Bluedart representative Siraj([protected]) took my phone on 2018 Raksha Bandan day as his phone was smashed and he badly needed a phone for delivering the packages. I helped him and let him use my spare phone to complete his delivery service but he has never returned my phone and ignoring my calls now. Please keep your standards and help me retrieve my phone or I will escalate this issue to the highest level.

Hi,
Itâ€™s been 12 + days and the drama is still going on. Now i see a comment saying consigneeâ€™s address not clear. Why the hell you not call and check the contact no. Given??? You type the address in google map it will show you the location. Why cant you give the courier to people who came to collect it. When a complaint was registered i see all officals calling in my phone no, why cant your representative call the same no. This issue has gone beyond my tolerance level.

I placed an prepaid order for a Product worth more than â‚¹360 on Paytm-Mall 2 weeks earlier and seller dispatched the ordered product same day or next day via Blue-Dart Express with Way Bill No. [protected] but when I don't received or My ordered product was not delivered successfully to me then I have done an E-mail to Blue-Dart Express to deliver My Product as soon as possible but deadline Day or Date also passed but still my product is not delivered. Today I made a phone call from my phone to bluedart on[protected] on which call charged â‚¹2/minute but not a single BlueDart's representative answered my call. I don't know what to do now to receive my ordered product successfully. I don't know what and why Blue Dart is playing ridiculous game with me That's why I'm posting this Complaint.

One of your executive came to the given address but even after he got the adress properly and met me as well but still he has not given my product and got a message with the statemnt that executive didnt find the address even i have the proof that he came to given address and i have met him..

I dont know which type of services you guys are providing. You want nothing but just want to to annoy customer.

Do check it from your end.. Otherwise i will have to go for further action.

This was a communication from my office which was of confidential nature. The delivery man just came and gave it and ran away. How do i locate who tampered?

Please locate the person who delivered and check as to what has been tampered with!

This is unacceptable. I will ensure that my company does not use blue dart along with many other companies in the future.

I've placed an order for my hdfc back credit card for which i was supposed to get the delivery by 18th march.
Whenever i track my order, it says returned back due to premises closed whereas i was at home on 18th and 20th whenever delivery was attempted.
This totally looks like blue dart guys are updating fake information at the portal.

Kindly look into it or else i'll have to escalate it!!!

The delivery person hadn't approached me and just updating the status as "need department and extension name" for the past 10 days and the worst case to consider is that i had clearly mentioned my apartment name and flat details which had google location pinged in and also given the clear landmark and not sure how pathetic the service had been. I want to have the products delivered within no time as they had already wasted 10 days without any update.

Local couriers are more better than bluedart.. Shut down the business i[censored] cant do... One simple courier delivery will never happen properly... Courier guy will never attempt to deliver.. This is second courier same problem... Shipment will be out for delivery by evening address un locatable every time same reason... I[censored] don't know address why u cant call customer or u r so dumb that u cant use google maps... Take some training from local couriers on how to deliver... Its been 5 days my courier undelivered..

As per the subject i have got information regarding my courier booked by axis bank through bluedart docket number awb# [protected]. On 16th march 2019 it was reached to hassan office (Karnataka-573201). I got a call from a delivery guy contact number +91 [protected]. That time i was in out station, so i told and informed to delivery guy, to collect on evening before 5 pm. But i tried to call him several times he is not attempting to pick my call. Already 3 days over still my shipment is not received kindly take the action on delivery guy and track the shipment to hand o or to me.

Hi, i have been trying to follow up on my courier which was prepaid (Awb:[protected]). I could see the tracking details stating the courier has reached palakkad on 9.3 but not delivered at all. When visiting the facility they are saying they donâ€™t have an idea about who has the courier. No response after calling the customer care as well. This is not the first time itâ€™s happening with me. I have gone ahead and tolerated. But i cannot anymore. There needs to be a company ethics and sense of responsibility which is not at all there with bluedart when dealing with people. Please take strict action
