Blue Dart Express — regarding delivery of my medical reports in courier

Sir i got a call yesterday regrding my medical reports courier in name of sonam mob [protected]bt your offfice at kotkapura road muktsar 152026 didnt deliver my courier inspite of my request. Today again i called them for delivery as i had to consult my doctor for further prescription. But a lady im the office received the call. She was enough nonsense to deal with the customers. She used abusive language and on consulting owner regarding her misbehaiviour... He also didnt oblidged me rather he also spoke rudely favouring that female staff. I request you to kindly deal accordingly with such fools in your offices or either i may approach pmo and consumer court regarding your services and loss incured to my due to late delivery and mental. Harrasment by your staff members.

my Sbi credit card dispatch 22/9/2018by EV. [protected] but courier compny is not delivered till date.i goes 3 time at bluedat courier company office but no any body responds properly. Please solve my problem by EV[protected].

My location is very easy to find but when i am tracking it shows unloacted address
After that i called and updated my address and landmark still it is in same state
and raised a complaint no : 614867 on 3rd october
but still my order not recived
Please look into it and as soon as possible resolve it
