This is third time i am facing problem from blue dart hisar rajgarh road. My doc no is [protected]
They dont want to delivery the courier at home. They are saying collect the courier from office. I cant understand whether you r from service industry or govt dept. I cannot expect this type of services from such a famous courier. I am living in city not in jungle that u rdelivery boys are facing problems in delivering courier. Please...

I order one combo offer headphones, from yesterday your service delivery truck not found my home location. Its ok no problem... But i also mention my mobile no their your delivery truck person calls me one time and after that he never pick my calls. I was called 15 times. He never picked call and also switch off mobile no.

On 26th may 2019, i got a message from bludart informing about the delay. I had contacted the bluedart customer care mutiple times after that. They ask thesame question every time and assure that the package will be delivered on the same day. However, it has not been delivered...

Pathetic service by blue dart. Even after updating the details, and the availablity time, the package is not being delivered. I have written several email however it seems no body is bothered. I tried calling the customer service however they are more rude. It seems that i am talking to a local shop keeper, rather than a customer service agent. Can somebody help me with the esclation matrix for blue dart....

There is an important package for me which was sent by axis bank using blue dart on[protected]. The air way bill no of the shipment is [protected]. Blue dart website stated that expected delivery date was[protected]. But i haven't recieved the shipment till now and i only got tracking information upto[protected] where it is stated that the shipment was in air hub at siw at 19:19 pm....

I have not recieved my order yet. My waybill number is [protected]. Today i got a message that it will be delivered today. But till now i am getting that same status for my order as "prohibited area entry restricted for". I want my order as soon as possible. I amm trying to call the delivery guy. I have received a message in the evening today (29th may 2019) awb no: [protected] that the package i am supposed to receive today has been delivered. I have not delivered it and nobody from blue dart visited our premises, still after tracking i found it has been delivered to rajarhat service center of bluedart. The scans show that they were out for delivery at 13:18 and delivered at 17:05 to stamp. Please help to resolve this issue so that...

Its been 5 days and status shows:

Undelivered Shipment Held At Location : Blue Dart.

I am trying to call the customer care but I am not able to get any response.
Moreover, there is no call/message from Blue Dart if there is anything I need to do.

In addition, their is NO Address issue as I have received one part of my courier from same address from Blue Dart.

This is total false, i checked with building security and they said no delivery boy came from blue dart.

Delivery guy didn't come neither he called me...

So kindly take action against your delivery guys for giving false information and tell me when my document will be delivered???

The document is very important one...

Blue dart in a snapdeal packet with a blue dart sticker with my name, address, phone number etc. Delivered me a parcel. Without sensing any fraud or cheating i took the delivery against a cash payment of rs. 558.00.

After that on opening the packed i found a smart bracelet watch which i have never ordered either blue dart or snapdeal. I was surprised at this.

I had ordered Lenses through Lensekart & the courier part is Bluedart, Its been more than 1 week my personal courier is lying with Bluedart, every day I get a messgae stating premises closed which is not true, yesterday I was waiting from 6Pm & today morning I got message premises closed
can some one rectify whats happening, I have paid hell lot of money...

I order a beardo oil and the expected delivery date is 28th may. However i didn't received the order yet even i did not received any call from blue dart.. I call them for inquiri and they did not respond anything.. Thier representative pickup the call and not responding anything... Also while tracking on website it shows need correct address. I don't know what exactly they means. Pathetic service i have ever faced....
