Awb [protected] ... I have been receiving msgs on phone that shipment is out for delivery for last 3 days and it does not come saying 'department name and extension needed".

Is this a joke... you have my number where you can call. And why dont you have my address properly ?

My courier was delivered to someone else. Courier was from my bank which contains personal documents. I received a message after it was delivered to someone named manoja on 20th oct 2018 whom i don't know.
I didn't received any mail/call/message for this before, got final message after delivery.

Deliver it to address as mentioned and call on the mobile number registered with the address.

Without my confirmation the status shows as cust requested for a future delievery.. Then after some times it showed as unlocatable address... The guy called on my number.. However he should hv also called on d given alt number if the main number is nt reaponding.

After which when i called on d guys number he said sry madam parcel retrn bhijva dia.. N he assueres that the next day before 11am i will get it but sadly i didnt receive it. Nobody responds on d number... Worst service.. Happened for second time.. Terrible.

I am really sorry about this shipping service.This blue dart is delaying my product so many time untill now also. As they aspect 12 oct 2018 but today is 18 oct 2018 that 6 days past away even that was not receive untill now also.

So everybody please do not ship a product in blue dart service.

My pincode is wrong on delivery address. I tried of several times to call customer care from last 3 days. They were not picking up the call. Expected delivery is 19th oct but it is not yet delivered although my address is correct except pincode. Delivery persons are not even making a call when they come for delivery. Worst delivery services.

I had ordered a phone via flipkart. The delivery date is october 20. I didnt yet recieved the phone. The bluedart kollam tracking system shows the courier reached our city, bu the consignees adress not complete. They didnt even contacted to the number given. Also the bluedart kollam is not picking the call. This is such an irresponsible courier, and the consumer shluldnot be cheated by showing this type of cheap excuses.

The customer service number on the website is fake .doesnt work.
No one is responsible to deliver the shipment . No one ever tried to call me but the status is updated as undelivered.
Can't get more furstating !
Pathetic experience !

My item was shiped and reach to my city around 4 days back but the shipmennt has not reched to my address. Its tracking number is [protected]. Dtdc has falsly stated in the trackings status that my address is not locatable. My address is definitely locatable as every day i get many different shipments even from amazon delivery service. Thiis is not the first time dtdc is doing such nasty and mischievous activities... Torturing consumers. Thereby, i humbly request this consumer forum that, due to dtdc's such behaviour, dtdc must be black listed publicly so that innocent consumers may be protected from such cheaters. Thank you.

The delivery of the shipment was said to be on 17/10/18 it didn't show up. Then again on 18/10/18 it was said to be out for delivery please keep the money and it didn't show up saying the day was holiday. Then again on 20/10/18 it was said to be out for delivery and again it didn't show up and 21/10/18 you will again say it is a holiday. Seriously wasting my time and also the most annoying company i have seen. If you can't bring the courier keep it with you i don't care and i am not going to pay even if it showed up. If you can't bring the courier don't atleast waste my time

I recieved 2 items but did not recieve one but it is showing delivered on the app. It is handed over to ravi whom m not aware of. I am calling blue dart ludiana branch near bus stand from 2 days and they are not picking up the call. I tracked the parcel which was sent from uk embassy and this parcel was delivered to this branch on 18 october and it has been 3 days now neither i get any call from blue dart related to the parcel nor they are picking my call. Today one of the staff members pick the call and without listening to my issue he cut the call. I have to travel 130km to collect this parcel from ludhiana as i live in ferozepur, punjab. This is the most irresponsible dealing of mine with this courier company.

Through your tracking system from[protected] it’s showing in ambalapuzha, latter tried to get phone number of agency through net but none of them were functioning. Latter i have visited your vyttla, ernakulam branch and through them i have connected mr. Anil ‭+[protected]‬ and advised to collect the same on personal on two days back but unfortunately his attitude was not professional and he don’t deliver the same, now we don’t know how to get the same

My product is supposed to deliver on wednesday (17/10/2018) but i got a message stating that due to address issue its not delivered. On that day i didnt receive any call. Next day i called the helpdesk and informed the same issue and gave them another alternative phone number also.
But still the product is not yet delivered.
Today is 4th day, seriously its a very bad experience.

This is avinash here i was about to receive the imp document (Waybill no [protected]) today but he has written fake comment that i have shifted from the address.

He didn't call once on my mobile no also.

This is extremely bad if you don't want to deliver the packet say truly.

I want to speak to higher official authority who look after mumbai asap.

Expected date of delivery 12 oct 2018
The package should delivered on 12th oct 2018. So far not yet delivered.
Also, they will update the wrong status "consignee not available".
Poor service from bluedart. But i am not sure why banks are using this company. Instead they can send this through indian postal service and it will delivered atleast within 5 days.

Wost service from bluedart and cheating all the customers and indian companies.

Icici bank dispatched atm card through blue dart wide awb[protected].
But guntur blue dart courier is not delivered. L am vegited 2 times your main branch, courier boy not phone to me and he is not came to my house.
Two massages are came from icici bank delivery is missed and call customer care
So please purse awb[protected] as early as delivered
