I didn't received my packet as of yet however its status is showing as delivery attempted-premises closed.

However we were present home whole days but delivery agent set fake false status without visiting. I want urgently need this parcel today itself only.

I hope blue dart will take it very seriously and priority.
Could you please look into it and delivered it.

It is been almost a week that shipment is not delivered and always showing reason because of consignee not available, although I am at the location Everytime. I requested them to deliver it before 3 pm 1000 times but still they call me after 3 pm as I leave from the location at 3 pm.

Today on dated 2-7-2019 at 2:54pm, i received a call from [protected] blue dart delivery man. As i am in Lecture theater conducting class of MBBS students, I called back at 2:57 pm and told him to come to my department, which is also a delivery address mentioned in courier. He told me that, he will come to department and accordingly he will call me in case any problem arise, searching lecture theater in my department. But he did not came. At 4:06 pm after finishing my lecture i called on same number regarding my delivery, but he completely lied to me regarding my mobile network unavailability and said that he will deliver this again on 3-7-2019. It is a complete lack of professionalism from blue dart company. Due to his non delivery of credit card, my important tasks are affected very heavily. Kindly do the needful and necessary action.

I am rishad from kerala. I am working at ernakulam district and my native is at calicut district. I had a courier from hdfc bank which was my debit card couriered through blue dart and i had a very bad experience today.
I got a call from a delivery guy which is located at the vadakara office in calicut.
This guy has called me for once and i was not able to pick the call and after 5 mins i called him back. But he was not ready to pick the call and when i called it continuesly he has switched off his mobile. After some time i tried again and he picked up the call and i told i was waiting for your courier. But his reply was "i will not be able to give you the courier" and the reason was i didn't pick up the call when he called at the first time. Also he offered me like if you want the courier you can collect it from my office which is located at vadakara.
I want to know is this the service provided by blue cart to a customer. If not this courier guy has to be punished else public will punish the office. I will wait for next 2 more days and will go for further legal procedures.

Rubbish behaviour of the delivary boy. He called me for the delivery n then i told him the address. He came for the delivery n strtd shouting at my mom. This wasnt expcted. We are frm a good family n we cant withstand this stupid n horrible behavior. He is coming for the delivery n not doin us any facor. We pay for our products. What kind of people u hire. Please see to it. I wouldnt hv complained but i could not resist to complain as its against the norms n againt my mom. I m highly ashamed of this. Hope to see you take some kin of actions against this.

My parcel from icici bank was expected to get delivered by 1st july.. And today is 2nd of july.. Still its not showing out for delivery. Yesterday whole day i was at home skipping office just to receive the card.. And today also i stayed back home but no calls neither a message from bluedart.. I urgently need that card.. Please do deliver by today without fail. I hope you gonna take the matter seriously

While tracking it status showing need department name/extension number why he didn't call to my persnal number?. Plz take action and deliver my item/product as soon as possible. Bill no 50629165 is supposed to deliver on 29 th june, as not delivered i called at 6 ' o clock, but no response. When saw the status on 30 th, they mentioned that premises closed unable to deliver, hence i contacted on 1 st july, they told to deliverbut failed. When i saw the status, they kept like customer told to deliver later, without my concern as they like behaving. From company side also folled up to deliver, but agin failed to deliver.

This is really disappointing, my passport expected delivery date was 27 June 2019, but its 1st July and i haven't received my passport, they always says Undelivered shipment held at location. I have my flight on 15 July so kindly deliver my passport ASAP. otherwise i will do a police complain on your staff as your Staff is very rude. Thank you.

I handover my bike to a blue dart employee on 04 april 19 at tambaram.. I wish to transfer my bike from chennai to udhampur... But still i didn't receive my bike as on 01 july 19

I am a serving person and my bike is my daily need to go to my office.. I face very much difficulty without my bike... I ask blue dart employee so many time to give me ebill no or some reference no to track my bike but he didn't give me... I connect to him through mobile only but now he didn't attend my call... When i handover my bike to him that time he ask me to handover my bike's key also becoz it's blue dart policy.. I hand over him my bike and bike's key also... I fear to miss use of my bike...

I was about to recve my order placed from pytm by u pple. But ur courier servce is reallly pooor n zero. Your courier boy name amit kumar [protected] said he couldnt get me on my address nd mde me fool by saying my no. Ws swtched off. But i ws at home for whole day nd nobody called me. Then at last wen i called him in evenin he said i would send u nxt mrnin at 10-11 am but wen i called him today he started misbehavin me nd being rude to me. Nd said he would nt come smbdy else would cme nd said i would tell his details. Its more than 4 hrs. Now he is nt picking up my call nd yesterdy he said he would dispatch orde immediately if i would give him 50Rs. Blue dart has a big name but today u proved me wrng . I will never use ur service again in future.

I have a complaint about my parcel it need to reached at 29 june 2019. Yesterday whole day i was waiting for my parcel. Even i try the customer care number but the number is not working. I try everything but i can’t unable to contact with anyone. I want to know that where is my parcel. My waybill number is [protected]. Pick up date is 26 june 2019 from delhi to dehradun. Sbi card card mere ghar par deliver nahin kar kiya gaya hai ab tak usse phone number hai detail diya hai fir bhi ab tak mere ghar par sbi card deliver nahin hua hai delivery boy phone karta hai aur address batane par bhi hua return lekar jata hai do mahine ho gaye ab tak deliver nahin hua hai aapke service thik hai lekin aapka jo staff hai woh theek nahi hai hi brand hi pimple gurav ka main khud aapke branch mein gaya tha fir bhi unhone mujhe collect nahin kara diya

I have applied for the pan card in the month of july and that was supposed to delivered me on 20th aug 17 from bluedart courier services but unfortunately it couldn't delivered because it was mentioned that my address was wrong.
If the address was wrong then why nobody has called me or check. I have checked twice the documents which i have given for the pan card the address was mentioned correct. I don't know why it happened. Please follow the below details and do the needful.

Status is showing uska bhegam received. This is my axis bank debit card. How he give another person. Till date i did not receive my debit card. I go to axis bank and complain about that he give me way bill number and he tell you received this card like that. Where is my debit card. And i ask blue dart also he tells give complaint in online. Please arrange my debit card as soon as possible.
