I ordered 7 feb 2019 universal bike body cover by shop-clues, but after i known by my mistake wrong address by pin code, after i try to return and cancel the orderd but no link show for return and cancel, or no response by shop-clue and blue dart. I already paid by debit card, no refund, many problem faces everyday.

There are 2 items to be delivered. The address was my office one, as my office is closed on saturday there's no one to accept the delivery. On saturday 16 feb evening at around 7:30 i got 2 sms saying my order is delivered. When i checked using the online tracker, there it says delivered to self. As there's no one in the office to confirm i waited for monday to check if it really delivered....

We applied for visa in american ambassy delhi and we had choose premium service for delivering our passport back to our home with all fees (Rs 500) of courier was paid at the time of booking. Purchased a xiomi phone on 13th feb afternoon. Writing this on 16th feb 9:10pm after much annoyance.

I don't understand why bluedart hired worst delivery guys, when i was checked my order waybill [protected] reference no : [protected], it is showing out of delivery at 10:40 am but after 05:08 pm, the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, i am still at home at that time. When i tried to call bluedart basheerbagh contact number [protected], its not working. They couldn't even provide delivery guy number...

Service of bluedart naranpura, ahmedabad, branch is pathetic. My credit card was dispatched via bluedart by the bank, further, the bank has requested blue dart to call and check availability of customer. I never received a call from the delivery boy.
I called bluedart customer care (I have never seen such arrogant and belligerent costomer care executives) and wrote emails to bluedart, but to no avail.

I want to complaint about blue dart couriers location srinagar jammu and kashmir.

We contacted them to ask when will the courier reach.
They confirmed it will reach on 16th feb 2019.
