is my Axis Bank Debit card. How he give another person. Till date I did not receive my debit card. I go to Axis Bank and complain about that he give me Way bill number and he tell you received this card like that. Where is my debit card. And I ask blue dart also he tells give complaint in online. Please arrange my debit card as soon as possible

                  Dear sir
                  My consignment was to come through your courier service but not delivered yet due to the incorrect address updated on your portal. The address mentioned on the consignment is exact address and can be find easily. I raise the complaint on your portal and asked for the address by your representative the same i had mailed with contact no. But today again not deliver by giving the reason of incorrect address. If the delivery person is not able to find the home he could call but not.

                  Again delivery was attempted but they have updated that premises closed . While I was at home full time and even he didn't call me if he came . Don't know what is happening.

                      Credit card courier received on 26th june at aurangabad blue dart office & its is out for delivery on same day but due to my office working i am not available at my home address then courier guy aks me to rech any other location for pickup but my office time i am not able to going that location.in 2nd day same happening but that day i rech that location where boy aks to rech that locaation buut in 15-20 min he is not coming & also not pickup my 10 calls.

                      Its happened in last 2 days, after that i am asking him to please deliver this parcel on my office address but he is not agreed for that.

                      & today 28th june still courier not delivered, so please help to delivery on fast..

                        My three orders of amazon are sent via blue dart.in tracking detail they are seen as reaching my nearest hub sarupathar. But 2 days passed yet not delivered to me. Yesterday i got a missed call blue dart. He told me their office at sarupathar is closed so the parcels are in another hub golaghat. My orders were prepaid. He just called to ask i would receive or not. But shown as delivery delay as per customer request. Today he supposed to send my parcels. Yet not getting any call & no phn no is mentioned with out for delivery message. I want my orders. Executive's behavior is too rude. Take an action.

When i called the customer care they gave me the no of the shipper whose details are not valid. Please provide me the money back of rs 1400 which i have paid to the courier company.                             I haven, t received my cheque book and it is showing that it is delivered to some unknown person. How can be your delivery boy can be so irresponsible that he gave the bank credentials to anyone. The packet contains my cheque book as well as my debit card. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. The courier was in the name of homybee services private limited.

                              I had ordered a product online and i received it yesterday. The shipment code was [protected]. Manish delivered it on 27 june.

                              While ordering it, i had mentioned the address clearly 3rd floor of batra house on plot no. 52. The name of my company was also present on the address. However, the delivery person, manish sternly refused to come to the third floor for delivery. Instead, he asked me to come to the main gate to collect my parcel. He cited the reason that he had a load and could not come. There is a lift in our building and he could have availed the lift. All the courier delivery people come to the third floor for delivery.

                              I would like to ask blue dart, is this your policy to ask the customer to come to the main gate to pick up the product? If all other courier companies can come to the third floor, why not blue dart?

                                My product was out for delivery today but did not received any call/email/sms from blue dart and now the status shows "prohibited area-entry resticted for"

                                I have no clue whom do i contact and what should i do. I need the parcel as soon as possible. I don’t understand how can a company like blue dart do this.

                                This is a very big loophole in your service and you guys need to look at this.

                                I have no clue if this is your company policy for putting orders on hold or the delivery boy gives the wrong report to meet his target, but you guys beed to fix it as soon as possible...

                                    I ordered one opticals from OSM opticals. The delivery man called me to deliver. I said I will available on another address, could you deliver here?. He roughly speaks that deliver after 2 hours, and cut the call before I reply the answer.. it's too irritating and less response to customer. Did blue dart approaches that kind of customer treating?

                                      Hi bluedart team,

                                      My order ([protected]) was about to reach 26th june, 19 but it was not delivered. I tracked the status of courier and it is showing as "consignee address unlocatable/landmark needed". I have not informed about this by call or via message and when i call the your panipat office no. [protected] then they said that delivery guy is on holiday today and will be delivered tomorrow but i have not yet received my package and now i'm trying to reach landline no. But no one is picking up. This is shows that you really don't care about your customers. Such an irresponsible courier company.
                                      I didn't expect this from you people.
                                      I am attaching the screenshot of my courier details.
                                      Please find the same and try to deliver my package asap.

                                      The person who comes to deliver letter or parcels in kasba area he is very rough and use very foul language. He starts abusing and threat us that he will not deliver any letters and say no one was present. Please look into this matter and change the delivery men as early possible because he is bringing a bad name to your reputed courier company
