This is ever worst service experienced from blue dart

        Dear sir/mam,

        I have been ordered a product on amezone by the name of achin sharma and it is dispatched by bluedart service. It was already paid. Sir, at first attempt of delivery mr achin was not available at given address so he provided alternate address. But they delivery person did not delivered on given address it is ok no issue for that. But after one day we contacted to concern person and they even refused to deliver even previous address. So we requested to them on 16 of oct i took follow up that why they did not delivered, and they told me that on previous address no buddy was available that is not possible i was at home for whole day they did not even call to ask. Right now they are clearly denying for delivery, what is totally unprofessional behavior.

          Why it's is taking more time to deliver one product.. Though it was already reached bhubaneswar odisha near about 2 days but i don't know what is the reason for delay. Not a good company at all. Yesterday i was assured that it supposed to be delivered by today but what is the issue for delivering the courrier. As i requested this is a puja schedule going on so i think they are mis using my services

            Even no call from delivery boy i m very dissapointment blue dart
            My courier is from chennai to salem. Even i don't no what to do please do the needful blue dart it is very urgent

              Your company bluedart has a customer service number which i am trying to call since three days and i haven't been able to reach anyone which is the most pathetic and worst delivery service i have ever come across i have been called by three different people since the 12th of october with regards to my shipment register to mobile number[protected] the guys call me and ask me to come and collect the shipment at a different location i have been receiving threatening calls abusive calls calls telling me by the courier guys to call customercare and complain and do whatever i want and they will not deliver the package what the hell is going on why can't i bloody reach your customer service number the 1860 number why doesn't it connect at all what is bloody going on with you guys is this the scam i will read out the number of the guy who has been abusing and calling me and threatening me to come home and attack [protected] call me back as soon as possible and give me an explanation the worst service offered in delivery is blue dart

                      I called to the delivery boy to get the information regarding the product delivery and office address, the person's behavior seems to be rude and arrogant. He mentioned that he is facing some family issue that never means that he will speak to other people in arrogant way.

                      This is the bad name for the blue dart. Neither for sanjay nor any other.

                      I will not recommend any one to use blue dart when their employees are least bother to help with the proper information or provide the correct information.

                        My parcel came 7days back to udaipur office and no one turned up with the parcel and now when the bank checked where is the parcel it's shown address not found.
                        No one called my no. No body came to deliver the parcel.
                        Blue dart should change the business partners in udaipur as they are very lazy and don't want to work.
                        Document is to be delivered at the address and they say lena hai to office pe aa k le jao nahi to wapas return kar denge.

                          Hello Team,

                          I was tracking the subjected ref#EV[protected] which was updated as they tried to contact me twice and the department name and the extension number was missing and was sent back to hub.

                          Actually no one tried to call me or i haven't received any email/message from any one from the Blue dart, also when i tried to reach the Customer care my call was put on hold for 6 mts and it got disconnected anatomically and i tried another time to reach but there is no response from any one.

                          Just wanted to know if you people are not capable of delivering the product on time then why did you take the order, not sure how your management is able to track the aged order and what actions have been taken against the guys who are not driveled the product on time, one of the worst service i have ever faced in my life time.

                          if you have at least basic professional ethics please get back to me or call me at the earliest .

                            I called to local dealer for check my status of delivery but he gives inresponsible answer me. I got a message from bluedart is that your product is delivered 16oct 2018 so i call him for status and he says me whats status in your app? He cant check in his system is this product is already arrived at his shop or not. He gives me an inresponsible and rough answer and cut the phone. Take action as soon as possible. This type of man damages the brand name of bluedart

                                  I courier some important document through blue dart courier on 12 October 2018 from Delhi to Noida Extension my waybill No [protected] I am continuously tracking with waybill number on blue dart website. Till last late night status was "Wrong Pincode, Will Impact Delivery " but today 16 October 2018 status is showing successfully delivered but me or my any family member don't get any courier even not any courier boy came to deliver the document . I tried to call customer care + 91 [protected] and[protected] but the number provided is not working.

                                  The address is very clear. Besides, the delivery guy didn’t attempt to call me and ask for address. Please look into this as the parcel contains some important documents

                                  Pls share the POD Images so I can also track that who received the courier on my behalf

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I had received a courier from Axis Bank, Mumbai waybill number - [protected] .

                                    It contains Credit Card so as per the policy i had Showed my Id proof to the delivery Boy, but when i asked about his id and requested to show he denied and said that i have the Authority to see customers id but i cannot show you as it is not with me, it is kept at my home and my company does'nt ask us to carry a id proof with us . On asking about if you will do any fraud with my id he said we dont do any fraud it is customers who do the fraud.

                                    When i say i will make a complain against you he said do whatever you want, nothing will happen to me you only will get into trouble.

                                    He was misbehaving with me, and was overconfident about whatever he will say/do with the customers Bluedart will not do anything to him.

                                    Is this behavior acceptable??

                                    Please take a serious action these kind of employees and ask them to carry there I card with them.

                                      I had a very urgent and important parcel sent by immigration mumbai. Parcel was posted on 11 oct and expected to reach on 13th oct. It was reached at my local city on 13th oct but after that everyday blue dart people kept updated the status as 'address not found' or 'landmark needed' or 'undelivered'. After waiting for few days i went to blue dart office and there was another bad corrupt story. I talked to owner, delivery boy, computer boy, but all wasted. They gave me thousands of excuses. After that i requested them to give my parcel there directly, they completely refused. This was not a less than harassment. I am still waiting for my visa and losing so much already due to these corrupt blue dart people. This was not first time i had a bad experience with blue dart but this time i did not chose them, immigration sent that parcel. Indian post is always reliable and i always had good experience with them. I still don't know when and how i will get my parcel which is really very urgent.

                                      My courier with waybill #[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 6th October. When I checked status it says 'Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For' Please resolve it ASAP.

                                        I got a message that your item was undelivered due to insufficient addressed..
                                        Till now I have ordered 5 items through ShopClues from the same address which I given now also.
                                        But nobody had called and you yourself fixes that address is not valid.
                                        This is rediculus .
                                        I got phone number of courier guy.
                                        He said today it will be delivered .since 3 days he saying same.
                                        I want my order immediately.
                                        Otherwise I put a complaint legally.
