I supposed to get delivery yesterday but i got message from blue dart stating that delivery unsuccessful because of premise closed how is this possible when i live here with more than 500 flats occupied. This is ridiculous i need that delivery today by any means necessary. Please help, i am trying to call customer care but getting disconnected again and again

My office courrier me one box that is very important. That is reached with your office on 19/03/2019.. I call your consective regarding my parcel.. She told one more day. She said your box is return for not confirming your address tell me your ph. And address. She told lie that box is return if person not find adress his duty to call me. I also ask her that tell me thae rejection remarks or reason. There's no reason.. On 27 she confirmed about deleivery.. On 29 her ph. Is off for full day. Today is 29/03 again i call she told on 30 uh received.. Or u can come to the office and collect your box... I am very veryy disappointed.. Blue dart.. I give u zero rating and i never ever try to vontinue with you in next days... My docket number is d49283917...

Dear sir the courier boy not delever the doc in my home and no any call for me. Wrongly he say consignee address unlocable landmark needed. I am calling bt road courier branch but not pick up my phone. Kindly request you to resend my doc. If any problem call me.[protected]

My order from the label life with blue dart awb# [protected] was attempted at afternoon time on 28th march, 2019. However, i was not available.

I was contacted by agent. I requested him to deliver the package between 8.30 p. M. And 9.00p. M. On 28.03.2019. He said his timings for delivery is from 9.00am to 7 pm. So i asked him since timings have been mentioned as 9 to 9, then he should deliver it today or deliver the item next morning between 8:30 am and 9 am as i would not be available.

He did not arrive at the timings. What is the use of saying that timings are from 9 am. To 9pm if they are not delivering at such timings but as per their own convenience.

i got one msg its reschedule due to adress problem .Do this guy dont have a sense to call me to know the adres...And when ever i call him he is rejecting my call .I tried more than 20 tym..Is this is the way you are dealing with your cmrs...

I checked the status of the waybill: [protected],
Its showing the that incorrect address but the delivery people don't even gave me miss call or call to me.
I received the supporting document to the same address with other service provider.

Please look into it on priority attaching the scree shot.

I would like to state i was supposed to get a courier awb#[protected] on 28th march 2019. They did not deliver it or contact me. They send me a message saying i was unavailable and i should contact [protected] which i tried contacting but it is always coming busy. I would like to know on what basis have they mentioned that i was unavailable when they did not contact me and also they should deliver it asap.

I don't get my shipment on time ur deliverboy called me on 25th i was not available on that day so i told him to come next day but still not delivered my shipment no is#[protected] this is 4th time this don't delivered on time i want explanations from ur side bluedart thakurli i[censored]r can't deliver on time than tell bank v cannot do otherwise i will complaint to higher authority of bank i will see that u r contract get end.

I didn't get my parcel till date and my Waybill No : [protected] .I have given correct address and in status it shows "Consignee's Address Incomplete/Landmark
Needed" and I didn't get any call and message for this delivery.I need this parcel very urgently. Please do the needful.

I am not at all happy with the service of bluedart. My company has sent my relieving letter by bluedart courier. Don't know whom courier guy handover the package. When i get back to the company i got to know the parcel has been delivered. I dint recieve any acknowledgement by msg or email. How careless people they are. My number already mentioned on the top of the parcel. He dint even bother to call me and say that he is giving the package to some third person.

I had ordered one item by redeeming points from SBI REWARDZ.
SBI Order ID - 853431
AWB No. - [protected].

Date - On or after 08.12.2018.

I had not yet received the ordered item.

Please revert and take action so that I am able to get back my gift item.
The person who came to deliver the item did not deliver it at my home.

As i had applied for an ielts exam i was expecting a study material from british council. I was receiving many messages that you shipment will be delivered today, it’s out for delivery that this. Today i got a message that your order has been delivered to rosli. I don’t know what’s that. I was wondering who is this rosli, haven’t heard that name in my neighbourhood. Then i realised that it’s not only happenning to me also my friends who registered for the same. Kindly fix this issue!

Always enter the status of delivery is mentioned wrong, after two days i call customer care of bluedart rise a complaint regarding my product delivery is not successful, then he give schedule time of product delivery within 2 pm to 5 pm, i waited for that time in my house, after 5 pm again i called to customer care, then he said 8.30 pm, at 8.23 pm i got a call from delivery person, he said i'm in near by you in next street, ask a land mark and route guide, i guide route then he said we will be there within 5 mins, i wait more than half an hour still he is not reached me, then i make a call he is not picking my phone, then i got message from later tonight we could not deliver vide awb# [protected] is undelivered as premise closed. To reschedule, please call please call[protected] from 9am-9pm mon-sat.

I was expecting blue dart waybill no awb [protected].
On 25 march 2019 i received sms from hpbludrt stating that my order has been despatched and will be delivered by 27 march 2019.
Since i got no call from the courier, i tracked my package at 1200 hours on 27 march 2019 and learnt that the package was "out for delivery"
At 1451hours, i got a sms stating that my order had been cancelled by me.
I immediately rushed to the blue dart office in the city and was told by the delivery boy that my phone had been unreachable and thus he had cancelled the order.
On checking his phone i saw that he had made a call to me only couple of mins before i met him at 1516 hours. Obviously he was lying about having tried to contact me.
The delivery boy is mr sumit.

This is not the first time that this has happened with me. The delivery boys at blue dart hisar do this very often, causing unneccessary harrassment to the customers.

I had redeemed my hdfc credit card points and ordered something through it. Expected date of arrival was 25th. I have received a message yesterday that my courier has been delivered at 1200 hours on 26/03/19 to stamp.

I have neither received any courier nor any calls regarding it from bluedart.

This is highly unprofessional.

I have ordered a computer ram on amazon india on 20th march and delivery date is 26th march. The product shipment from maharastra to kolkata was perfect as per schedule. But after shipment to malda there was no response from bluedart. They change shipment schedule without informing the customer saying that delivery attempted but not response from the customer. After change the schedule in this way they return the product to amazon.in this way the customer do not get the product. This is happen to me many time. Please help us taking action from your end so that we can keep our faith on famous blusdart courier seevice.

Iam facing an issue with one of my delivery. The blue dart branch near my locale has returned one the parcel, send by british council (From gurgaon,
Haryana) to me, back to gurgoan. When i track the transit using the blue dart courier service tracking system (Courier service waybill number:[protected]), it is showing the reason for returning the courier as they couldn't locate my address. The address i given is 100% correct and is very easy to find out (It is very near to the town). Iam a living in this area for last 10 years and none of the courier companies had issue with finding out my location. I can say without a shadow of doubt that the courier company didn't even tried to find out the address and deliver the parcel. The parcel contains books which i urgently require to prepare for my exams. Kindly help me to get the parcel as soon as possible (Please consider my request as a priority and do the needed).

I am not receiving any of the shipments. When i tried to ask for the reason, they were giving me the answer as flat number is not available. However i am staying in an individual house and address is sufficient. My house itself is a landmark as there is a reknowned play school at our area. And i am residing above the play school. I missed my kotak cc, scb cc, my insurance hard copy... The list goes on. Now i have another shipment came and that is also having the same status. I went personally to the office and they said they don’t have people to check the address. I am fed up with the servic and i am requesting the bank authorities also to not to send the bank cards via blue dart. I am not sure whether to provide my details.
