I ordered different designs in 3 shirts but it came different, i orderd xl size, but it cames medium sizes & same as in color also,
And the quality is not good...

    Awb [protected]. It was dispatched 3 days ago from trivandrum to mumbai. I am following up with Bluedart customer care but they cannot give me any update on the location of the shipment for past two days. The shipment is expensive and it is unprofessional service I am receiving from bluedart.

      Hi team,

      I ordered one product from paytm on 4march.
      My blue dart tracking I'd is [protected]
      7th march blue dart agent called me and that time I was not available, so directly I informed that please cancel the product.
      Even agent given the positive reply but still i didn't get my money back and it is showing product delivered.

      Please team look into this issue.
      I didn't get my product and it is showing it is delivered and the signature shown by paytm is not mine.

Your people supplying lot items in my office in every month and also my office is nearer to your edapally office, kochi. So don't try to make this type of excuses.

            Respected sir my awb no.[protected] is delivered to lal chowk Srinagar branch by Tuesday and still they did not deliver it.i called them and them they disconnect the call. Today I receive an SMS that today it will b delivered still Not. This happens with me all the time from blue dart. When ever I listens about blue dart its a worst courier company. Take this matter seriously .

              This is third time i am facing the same problem, delivery boy gave my parcel to any random unknown person without even letting me know. I am not getting my parcel. Please look into this matter as soon as possible or i have to take some legal actions. I get frustrated from the pathetic service i am recieving. Even i didn't recieve any call from the delivery personnel, how could it be possible to hand over one person's parcel to any random guy withoit even letting the authorised person know. Urgent and serious action should be taken against this unprofessional act.

                The credit card that should been delivered to me or my family in case i'm absent to collect it, was given to some third party shop keeper near my home stating i told her to collect it but i didn't even talk to the delivery guy anything as such. And he's forged her signature and have given the card pack to her and now it's showing the status as delivered. This is second degree crime and forgery. I'd like to escalate this matter as high as possible. I'd want this package to be delivered back to the address sent, to its origin.
                This happened on 13/01/2019 and the person who had to deliver me has the contact number [protected].

                      If by mistake the bank icici have wrongly updated the door number as 15-8/13, the customer has to call customer service. If you people there in the position of customer will respond like this. The service has to be like service..
                      I my self got a sms and it has been shared to your people, still if you want you may call me to my number or has to send me an sms. With out doing a call if simply update status it fair. Once think about it please.

                          Hello,

                          I have applied for replacing my standard charted debit card and for my bad luck they were sending it via bludart.

                          I was checking the status of my shipment and found that the delivery is getting failed due to the absence of customer. I was home 24*7 because my leg is broken and im in bed rest. The regional bluecart centre which is situated in the north paravur doesn't have a working phone number (Poor guys). I checked with the customer care office of bluedart and they were cutting my call (Such a nice customer care/killing service). I have the records of those phone calls. Becuase i got the line after i tried a trillion times.

                          Somehow i found a mobile number from google for this his highness bludart north paravur agent and he told me to pick my shipping from the office. Why i am paying my bank for replacing the card and for its delivery if it is not delivering to my home. What kind of service they are providing.

                          They didnt even call me. Before changing the status of many shipment. If any of bludart guys are reading this, " please dont feed your kids from the salary you gets. Becuase you dont deserve that salary and atleast find a beggar instead of finding these savage delivery guys who refuse to deliver, becuase the beggers has some dignity i think.

                          Three customer care office cut the call between 1 pm to 2.30 pm on 13/03/2019.

                                9:21 pm there was an attempt to deliver .
                                I was right inside the house with both my small kids and I get wrong info that premise was closed.

                                  My package was schedluled to be shipped on 12/3/2019. The shipment was out for delivery as per schedule. But i have not recieved any contact from the courier company. The delivery boy or not even the office did not call me or sent an sms that the order is out for delivery. They didnt even enquire me about the address and instead they reported the address as unlocatable and saying landmark is needed. They still havent contacted me yet even though i have tried many times to contact their helpline. They keep hanging up the call. Please solve this as the package is needed urgently. And the address in in a prominent location and the delivery boy would have not even tried to deliver the product and is trying to send it back

                                      I have ordered an item from IshaShoppe on 3rd March, 2019. IshaShoppe had sent the product through Blue Dart. On 8th March, 2019 around 3:16 pm, I received a text message from IshaShoppe that the order is out for delivery. On the same day, around 8:15 pm, I received a text message that the address is incorrect so the product cannot be delivered. No call came from the delivery guy about the whereabouts of the address given. I am using this address for the last 10 years for online shopping and its a permanent resident.I used the 'Write to Us' service of Blue Dart and briefed the whole incident. An email came on 9th March, 2019 around 1 pm from [protected]@bluedart.com assuring that they will arrange the delivery on priority. I even called the Blue Dart customer care[protected] regarding this on 10th March, 2019 and they confirmed the address and assured that the product will be delivered by 11th March, 2019. On 12th March, 2019 around 4:15pm, I again received an e-mail from IshaShoppe that the order #[protected] is out for delivery but still not received the product yet. I am attaching all the photocopy of mails I received regarding the order. Kindly look into this matter and help me receive the item for which I have already paid to IshaShoppe as soon as possible.
