Hi, my waybill number is [protected], the shipment is not delivered to me, but status shows its delivered to someone else.
How can bluedart deliver shipment to anyone else, without even intimating?
This is really frustrating to believe this kind of service from bluedart.
I got sms from bluedart about the tracking number yesterday and that it will be delivered today (27th may), however, i can now see that it is delivered to wrong person, i didnt even get any call from the delivery boy.
How can i make sure that my package is deliverd to me only?
Please get the delivery arranged at the earliest.
