Hi,

My axis bank card dispatch through blue dart but its not delivered yet.
Delivery boy came to my address and called me i said today i am on leave and come to monday he said ok but when i track package on monday then my package go to my bank communication address that is uttarakhad i dont know why but i just want to know when through customer care i change deliver address and if i had told you i am on leave that day...

no any cotact number is given through which i contact and the number provided on your website is not respindig.i am trying many times but no any response what should i do.should i go for any legel action?or any thing else.kindly solvemy issue.

    My address is mauryapurm ranibagh bargo near kamala marriage hall rustampur gorakhpur pin -273016 is complete but forwarder say incomplete address even no one call me on my updated no. So plz fix this problem. This complaint against address not find by your courier boy. So update my address and deliver my parcel on my residence address. I hope this could be resolved earlier. Thanks

    This company rejecting my delivery for the second time. They want me to go to their office for the parcel. Then why you are accepting the pincode if it is not valid?

    one weak before you delivered a product to my door step after a long struggle. Now what happend to you?. why bluedart why?

      Respected sir,
      I ordered a product online which was supposed to be delivered to me by 28th march, 2019 through bluedart agency but till date that is 2nd april, 2019 the product remains undelivered. The delivery boy gives a miss call and don't pick the call when contacted back even when i track the status of my product they show entry prohibited to my area which is actually a lie. They have never made an attempt to contact me or come to the place where i stay. Kindly look upon the matter and take strict action against them.

      I have orderd a product from nyka on 19. Till now the product not arrived.. On tracking i found that landmark is not provided.. It is totaly false statement. Im at oddanchatram they before yesterday only a parcel from nykaa through ecom exprs came my home. I realy upset ny blue dart. When will u send my parcels? Please deliver my parcels soon..

        This is regarding my waybill no #[protected], i have yet not received my order, status displayed on tracking page says ‘consignee's address incomplete’.
        I would like to bring to your kind notice that, no efforts have been made to contact me regarding address verification nor any contact no of delivery boy is mentioned so that i can contact him or her from my end.
        Highly disappointed!!
        Please look into it asap!

            Dear sir/ma'am,
            1st april 2019...
            I have my order and my things was gonna be deliver today (1st april) so i was waiting for the delivery but yet not received my delivery. So i call the delivery boy and his hospitality was so worst and he is continuously rejecting my call.
            Why he can't the answer? And in tracking status its showing consignee not available.
            Delivery in bangalore munnekolala and i didn't get the rescheduled message too. It will be reschedule or not?

            Did u have any sense..we have placed an order of gown n we got a saree which may cost around 100 rupess..idiot's stupid..fake people..come back n give our money ...otherwise we will file. A complaint😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

            I have received a courier credit card from ICICI bank. When courier arrived i was not there in my house. Without contact to me he return back the courier. I try to contact branch last three days but no one attending the call.

              I am suppose to get my credit card delivered to my address by Saturday, delivery boy called me and i suggested a time slot from 6 to 7 pm and he said ok but, since yesterday evening he is not picking up my call and today he called me back @ 1:43 pm when i was busy in office and from 1:53 pm i am trying to call back but he his not picking up call.

              Day before yesterday my parcel arrived at my doorstep but I was not available so I request him to come tomorrow but now he is not picking up my call...
              He also asked me not to get panic cause we will deliver you your product whenever you want and I have actually prepaid some amount of money for that that's why I am waiting for my delivery and please ask him to pick up my call...

                  My nykaa order shipped via bluedart is held at delivery station since a week. Without calling me bluedart updated their status as location not reachable which is not true my office is located in the prime area of the city. Contacted customer care, they registereda complaint and asked to wait for 48 hours but even after 72 hrs there is no news. How can they be so irresponsible.

                    Today blue dart branch office person told me that there is no service at nahan, sirmour, himachal pradesh - 171003. Why? Is it out of sirmour, himachal pradesh? Or is in forest? If it is so, then why have you taken this important product from your shipping office without checking of your service facility location.

                    I am staying at himachal pradesh and how my sister will collect this courier from their office?

                    Please help me for this problem, otherwise they can do anything in future.

                      My product is still undelivered but i got a message that product is delivered and in online tracking, it is also showing that the product is delivered. my way bill no is [protected].. it is really unexpected from the blue dart. if the product is not delivered how can blue dart update that product is delivered? it is a kind of theft issue . we did not get any call from blue dart and the product is delivered

                        After multiple follow up also my courior is not delivered. I called to customer care and they are saying it'll be delivered by eod. Since last 3-4 days saying delivered by eod. This is very bad service provide by bluedart.
                        Without calling to me the courior delivery boy updated i was not available in my residential address. It's not at all acceptable.

                          Please be informed that i am supposed to receive my courier with dated on 27/03/19 and till date i have not received my document.

                          After calling multiple time to the blue dart on 27/03/19 i got a response from them that area pin code is incorrect. And very next day i. E 28/03/19 again they said that home address is incorrect.

                          And when i tried calling them on 29/03/19 they are saying home address and land mark is missing.

                          I want them to dispatch my document to me today i. E 30/03/19 without fail.

                            I got a call about my parcel delivery in between monday to friday, i told the person abrwar that i will be avilable on saturday, so please deliver it on saturday that is today, in morning i called again abrwar and asked to deliver the parcel, he said let me check with parcel and again he havent replied so i called him again so he said parcel is returned as you were not available. Is the communication from my side missing somewhere? I am hostelite wont be available on each saturdays too. Is this how they provide service? Waybill no is [protected]

                              Our shipment no [protected] is booked on 08.01.2019 but not delivered to consignee the deputy chief controller of explosives, peso, bhopal. Further no information/ communication has been done with us by you in this regard. When we contact you on toll free no. Yesterday i. E. On 29.03.2019 than only we come to know that this shipment is lost. It is not acceptable from the reputed courier like blue dart. This shipment contains the documents of our client including original licence issued by the dept. Of explosives and the demand draft of rs. 75000/- (Rs. Seventy five thousand only).
                              Please note that any penalty/charges raised by the department of explosives to our client/customer and any financially loss to our customer in this regard will be bear by you.

                                    My office courrier me one box that is very important. That is reached with your office on 19/03/2019.. I call your consective regarding my parcel.. She told one more day. She said your box is return for not confirming your address tell me your ph. And address. She told lie that box is return if person not find adress his duty to call me. I also ask her that tell me thae rejection remarks or reason. There's no reason.. On 27 she confirmed about deleivery.. On 29 her ph. Is off for full day. Today is 29/03 again i call she told on 30 uh received.. Or u can come to the office and collect your box... I am very veryy disappointed.. Blue dart.. I give u zero rating and i never ever try to vontinue with you in next days... My docket number is d49283917...
