Blue dart courier boy came inside the house without calling me and house is not locked and he makes phone call to me inside house. I told him before entering into the house you should call me. He asked me what's wrong and why not i enter into house without informing. I told him in future before enter into house make a call for that he is shouting out at house and he spoke bad word related to human body parts and he is threatening if you book...

My shipment id is [protected] i need to change the delivery address. Because i relocated from that delivery address. But i need that package. I cant able to come there and picked it up. Dint receive hdfc card but msg sent as product delivered
When i click the message it says as it delivered to maraimalai nagar but i'm in tirupur.
I am about to receive new hdfc credit card from chennai to tirupur (My address)
But i dint receive this item but i got message as it is delivered by feb 9 and when i click track message it shows it delivered...

Delivery from bluedart is getting worse day by day. I had applied for an credit card and delivery has to be done by bluedart. The delivery executive didn't even try to deliver the courier and the delivery got cancelled.

Delivery executive is sending messages to come here and there giving locations rather than delivering courier by hand

Yesterday 28/Feb I got a message that my parcel is out of delivery... I didn't receive any call or message from bluedart.. now when I track my order it shows Prohibited area entry restricted for delivery... I need my parcel as soon as possible... Please look at this matter as soon as possible... Pathetic service......

I was supposed to receive a parcel from Lenskart through bluedart on 28/2/19 ... It's showing out for delivery from 28/2/19 5 pm... But now i called them because it's 8pm and they informed me that they attempted to deliver it at 11 am but i was not there... I am a student and my mother is a house wife... She is alwaysa at home and they didn't attempted. Also it shows out for delivery at 5 pm... What a lie... Only a illiterate one can lie...

My courier has been delayed by bluedart jamshedpur for 4 days, today on 28.2.19 the courier person who even didn’t arrived at my house, just called me once, after i enquired him that if he came to my house, at first he lied to him, and then foul mouthed me and later told me to pick up the courier from office as he is not interested to deliver it to my home. Furthermore he added that i can also lodge a complaint against him, as he doesn’t...

Headphones provide is not as per mentioned on my bills. I order i8s but they have delivered me i7s. On bill it is also mentioned ckearly that, it is i8s. Making fool customer is not expected from atleast bluedart courier services, as you are very responsible service provider. For reference, bills is also attached to this complaint as well as product. Kindly, close this issue on priority without any further delay....

Amex credit card has been sent to the address where i last stayed. Currently, i am not in that address but my previous owner knows about this card delivery. Even i informed to the person who contacted me, they agreed to deliver to the same address. As of now, it is not delivered. When i call back no response. # customer care is not connecting proper. Very bad service from bluedart.

My consignment has to deliver by 21st feb 2019....

Morning i received a txt msg from bluedart saying i would receive my courier on 26th feb 2019 and by noon on 25 th feb 2019 at about 2:30 pm again txt came saying they would attempt to deliver it by that day. I was waiting until 7 no one turned up nor any msg not any phone calls. Then i just thought to see the status and to my utter surprise it showed it was delivered. I tried the hotline there also it said same that product was delivered....
