I had ordered a phone via flipkart. The delivery date is october 20. I didnt yet recieved the phone. The bluedart kollam tracking system shows the courier reached our city, bu the consignees adress not complete. They didnt even contacted to the number given. Also the bluedart kollam is not picking the call. This is such an irresponsible courier, and the consumer shluldnot be cheated by showing this type of cheap excuses.

The customer service number on the website is fake .doesnt work.
No one is responsible to deliver the shipment . No one ever tried to call me but the status is updated as undelivered.
Can't get more furstating !
Pathetic experience !

My item was shiped and reach to my city around 4 days back but the shipmennt has not reched to my address. Its tracking number is [protected]. Dtdc has falsly stated in the trackings status that my address is not locatable. My address is definitely locatable as every day i get many different shipments even from amazon delivery service. Thiis is not the first time dtdc is doing such nasty and mischievous activities... Torturing consumers. Thereby, i humbly request this consumer forum that, due to dtdc's such behaviour, dtdc must be black listed publicly so that innocent consumers may be protected from such cheaters. Thank you.

The delivery of the shipment was said to be on 17/10/18 it didn't show up. Then again on 18/10/18 it was said to be out for delivery please keep the money and it didn't show up saying the day was holiday. Then again on 20/10/18 it was said to be out for delivery and again it didn't show up and 21/10/18 you will again say it is a holiday. Seriously wasting my time and also the most annoying company i have seen. If you can't bring the courier keep it with you i don't care and i am not going to pay even if it showed up. If you can't bring the courier don't atleast waste my time

I will be able to pick it only after 28/10/2018, i aju p mathews request you to kindly hold the same till october last week by when i will be able to collect it from the blue dart edapally toll office.

I had ordered 3. Items from paytm which was suppose to be delivered by bludart. I recieved 2 items but did not recieve one but it is showing delivered on the app. It is handed over to ravi whom m not aware of. I did not get a call when the ordered was delivered how can it be handled to someone unknown i want the order to be delivered or the refund.

I am calling blue dart ludiana branch near bus stand from 2 days and they are not picking up the call. I tracked the parcel which was sent from uk embassy and this parcel was delivered to this branch on 18 october and it has been 3 days now neither i get any call from blue dart related to the parcel nor they are picking my call. Today one of the staff members pick the call and without listening to my issue he cut the call. I have to travel 130km to collect this parcel from ludhiana as i live in ferozepur, punjab. This is the most irresponsible dealing of mine with this courier company.

Latter i have visited your vyttla, ernakulam branch and through them i have connected mr. My product is supposed to deliver on wednesday (17/10/2018) but i got a message stating that due to address issue its not delivered. On that day i didnt receive any call. Next day i called the helpdesk and informed the same issue and gave them another alternative phone number also.
But still the product is not yet delivered.
Today is 4th day, seriously its a very bad experience.

He didn't call once on my mobile no also.

This is extremely bad if you don't want to deliver the packet say truly.

The package should delivered on 12th oct 2018. So far not yet delivered.
Also, they will update the wrong status "consignee not available".
Poor service from bluedart. But i am not sure why banks are using this company. Instead they can send this through indian postal service and it will delivered atleast within 5 days.

Wost service from bluedart and cheating all the customers and indian companies.

Even address is correct sent back as in complete address. Almost whenver hdfc courier to same address, 1st time simply sent back& after many complaints to bluedart dispatch to correct address.

The product was ordered on 16th oct 2018 via ferns and petals and was supposed to be delivered by 17th october 2018.
It has not been delivered till date and even after constant follow ups.
On top of that they have mentioned wrong status that the consignee was not there at home to receive the package although we were at home the whole time.
I hope blue dart's unprofessional-ism could be improved.
Pathetic delivery system. Never going to use this means of delivery.

I am a resident of thodupuzha in kerala. I had ordered a number of things from amazon and had paid extra for home delivery. After a few days when the product reached the local office of bluedart, they called me to collect it from their office saying that delivery will not be done to my address which is well within the range of the office. Maybe it is the laziness of the delivery agent or the callousness of the employees, i had to leave my work mid-way to collect the delivery. This has happened multiple times and with many other people who work with me. I hope this complaint reaches those who can take necessary action against these people.
