I was supposed to receive a parcel T-shirt on 17th may 2019. I was at home the whole day.

I haven't received it till date. When I tracked for the status, it says the delivery is done to recipient SHIVANNA.

The delivery guy hasn't called me before leaving the package to that person, and now I have found out that there is no person called SHIVANNA in my entire neighborhood.br...

An item was to be delivered to me 2-3 days back but these Blue dart people they neither call the person nor do they provide any contact details of the person delivering the courier. This is the third item this same item has been dispatched to me and i am still to get the item.

I emailed the Blue dart customer service several times but they don't even bother to reply and even if they they just do it just for the sake of replying...

My an important document is delivered to wrong person in other address.
Even i called to customer care they your complaint resolved within 24 hrs but still i don't where is my that parcel.
They delivered my document on 5 june, 2019 at different location.
That document is my personal document how can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address.

Irresponsible delivery of Bluedart.
Bluedart given my important parcel to the wrong person even when I have instructed them to deliver the order only to me. Now I know that I will never get that parcel back as that person hates us.

Now who will be responsible such an Irresponsible behaviour and how will I get my parcel back?...

I had booked a product from amazon and the same was sent through blue dart on 1st june. The same product reached to the delivery centre noida on 2nd june. And on 3rd june, status showing "incomplete address" and on 4th june status showing "prohibited area - restricted entry. Where is no such circumstances as address is entirely correct and it is residential premises where all courier comes. Actually delivery boy of blue dart most of the time...

I have been getting message stating delivery attempted -premises closed.

Does this mean they came to our flat to deliver but the flat was closed. if that is what it is meant then nobody came nor did we get any call from the deliver person. we had at least one person at home all the time and we never left home closed.
