Your employees retained my credit card instead of giving me. It's very urgent. Your team wasn't reached to me at given address. Your employee called me to receive credit card for about 10 km away from my hometown & i told him to for giving my card at my home and he retain the card. Ask him the reason for retaining and ship my card as fast as possible. Ref. No. Of my order is [protected].

I was expecting a courier delivery of my daughter's b.com certificate which had been sent by blue dart from bangalore on 28/03/19 addressed to our home patna. The delivery never happened and me & my family were getting anxious, so we decided to contact the local blue dart office which is located at — mezzainen first, verma centre crossing, boring road, jai prakash path, patna, bihar 800001 on 04/04/2019.

The guy sitting at the office said that on 01/04/19, they had sent a delivery guy on a bicycle to deliver all the packages addressed to my area & in the process of delivering a package, the delivery guy left his all other packages on his bicycle which was unlocked and unchecked and someone stole his bicycle including all the packages. You can understand my agony when i heard this because my daughter's priceless academic certificate is now lost, and also the valuable packages of all the people who were expecting delivery that day.

I would like to ask you to take strong action to fix such unprofessional delivery system and make sure this does not happen again.

My order has been returned by your office many time without informed me. I have called many times. But there was no response from them. I am waiting my order since one month. But not delivered till date. Its was the my dabit card of icici bank. It is vry ungent for me. And bank already tried many times dispatched its ordered.

Now kindly check in this attachment that the courier probably be delivered to us at 27th march 2019. But they argue with us that "the premises was closed at that time so they could not deliver."
But our premises is closing at 7 p. M and which person or which company receive the courier after 7 p. M?

It is our very very imported courier from hdfc and we want it urgently.
The courier company only take money. Is there no any responsibility of the courier company for the customer?

Kindly help us for receive our courier.

Hi,
I didn't receive any phone calls from blue dart as well as any notifications from blue dart so when I checked the status of my order it shows that the item has been delivered today at 1pm. The tracking number of my order is [protected]. How could the order be delivered to me when I wasn't even called once by blue dart.i m in a hurry for my product and now it's a problem. This is the second time this problem has occurred.

Low quality goods supplied by the companty. Pls take it back. I want to return it. So its better to improve the quality of goods. Please refund my amount to my syndicate bank account at the earliest. During that time i have taken delivery from a different courier company, same time.

This is not the first instance of poor service delivery of blue dart, hence both for my professional and business needs is reluctant to use your services.

In system showing deliver on 30/03/2019 but still not received

I was going to out of country so i want to cancle my order plz responce because it's a time to delivery in my house any body will not be present so plz cancle my order i was already informed to company to cancle my order if they shipped the order so plz cancle my order blue i am requesting to u so do this favour for me

Icici bank sent my courier through blue dart on 22/03/2019. But it is still now reached my pin done. I tracked my courier it is showing wrong location. It's a taking very long time to dispatch from one place to other place. If i will go by walk than i reached my destination. I asked both costumer care icici bank & blue dart. They don't take good response. I continue try to talk costumer care on 02-april-19 but at the talking to costomer care my call auto disconnected. If i will not find within 36 hrs than i will case in court on blue dart & icici bank. Blue dart courier service is very very poor. Courier means it's reached in india within more than 72 hrs.

My axis bank card dispatch through blue dart but its not delivered yet.
Delivery boy came to my address and called me i said today i am on leave and come to monday he said ok but when i track package on monday then my package go to my bank communication address that is uttarakhad i dont know why but i just want to know when through customer care i change deliver address and if i had told you i am on leave that day...

So plz fix this problem. This complaint against address not find by your courier boy. So update my address and deliver my parcel on my residence address. I hope this could be resolved earlier. I ordered a product online which was supposed to be delivered to me by 28th march, 2019 through bluedart agency but till date that is 2nd april, 2019 the product remains undelivered. The delivery boy gives a miss call and don't pick the call when contacted back even when i track the status of my product they show entry prohibited to my area which is actually a lie. They have never made an attempt to contact me or come to the place where i stay. Kindly look upon the matter and take strict action against them.

This is regarding my waybill no #[protected], i have yet not received my order, status displayed on tracking page says ‘consignee's address incomplete’.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that, no efforts have been made to contact me regarding address verification nor any contact no of delivery boy is mentioned so that i can contact him or her from my end.
Highly disappointed!!
Please look into it asap!

Dear sir/ma'am,
1st april 2019...
I have my order and my things was gonna be deliver today (1st april) so i was waiting for the delivery but yet not received my delivery. So i call the delivery boy and his hospitality was so worst and he is continuously rejecting my call.
Why he can't the answer? And in tracking status its showing consignee not available.
Delivery in bangalore munnekolala and i didn't get the rescheduled message too. It will be reschedule or not?

I am suppose to get my credit card delivered to my address by Saturday, delivery boy called me and i suggested a time slot from 6 to 7 pm and he said ok but, since yesterday evening he is not picking up my call and today he called me back @ 1:43 pm when i was busy in office and from 1:53 pm i am trying to call back but he his not picking up call.
