Never attempt to deliver the product instead making an excuses. The shipment never attempt to deliver instead i got a message and saying that consignee refused to accept. But i never refused to accept it instead i am waiting my order to deliver. I am very unhappy about this service. And when i track my order it mentions that necessary charges pending from the consignee.. The shipment never give me a call to deliver my order and today i call the customer care and they responds me by saying that you are failing to give the money.. The shipment never attempt to deliver i never refused to accept or fails to give the money for my order.. I am waiting to deliver it.. I am very unhappy about the service

I had placed an order in body shop and bluedart agent has to deliver but never attempt to deliver. On top of that i got a message and saying that the order is cancelled but i did not cancel the order instead waiting to deliver it till today. And shipment never attempt to deliver, never give me a call to deliver... I am so unhappy about this service... I want it to deliver and waiting for it.

Dear blue-dart,

I am taking this effort and i hope it changes things. If not, i will have to request american express to change delivery partners because even at amex, they know what to speak and when to speak. But this does not happen at the last mile with blue-dart
3 non-stop frantic calls during business hours by your delivery executive, in-between my ongoing business call, lead me to interrupt a very important conversation and attend to him. His arrogance was evident the moment he walked inside my office asking for a “who’s chirag”.
He should have asked someone if he doesn't know the address rather than bugging me during my working hours.
I lost my cool completely. I don’t deserve this and i expect some professionalism or basic manners if i am asking for too much.
Either you do something about this or let me escalate.

The awb no is [protected], it should be deliver on 18 oct, but deliver did not deliver even i did not get call, i provided address again but did not received parcel yet. Its really poor service i was getting from blue dart. Its happen 2 3 time with me why they did not call on register no. I receive approx dailly on same address. So they why could not able to deliver.

Please let me from which time to which time your courier service is available. I got a courier from paytm from i can see they were updating out for delivery after 10pm after 30-40 mins. They were updating as customer unavailable at the time of delivery. Can u give any proof that either subramani or magesh kumar call me or check with me. Why you won't available during day time?
When i tried to calling to those delivery guys mobile number it says busy alert.

I have suffered a huge loss due to mismanagement of your company. Now i have to go to pick the consignment myself.

Very shameful act on part of blue dart india.

The delivery date was 18th of october which was delated to 20th, and now its showing the product is still in guwahati.
Is this a joke?

I have a complain to blue dart service regarding my shipment no [protected].
My bank service has sent me card to my home address through blue dart but they haven't delivered to my home address not even came to my home or contacted me but they have updated status in their site "delivery attempted - premises closed".

How the service they are providing such a negligence and fake status update.br...

Within 10 seconds, the person pressed the calling bell 6 to 7 times. Within 15 seconds the door was opened and asked him not to press the bell so many times. He seemed to be in a hurry. He said, it should be mentioned outside the gate not to press bells so many times. He started shouting and used slang languages. Requesting you to refrain from sending such ill mannered courier boys any further.

It happens twice my study material delivered wrong place same thing happen on

Sir, i would like to inform you my credit card not delivered in time. Delivered date show in tracking is 20 oct 2018. After that delivery boy has to come & told me for id i said that sir please wait for five minutes i provide u id give me 5 minutes but he refused & say for monday (22/10/2018) but he will not delivered today also & behaved very rudely at last meet on 20/10/2018. My courier reached in bhiwani on 18/10/2018 but not delivered. After 5 days i will not receive my courier & behavior was very rudely of delivered boy. I have shipped a parcel awb [protected] on 16th Oct 2018 and the expected delivery date was on 20th Oct 2018. I was checking on website and could see the status as it 'll be deliver on next business day I, e today 22nd Oct 2018 but there is no response while trying to contact the customer care no.provided [protected] and unresponsive emails. We have so much faith and paid such a huge fee for their service but there is no one to respond to our issues. Why the no.[protected] doesnt work any time or respond to our email when we write to them. Please try to rectify this problem or take a necessary action against this as soon as possible. Please provide a valid no.or email where we can reach whenever we have a doubt if you are offering a service and expect us to use your service otherwise it such a pain in neck process we have to follow trying to get in touch with you people.

I am supposed to receive the packet today[protected] i don't even have clue that where is my packet except the information given by the blue dart tracer; which is having the status changed automatically.

The delivery boy came to my house found it closed even when i am not even went out of my house, may be i have locked my my main gate from outside and then climbed the wall to enter the house this is the only way when the delivery boy can see my house closed -_-. Rubbish and careless service.

I asked a delivery guy of blue dart about the phone number of the office he refused to give it and told me there are another guys who are delivering the packet they may bring your packet by today 8:00 pm dont worry.

I am fed up with this service all the phone numbers they have provided are either wrong or busy for whole day.

Now the status is "customer requested future delivery: hal" i dont know what the hell is this and i have no idea how to get my packet.

I have called the toll free no. at Bluedart two times but no action has been taken yet and when i called customer care their language was very bad. i m not satisfied with service of Blue Dart. i have not received any of the calls from Blue Dart for courrier but the customer care person is saying their executive called me. without receiving a single call i m getting a msg that delivery is pending and we tried to call u & your call is not reachable. This is an important document related to my Bank. I need it on an urgent basis. if that document gets misused by any one i will complaint against Blue dart .

Blue dart is not delivering my shipment. I have attached the tracking details. I contacted their office in person and also called there customer care and then dropped email. But no improvement. Delivery person is not calling me but simply updating status that i am not available.

Customer care is also not attending calls now.

The product was ordered from Flipkart. Flipkart has provided the product to the Bluedart for delivery. The estimated delivery was on or before 20th of October, but from tracking the product in blue dart the status was as given below.

I just cant figure out who is on Holiday during 19th and especially on 20th Oct. Then what is the use of promising the delivery on 20th Of October.

No possible way of contacting BlueDart, Useless Phone Number :[protected].

Today is 22nd Oct and I believe the day has ended approaching 7 PM and I still haven't received the product in hand. Not even an information/update regarding any agent is on his way to deliver the product or not.

I have to complaint about my shipment no. [protected]. This product was going to be delivered on tuesday, however its been a week and i have not received it. I have been calling the toll free no. At bluedart for a very long time now but no action has been taken yet. This is an important document related to my bank. I need it on an urgent basis. Please do the needful and deliver the document to me by tomorrow, anyhow.

On 15th from banglore a courier is delivered through blue dart with no.[protected]..
I was waiting at my premises when i tracked the status that it is out for delivery.
Then after it is showing that no proper land mark... If in that u people have to call the concerned person for the exact location then i would have guided them...
Please solve this issue
