I have received call after 1 week then the courier guy have not delivered on the day when i got call instead he told that as he got some work he couldn't deliver. And on next day as i called him and asked when can i expect my debit card then he was telling that it will be sent by some other person as he is on leave and that day this guy took all details and after long time i dint got any call nor msg and he dint deliver to me and when i. Checked the status it's showing that ("delivery of your icici bank shipment will be attempted by blue dart today. Track on *") later after so many calls i received this msg (Dear customer, blue dart were unable to deliver shipment a# from icici bank. To update your address, please call icici bank customer care)

My sbi add-on credit card has been dispatched today i received the call from deliver boy. Due to address change i told him that i will come to my previous address along with my existing credit card and also valid address proof. He refused to give the card and he is speaking rudely and switch off his phone multiple times i've tried to call him and pleased to provide me the card as it was bit urgent. Then also he refused to provide me the card and stating that he will send to bank. Seriously i never expected this kind of reaction from a reputable company like bluedart. Don't provide my card to me that's ok but ask your employees to maintain some dignity and maintain a healthy relationship with customer. Thank you

My waybill number is [protected] and it must be delivered today but not. Even i called them twice and they said me that our executive is out for delivery of your shipment. Even they mentioned my delivery is completed because of landmark is needed even i provided them my land mark also. I request to contact me tomorrow on my contact which was provided by dbs bank. And deliver me my shipment tomorrow. My land mark is opposite central jail, jail road indore.

Sir my name is harman preet singh i belong to india, punjab district gurdaspur and i had a worry of stolent my passport from blue dart mumbai and i sent 2passport from blue dart mumbai to blue dart delhi office but the parcel which the blue dart give me, the parcel contain only one passport but i had give 2passport to blue dart for corrier, the date of the corrier is 6 march 2019 sirr plz help me i had worry about my passport

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

I am expecting the hardcopy of my ielts results. However i have not received this. When i attempt to track it, the website and call centre tell me it had been delivered. Further, i am not able to speak to a customer service executive. I am extremely distressed by this as i need these results to apply for a visa. I also find that the customer service is woefully unhelpful. I hope this is resolved soon.

Hdfc bank has sent a courier through your courier and awb number is "[protected]". From past 2 day i'm not well suffering from back pain so working from home. I told him to submit the courier to my office security and he denied for this and i asked him when he can reach my office, if he can say a time, i could reach my office but he saying that i[censored] want a card you should be in office or talk to your bank i[censored] need a card. Is this the way your guys respond the sick people? They don;t have humanity to serve? As you guy called me from one of the number "[protected]".

Please let me know what the way to collect that card, before returning back. As i have proof where i have recorded you person words its too hurting for being a sick people.

Shipment is stuck Status "Undelivered Shipment Held At Location". There is no response on Toll free number or Technician who called me for delivery when was in office.

Customer Service ([protected]) no makes you wait for long time and eventually gets cut, this is pathetic service.

My ref no is [protected] my expected delievery date is April 8 which is not delivered and i didnt get any call regarding the delivery, it got delayed with a false reason "No Such Consignee At The Given Address", I have called customer care the customer executive assured me that it will be delivered on April 9th, But April 9th also i didnt get my package and i called customer care but didnt get proper response

I had oredered 3 shirts with price money 999... Bt they had delivered different shirts... Please refund my money... Why they are doing like this... Are consumers not taking seriously the costumers compalints? How can these fraud sites had been running? Please take serious actions. It should be repeat in furture... I want my rs999 money back

I think the consumers are not serious about these frauds thats y so many people are here to tell how they had been fooled by this sites...

Dear sir the courier boy not delever the product at my given address also no call form them which i supposed to receive. Moreover they said that consignee address unlocable landmark needed but the landmark is already given with my adress.

The consignment with blue dartawb#[protected] was scheduled to be delivered on 4/04/18.. Without attempting delivery, the status shows address not locatable.. I rescheduled the delivery but there has been no intimation in this regard. The delivery executive hasn't contacted me even once. This has been happening from the past four days consecutively.. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

Just a few minutes ago, a man came from blue dart to deliver my brother's parcel. My mother ain't well. He knocked the door so loudly that she actually panicked. When i was going downstairs, he again knocked in the same way although i told him i'm coming. When i opened the door, i said uncle you could've knocked lil softly and bang! He started throwing a fit on me immediately, without even listening me properly. The second knock was not even needed. A person is not well here and he didn't even care to listen. Firstly he gave me pen and then just snatched it and didn't even let me signature. I mean what the actual hell was that? What's with that behaviour? Are they even educated or they just got the job awein hi! I mean seriously they doesn't have even courtesy and no etiquette, nothing! And my mom told me that was not the first case today, it has happened earlier as well. I mean seriously! Where is the professionalism? Blue dart, are you even listening?

I had been receiving messages that u will receive ur parcel by 6/4/19 but have not received it till today 8/4/19. Infact i received a call from ur delivery boy on 6/4/19 that i will deliver ur parcel on 8/4/19 monday. I told him that ur supposed to deliver me it on 6/4/18. I am receiving messages that ill get it on 6/4/19. He replied wo to aise hi hota hai. I will deliver it on monday. I have still not received my parcel tht is on monday 8/4/19. Pls take some action against such irresponsible delivery boys.

I am from jind(haryana) Everytime whenever my product has come in bludart currier they deny to deliver the product, , , so i have to pick up my product this is not fair even the distance is so far from my house to bluedart office, and they said if you'll not pick up then we will cancel it, , am not happy with this behaviour

Blue dart express not delivering any items to door step to anybody instead they call and ask us get the shipment from their warehouse only, when i questioned them they threat me that item will be canceled and shouted with very bad words. this is not my first experience many times i heared the same answer from them also delivery persons are unboxing the shipment.
kindly suggest this company to black mark for the public harassment.

Without attempting a delivery the status shows address not locatable. I have given my contact number and i didn't receive any calls from the courier services. Eventhough i rescheduled it they just registered the redelivery and till now there is no intimation from the concerned courier service. Please look into this and do the required asap. This has been very frequent nowadays. Very disappointed with the courier service!

My self prop. Of jindal saltpetre traders, rangri road, sirsa i had requested for cheque book through axis bank and the same were despatched through blue dart couriwr. But instead of delivering the cheque book to my address courier co. Deliver the same to axis bank branch. They don't even contact or ring me for the cheque book but simply without contacting or delivering the cheque book at the destination they prefer to deliver at bank branch.
