Hi, i have been trying to follow up on my courier which was prepaid (Awb:[protected]). I could see the tracking details stating the courier has reached palakkad on 9.3 but not delivered at all. When visiting the facility they are saying they don’t have an idea about who has the courier. No response after calling the customer care as well. This is not the first time it’s happening with me. I have gone ahead and tolerated. But i cannot anymore. There needs to be a company ethics and sense of responsibility which is not at all there with bluedart when dealing with people. Please take strict action

I have ordered an denim jeans shirt but they delivered the wrong product to me so i request you to take back this product and give me my order item this is not the 1st time befor once they made like this only so i ask to give me a correct product and take this wrong item so i request to exchange my product or please refund my amount to me and pease do it fast as possible as

Sorry to inform you that we have received a duplicate rado jubile watch instead of rado centrix black 9554 men. The sender is a fictitious company and not responding to the phone printed in invoice. Since you have collected cod and have all details of the company so the onus is on you to return the cash received by you.

Your immediate action will help to get hold of online fraud / cyber crime.

For 3 days, they are not delivering my package. Help me to get my product by today. I have bee calling to the service everyday and they are getting it delayed every day. Yesterday also i called them and they are like to make delivery today at 9:30 am, but still they have not made any attempts. Also, they are not picking the call i made. Its so frustrated and i do not know whether i will get my parcel or not. Please help me to get the parcel delivery by today.

A courier carrying some of my important educational certificates had arrived at ponkunnam bluedart office in kottayam, kerala three-four days back. Still now they haven't contacted me nor i was able to contact them (No telephone number provided for this outlet yet). I was in an emergency and i contacted customer service to know about this. There is no problem with the address given or the mobile number provided. Still they are irresponsible enough to contact me or deliver my package. Please do the needful.

I ordered a product from flipkart to my home address - ranbag road near teacher training college. The seller use blue dart for delivering the product and my product shipped on 12 march and it's 19 march today at 7: 30 am i see that in blue dart tracking page they need my landmark. So how to pickup package

Product Color, pattern and quality completely different from what I ordered.
They have listed very attractive clothes at there website to attract customers but they deliver poor quality stuff.
This is a fraud company.
I want my 1000 rs. Refund as soon as possible.

To stop delivering for letter courier by way bill no [protected] as we have mentioned wrong address. The letter is to be delivered back from where it is booked. My name is vikas chand, i am in wonder to hear that my courier has been sent back to the source which was sent through your services. Let me clear that what was i feel about blue dart before this incident is a quality service but after this incident my expectation from blue dart gets demolished.

Let me explain the my problem. My courier was sent through your services (Awb no. [protected]) and i was waiting for your call to receive it but on 09.03.2019 i got a call from courier boy but at that time i was unable to pick it up due to some busy schedule. But later i called back at that no. And talked to the boy. He said that i have called you because may be you have some courier at our ghumarwin (Distt. Bilaspur hp) office and asked me the detail of mine and finally said that i will call you later and i was waiting for his call for many days. Neither he delivered my package nor he communicated properly to pick my courier from our office. Even i was agreed to receive my courier by my own once he told me that there is a courier for me. Today when i receive a message from the source that your courier has been returned, i just got surprised with your service. I also talked to your area manager mr. Tejinder kaushal but didn't get a satisfactory response.

I in shock that courier service like blue dart have that much low standards. You dont deliver the couriers at home doors but even not communicating it properly to the consumers. It is just a courier for you but it can be life opportunity for somebody.

Now please tell me who exactly is responsible for this and why should we choose blue dart services if we are a valued customer for you. And how will now i will get my parcel back?

I was supposed to receive package with awb # [protected]. I was unable to lift the calls and that's the reason the package was undeliverable. I received a message witht contact details of the customer service but when i tried to connect, i'm unable to fo so. Please reschedule the delivery to 19th march. Looking forward for the issue to be resolved.

The jersey was assured to be delivered today, but the agent calls (Mob no - [protected]) last minute and tells me vaguely that he forgot to take the parcel and has reached home. The parcel was to be sent to someone today. Such carelessness and forgetful attitude shouldn't be tolerated. Please take stringent action on the person responsible. The agent call details have been submitted

Awb [protected]. It was dispatched 3 days ago from trivandrum to mumbai. I am following up with Bluedart customer care but they cannot give me any update on the location of the shipment for past two days. The shipment is expensive and it is unprofessional service I am receiving from bluedart.

I ordered one product from paytm on 4march.
My blue dart tracking I'd is [protected]
7th march blue dart agent called me and that time I was not available, so directly I informed that please cancel the product.
Even agent given the positive reply but still i didn't get my money back and it is showing product delivered.

Please team look into this issue.
I didn't get my product and it is showing it is delivered and the signature shown by paytm is not mine.

My material ([protected]) not yet received. They reported consignee not available. How can you say like that even before they called me up. Your people supplying lot items in my office in every month and also my office is nearer to your edapally office, kochi. So don't try to make this type of excuses.

On 12th march 2019. I got a message from bluedart express saying it is delivered to someone. I need my product asap since i have paid full amount. The bluedart person have not called me on my number i have provided for delivery but delivered to someone else.. Please help me asap...

Respected sir my awb no.[protected] is delivered to lal chowk Srinagar branch by Tuesday and still they did not deliver it.i called them and them they disconnect the call. Today I receive an SMS that today it will b delivered still Not. This happens with me all the time from blue dart. When ever I listens about blue dart its a worst courier company. Take this matter seriously .

This is third time i am facing the same problem, delivery boy gave my parcel to any random unknown person without even letting me know. I am not getting my parcel. Please look into this matter as soon as possible or i have to take some legal actions. I get frustrated from the pathetic service i am recieving. Even i didn't recieve any call from the delivery personnel, how could it be possible to hand over one person's parcel to any random guy withoit even letting the authorised person know. Urgent and serious action should be taken against this unprofessional act.

The credit card that should been delivered to me or my family in case i'm absent to collect it, was given to some third party shop keeper near my home stating i told her to collect it but i didn't even talk to the delivery guy anything as such. And he's forged her signature and have given the card pack to her and now it's showing the status as delivered. This is second degree crime and forgery. I'd like to escalate this matter as high as possible. I'd want this package to be delivered back to the address sent, to its origin.
This happened on 13/01/2019 and the person who had to deliver me has the contact number [protected].
