Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

I am a regular online shopper. Multiple shipments reach to my address every month via various courier services. This time my package was sent by blue dart for first time, it took 7 to 8 days to arrive local hub from delhi while it takes only 2 to 3 days by other couriers. After reaching local hub for two days there was no update... Nothing.in late evening (After 5) there was a update that package is out for delivery. After an hour another update came stating "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed"..

Now i want to ask what is this? How the address became incomplete for them while i receive regular shipments at same address via other courier services? This should be noted there is no change in address, this is default address saved in my amazon account.

Most disrespectful service EVER!!
The person present at the office told that he's not the responsible one to check for products... And that no one responsible is available... When informed abt the 3 days delay and the wrong info put up under tracking #(which says that the pin code is incorrect) I was informer by the person there that he just came in the office and was asked to sit there... And he has no clue abt things... {NOW TATS WHAT U CALL A RELIABLE SERVICE}
After long persuasion...i was given a delivery person called Bala s number([protected])..
When called. . I was informed again that it was my mistake tat a wrong pin code was entered and not his issue. ... He was out right rude.. . And was denying any form of help Like the person present in the office...even when I told I have to go out of station today... The pin code for my area- Pete Krishnappa layout, K Channasandra Kalkere is 560016... But he ordered me to get MY OWN ADDRESS RIGHT... I have ordered products online and have had the products delivered at 560016 without a hiccup... But as per Mr BALA. . MY ADDRESS IS WRONG AS HE IS MR KNOW IT ALL!!!

It's very disheartened to write that you have very illiterate and worst staff.
my shipment is held from last 5 days and where i am told that it will be reattempted on 6th oct and will be be there two more attempt.

Today evening when i walked in basni branch of bluedart and had asked receptionist why my shipment is held then he told that it is address shifted matter and there is no reattempt.
After my asking again that why i am told by him that it will be reattempted on sunday, he is clueless and had told me that he is not aware of blue dart policies.

I told him to call branch manager, he denied and after my speaking loud on him and telling him that i am not moving anywhere without taking to branch manager he then called the branch manager.

One thing that i am very surprised that bluedart even is not having any camera recording in reception and the one camera which is installed not works.

Manager comes and told that it is address shifted matter and I am not available there on sunday.

I told him that i am available at my home and no attempt is made, then he started saying that remarks are mentioned by default and shipment is not attempted from last 5 days.

Iam very frustated with the blue dart service. My address has given properly as per the bank records. However they hav not delivered my parcel because of not mentioned the floor number i accepted that and again i visited my bank branch and given a mentioning the floor number again it has courier by the blue dart team they said not mentioned the road name. Since it as per the bank records the address proof was correct but these blue dart people are saying the address was wrong.

Need to take a seviour action against blue dart team.

Sir i got a call yesterday regrding my medical reports courier in name of sonam mob [protected]bt your offfice at kotkapura road muktsar 152026 didnt deliver my courier inspite of my request. Today again i called them for delivery as i had to consult my doctor for further prescription. But a lady im the office received the call. She was enough nonsense to deal with the customers. She used abusive language and on consulting owner regarding her misbehaiviour... He also didnt oblidged me rather he also spoke rudely favouring that female staff. I request you to kindly deal accordingly with such fools in your offices or either i may approach pmo and consumer court regarding your services and loss incured to my due to late delivery and mental. Harrasment by your staff members.

Return reason - product shirt is totally different in design and colour. Product shown was of koutons and i got of london looks. I want my money back in my address.

This is regarding my shipment with the waybill no: [protected]. I am trying to reach the delivery executive last two days. I never denied to accept the shipment, since i wasn’t in the office location i requested him to come back after few hours or the next day. But he was so rude that he just told me if i don’t collect it now he would cancel the order and he can’t come later.
You guys need to be a little more flexible with your deliveries. And it’s definitely not the way to talk to your customers. I need the shipment to be delivered back to my address.

Just a few days back on the 5-oct i had received a product successfully. Now i have ordered a another product on the same website with a nothing change in address now on 9-oct they can not find my address. And they just send me the nu to call i have called 42 times since this morning and lines are congested. So what to do now. And this is not the first time i am facing this issue with bluedart every now and then they are doing the same. Last time the day before they delivered a parcell and a very next day i got a message that address is incomplete. Man every time i have to waste time for these nonsense.

Dear sir/madam,
I am dinesh karra from tuni (East godavari district-ap), the bluedart couriers were not delivering properly within the time here at the tuni. They are not even responding properly with us. They are updating the wrong status, when we tracking the item/product. I have faced two times the same problem. Because when we got any important documents, they are not delivering and they are not doing second attempt but they are updating the status that secondary attempt completed, they are keeping the items with them or returning back. This has became a major problem for us. I am kindly requesting you to solve the problem as early as possible.

One of my very important parcel from Kotak Mahindra Bank delivered. But I don't know where it got delivered. Final tracker is showing it got delivered at my office receptions. And i also contact 4-5 time [protected] no they will no contact to me that side ask web no after that she say we will be contact to custmer care exucative and long ring than phone cut automaticaaly each time.

I have ordered product in amazon. Product already reached to delivery location on 08/10/2018. Address in billing is correct. But it shows wrong pincode. I called to blue dart courier, kurnool. But they didn't reply properly. It's worst service given by your courier partner in kurnool. Even they didn't call to us. But in tracking shipment redirected on same awb.in that parcel important medicine will be arrived. It's very urgent to customer. Till now it will not delivered. We didn't receive any call from bluedart. It's very urgent need. Please do it deliver fast.

When you deliver and you are not able to reach the address what would the total person do they should call the receipient but bluedart don't even call and write a stupid reason like person not available and sometimes address not available.. Why don't they call us i don't understand. Please i am very upset with the services. Call me asap on [protected]. My 2 couriers are pending with u guys and issue is u guys don't call but just do whatever u want. I have never faced such problems with other companies couriers services

Consignee not available
I didn't receive any calls or E-mail or what so ever regarding my shipment.
I was present whole day and the status says "consignee not available". This is so unprofessional.
Kindly look into the aforementioned matter and take the necessary steps, I want my shipment delivered as soon as possible .

Dear sir your blue dart transport nagar branch is the worst in customer relation i have ever seen. Even the branch head committed the delivery of parcel holding at the branch due to incomplete address which is actually not tried by any one for delivery as the address mentioned is perfectly ok and with mobile no.

For the other document i went to the branch and personally collected after waiting for one hour due to non availability of attending officer in a big office which is suppose to be responsibility of yours.

My packet was send from meerut. Its no is [protected]. When i tracked it, showing that packet arrived in patna two days back. Whole day it was showing that packet is out for delivery.in the evening it showing that address is untraceable and land mark required. Today it went to service centre. They told me that packed will delivered to you at given address. But no body contacted me. Again in the evening showing address is untraceable and land mark required. What kind of false conpany.

I am telling you about this Villian number the Blue Dart service providers totally fraud because there was not Richard from this address know any contacts no will be contact from any time for totally fraud by blue type agent it's totally fraud never to contact me already this address in future 324 times received by dispatch by Blue Dart service so totally fraud this feeling numbers no richest from the address all album having to claim to all losses recover from the legal gas stations

My paytm product was not delivered by blue dart and show that product delievery was attempted but no calls was made by the courier boy regarding the delievery of the product. We use the same address for the delievery of the products and blue dart also delievered many of the products on the same address but this time they are saying address is incomplete. Please deliever my product ASAP.

This is to inform you that my shipment [protected] which sent by icici bank important documents have not been delivered to me yet but the your record show the shipment has been delivered to mr ram (Don’t know who is he). This is very unprofessional that important bank documents have been handed over to someone else.
And the 1st complaint mail was sent to customer service on saturday, september 29, 2018 6:57 pm 2nd was sent on 30 september 2018 12:47 tp [protected]@bluedrat.com 3rd mail was sent on thursday, october 4, 2018 11:31:15 am 4th mail was sent on friday, october 5, 2018 10:08:37 am and 5th mails was sent on 08 october 2018 14:10 but received only one reply from mr. Pradeep on on 30-sep-2018, at 12:19 pm. This show's the their is no seriousness about this complaint.
