I am very much upset with your delivery services and facing this issue from last 3 days...my product expected delivery date was 19th June and no one was bothered to deliver...I requested so many times to deliver but customer care was giving back to back lame excuses that were completely irrelevant professionally...and today when product delivery is finally proceeding than delivery boys phone no is switched off. This has reached an unbearable state now which would induce me to take action!!!

Blue Dart tracking of its courier delivery shows that my package has been delivered however I have not received the package and despite mails and phonecalls they have not even reacted or clarified.

Shipment [protected] is showing incorrect status as delivered on 18 June 2019. I received a call from ur executive at 4:44 PM yesterday and informed him to deliver the package today. But the package was marked as delivered at 9:27 PM, but no delivery was done.

When I called back the same number back today, he is replying its a wrong number.

This is extremely disappointing and falsifying from the delivery team.

HDFC issued a demand draft on 12th June and that was supposed to be delivered to Bangalore/at our address on 13th June and it is delayed inordinately till now and it is not delivered yet.. We get plenty of deliveries everyday at our location from Amazon, Blue Dart and multiple other vendors and it is shocking that this consignment is not delivered yet stating -"address could not be located"

This is a critical piece of transaction for us complete an important business activity

If I don't get the delivery by today 6/20.. I will be forced to claim "damages" as this has impacted my critical downstream activity.

Vide Waybill No. [protected] I would like to inform that, from yesterday morning it showed "Shipment out for delivery" at my region but evening it was showing "Need department name/Extention No", which does not clear to me. Nobody even contacted me in this regard nor delivered my article.
Today also it shows expected delivery on 19th June. How is that possible ?
Can you please let me know the correct status of it right now ???

My courier was supposed to deliver today i.e.19th June 2019, from ICICI bank but delivery not attempted n status updated as closed premises. Wat a worst service u r provide with out contacting customer that too while delivering bank related documents. Shame on you. I made calls 3 times to followup the status and atleast trace delivery person contact but no use. RIP bluedart, such a pathetic service ur providing.when ur not able to provide genuine service stop running the service. How can u run a pathetic service without mobile numbers. Worst service. Will go legally with ICICI bank.

Please be informed that Document given by Jana Small Finance bank on 14th June 2019 is not delivered till date.Your delivery man has not tried to contact us .He has not tried find our address. Our house is located in a Popular Colony of Bhopal.

In this regard I may like to inform that Jana Small Finance bank on 14th June also book one more document which was delivered on 16th June.

Your delivery man is reporting wrong information that Contact person is not found at the address. He is a lazy person.He is not trying to Search the address. Please take action against the delivery man for Wrong reporting.

Writing this email against my package. My Waybill Number - [protected]. I am tracking my package from last 2 days when in day end you agency mention that “ Probihited Area- Entry Restricted for delivery “ I want to know how can this possible. I am getting all other my packages on time except this. Tried calling you customer care but once i tell them my problem they start making excuses that they cant her me properly.

Well i want someone to contact me ASAP. Its third day I haven’t received my package.

Otherwise i need to take action against your company. & i am serious.

Current status - not yet delivered.
Not received any call from Blue Dart for delivery also.
Repeatedly calling their toll free number and landline number is giving no response. No 1 pics of the landline number given on the website.
Since last 8 days same response in attached status - delivered shipment held at location.
Very disappointed with Bluedart courier service as facing same issue third time. I don't understand why banks have tie up with Blue Dart after this many complaints.
Request you to kindly help us for problem resolution.

is yet not delivered. This shipment has been booked on 04th Jun 2019 from Mumbai and Blue Dart hold this shipment at Chandrapur from 06th Jun 2019 to till date. None of them contacted me regarding this shipment and keep updating wrong status at their tracking sites. When i called at Blue Dart Chandrapur they said it will get delivered but yet not delivered.

I received fake product through blue dart. I ordered smart watch cod 1399/-. When deliverary came to deliver product I told that open n show me product. He told that first you pay 1399 rupees then opened. I paid her 1399 rupees. After that I opened parcel in this fake smart watch put in.

It s a fraud 1399 rupees by blue dart and dealsaoffer. Plz return 1399 rupees. Other I will go in court against you.

I ve tried nearly 25 times he lifted the call while im talking he disconnected the call and again i have texted him he is unresponsive i called him nearly 20times again he is not even responding and disconnected my call i[censored] people from higher authorities will not fix the issue and if i not get any call from you people within 5 hours i will directly complaint aagainst ur services and service people in cc and hc seriously i ve lost my patience by calling u people

My consignment (No. [protected]) reached Guwahati on 16th of June, 2019. I have been calling Blue Dart time and again requesting for delivery but received ill response. They either do not receive calls or disconnect the call after I request delivery. They update tracking status as "ADDRESS NOT FOUND", however, I have not received any call from them asking for address landmark. I have been calling Blue Dart to provide a landmark of my address, however, each Blue Dart office denies their responsibility and asks to call another number. I have already paid a huge amount of money for the consignment and now I am neither receiving the consignment nor any response from BLUE DART. I have come to know from one of the Blue Dart executive that my consignment is lying in Lokhra office (Guwahati). When I tried to reach Lokhra office, I have been denied AND THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE. I request immediate action by Blue Dart to resolve the issue.

I have order an Product which was dispatched Blue Dart we received a call and Message stating we will receive the product on the same day but till now there is no update. My shipment No is [protected].Kindly arrange the delivery person to deliver the product ASAP..

I am highly dissapointed with the Services from blue dart. What i am going to write is not the first time. it has happened now severral times in the past.
This Courier with tracking no [protected] has been shipped by fnp. the Status Shows it is in Delhi and had to be delivered today 18.06.2019 but like everytime, there is no movement for this delivery yet and has not reached the recipient in NOIDA yet. I know it will be delivered tomorrow or later but please let me know from Delhi to noida, does it take two days to reach, is it?
These parcels are very important with Dates.
Please let me know exactly when will this reach?

The Courier we sent on the waybill no.[protected] reached the wrost and damaged condition.we sent the product to our distributor with some important document.box of product was badly broken and the liquid spread throughout the courior box.Along with that all our documents got spoiled
