Blue Dart Express — order not received even after 5 days of placing it

I had placed an order with h&m dated 10/10/18 using your service as the delivery method. Today it has been 5 days of my order being placed and still I haven't received it. Your message dated 13/10/18 read that "consignee not available", which can't be possible because I was very much at my place..fully awake!!. Thoigh I had provided my complete address details you have some address related issues regarding a landmark near my place..still I called h&m customer service to inform you about the same as your customer care no. was not reacheable and still not is. I want the update regarding my order and want itto be delivered asap. Also I mailed you regarding the same but have not received any reply yet!!

Hi,

I was supposed to receive a courier yesterday, I didn't receive any call from the courier service and when I checked the status it said consignee not available I have some important documents in that package can you please help me.

It would be kind of you can resolve it quickly.

It's still not resolved
My tracking id is [protected]. My order is 3 days late and showing undelivered location held at location.

Already one week has been over no -[protected].. your branch peoples promised me within 48hours they will deliver the product like that.. but you peoples one of the worst service ever I had.. really shame on you.. you peoples are not trusting agency..blue dart courier
