I am telling you about this Villian number the Blue Dart service providers totally fraud because there was not Richard from this address know any contacts no will be contact from any time for totally fraud by blue type agent it's totally fraud never to contact me already this address in future 324 times received by dispatch by Blue Dart service so totally fraud this feeling numbers no richest from the address all album having to claim to all losses recover from the legal gas stations

My paytm product was not delivered by blue dart and show that product delievery was attempted but no calls was made by the courier boy regarding the delievery of the product. We use the same address for the delievery of the products and blue dart also delievered many of the products on the same address but this time they are saying address is incomplete. Please deliever my product ASAP.

This is to inform you that my shipment [protected] which sent by icici bank important documents have not been delivered to me yet but the your record show the shipment has been delivered to mr ram (Don’t know who is he). This is very unprofessional that important bank documents have been handed over to someone else.
And the 1st complaint mail was sent to customer service on saturday, september 29, 2018 6:57 pm 2nd was sent on 30 september 2018 12:47 tp [protected]@bluedrat.com 3rd mail was sent on thursday, october 4, 2018 11:31:15 am 4th mail was sent on friday, october 5, 2018 10:08:37 am and 5th mails was sent on 08 october 2018 14:10 but received only one reply from mr. Pradeep on on 30-sep-2018, at 12:19 pm. This show's the their is no seriousness about this complaint.

The delivery person refused to give the delivery even when i have asked to give it to my neighbour as the only person available in my home was my old grand mom. He has asked for id proof's xerox. Though the delivery item is not something related to bank or any govt services. He also behaved rude and refused to give the warehouses number.
I also would want to raise a concern about the delivery person's number prior to delivery so that he can be contacted earlier about the time of his arrival.

Hi this is kalyan. Today i got a call from delivery box regarding my debit card from hdfc. I told i am not at my house. And my father is near by if he can handover him it will be fine. First the person accepted to handover and after i asked my father to collect he refused to give him. When i asked him why you are doing like this he started abusive language with me. Kindly help me to get my courier delivered

Got a call from [protected] blue dart delivery boy, as soon as i picked up the call he cut the call and he didnt attempted my call back and next day the status shows delivered.
i didnt received the courier and simply the status got changed.
no courtesy shown after calling 50 times to the delivery boy.
please resolve the issue and take action on such type of ### away.

The delivery person inquires for address and on explaining the address he says will deliver the consignment (Awb[protected]) in a while. But to my surprise after 45/50 mins i receive a sms of failure of delivery due to incomplete address without making further inquiry from the person. The consignment is delivered regularly by other delivery persons of bluedart and other courier services regularly on same address without any trouble, how and why can't he do the same. And without any attempt why can he update or put such remark?
Pathetic!

We have expected a delivery from nagpur. But till now it was not delivered to us. We are not getting proper response from blue dart chennai branch. We have not expected this kind of service from blue dart. On 8th we got a confirmation from customer service that today they will surely send the order between 3 to 4pm. But now they are saying tomorrow only they will release the order.

I have ordered product in amazon.Product already reached to delivery location on 08/10/2018. Address in billing is correct. But it shows wrong pincode. I called to blue dart courier, kurnool. But they didn't reply properly. It's worst service given by your courier partner in kurnool. Even they didn't call to us. But in tracking shipment redirected on same awb. In that parcel important medicine will be arrived. It's very urgent to customer. Till now it will not delivered. We didn't receive any call from bluedart.It's very urgent need. Please do it deliver fast.

Please check the status of the waybill no. I have provided. None of you customer cate number works. You are uploading false things. No one has contacted me regarding the delivery from bluedart. And my address is located on main road and the landmark has also been mentioned here. Even a blind child can find the address mentioned in the parcel. Do you hire illiterate employees? I think so because they can't read the address or even knows to use a phone to call me n ask for address help (If needed). At the same address aramex, dtdc, and all major ecommerce company delivers parcel easily. Its only bluedart each time who does not finds my address. Deliver it in next 1 working day or i will be forced to take action against bluedart ejr service center the best possible way. Enough is enough.

Blue dart is fooling with fake delivery attempts.
I have stayed home waiting for the shipment. And the delivery guy didn't even attempted and reported premises closed. There are no phone calls. No point of contact. And the customer care even is not reachable.

This is the 7th time the shipment is being redirected. It contains my bank cards which are very imp and urgent for me.

Few days ago i had ordered few stuffs from paytmmall and they were supposed to deliver the items with bluedart service. I dont have great previous experience with bluedart couriers as they have the habit of misplacing and not delivering my packages earlier too. But recently i was facing multiple issue on a repeated basis for waybill number [protected] and [protected] i would like to complain about delivery guy jiiva [protected] and umesh [protected].
When i try contacting the delivery guy no response after that i tried contacting paytmmall then no response and then bluedart also but no response again. How poor can the service and the support go by bluedart. It really difficult to trust services for our important products and documents. All i want is delivery to be made for the above courier and delivery guy to be sacked from job.

My courier got undelivered though i was available in office. I didn't received call from courier facility before coming to deliver the parcel. I have provided my mobile number for contact. The reason was mentioned the extension number and department was not mentioned.
Please try to understand every company doesn't provide individual extension number to each employee and if you have my mobile number available why you haven't call me to check.
I need my parcel by today.

The blue dart express, thodupuzha is not delivering and not even informing about the parcels that i'm getting.

Last time my bank sent me a credit card through blue dart express, but the blue dart, thodupuzha returned the credit card with a comment "the address is invalid", which is completely wrong as i use the same address for all other carriers (Even india post). Also they could call the mobile number given in the parcel, but they didn't. The delay in credit card caused be around 3000+ rupees loss.

My shipment no. [protected] to be deliverd to me at jbf industries ltd. 156/2 village ; saily silvassa. Mr. Shankar gvandha/ blue dart mo. No. [protected] called me at 18:27 of 8.10.18 about my availability at the mentioned address. Is this the time to deliver the item, so he suggested to pick it from blue dart tokarkhada silvassa address and i said ok. I received the message from blue dart at 19:13 that mr. Shankar gvandha will personally delivering my shipment.

I went to the blue dart office at 19:20 hrs. And asked for my parcel, no one in the office attended me and said you have to wait for some time as we are busy with sending the parcel/ post the vehicle is waiting outside. I requested them but they want me to wait. I called the delivery boy mr. Shankar gvandha from 19:22 to 19:53 (Within break of 2 - 5 min.) but he has not responded, i again and again requested to the blue dart office personnel, they said he is coming in 2 min.. 2 min.. And keep me waiting for more than 30 min but no proper answer was given to me. I finally left from the office and received the call at 19:59 from mo. No. [protected] that my shipment is available.

This is ridiculous that the blue dart personnel called me at 19:59 was so polite and soft and asking for my address to deliver my shipment, and the same office bearers were no concern with me at the time i was in blue dart office no one is responding and keep me waiting for more than 30 min with a proper answer to me.

I didnt expect this type of service from an reputed service provider.. He may ask to deliver next day.. Why he called me at officer and hanged me for 30 min and even not responding the call as i am trying again and again and the behavoiur of the office bearer.. Unexpectably non responsive and non cooperative.
I am sharing the call details made to mr. Shankar gvandha and message received from blue dart.

Please loook into the matter and revert.

I am wasim khan staying in aurangabad harsul area this happened twice with me that your delivery period amol didn't call me or didn't came to my address and directly return to bank he said he was unable to connect me and address was wrong when i contact to him by taking number from your chikaltana office. Amol told me come the mayur park area i am there i can't come to your address when he denay to come near by me. Please look into this and contact me on this number [protected].

Very poor services, they just don't attempt to deliver and update wrong status online. They will never answer the calls. Even they didn’t cal to customer. Don't ever want to get in touch with these worthless people. My suggestion don't ever think of taking their services for anything.. Customer care is also lame. Avoid bluedart completely.
Most of the time i need to collect my courier from their center otherwise they deliver after 15 days or making fools of customers.

The service delay delivery and also don't want to deliver at home. And also blame a customer. Delivery man didn't deliver in time but they update a message that customer didn't available at home. This what kind of response? I am very upset about bluedart service. If bluedart didn't fulfill customers service properly then hand over to other delivery service.
