My self v tirupatirao,

I have opened hdfc bank salary account and got hdfc salary bank account kit though blue dart courier and courier boy has not come and he has given missed call to me and i had called 10 times but he has not lifted my call and in the status he was mentioned that i was not available please check and take action against courier boy and please deliver my hdfc bank salary kit asap.

Mentioned person came to delivery, called me and said he will give to some general store person in my area and asked me to collect, i was waiting out of my apartment for more than 30 min he was never been there, not answering my calls, he is terminating my all calls and not called back. And he marked status as customer unavailable.
How customer unavailable will be the cause for this?
Is this right way to deliver in some general store, which customer is unaware?
Is this right way that making customer to wait for 30min in main road and not updating the status?
My location is very clear and i used to get multiple couriers a week, if he says address is in identified it is not acceptable.
I would need delivery on my door step... Kindly make arrangements.

Please let me know where can i collect it or will it be delivered tomorrow?

The person who tried to deliver it atleast he did not called me. If he called me i could come and collect. Please make sure your executives will be making a call to customers before leaving the premises.

I was supposed to receive my shipment on 17 october 2018, as my shipment out for delivery on same day around 2. Pm. But not delivered to me, i contacted customer care they said as working time is over so it'll be delivered on 19 october now, and at 11.22 pm on 17 oct. Itself i received message from blue dart stating that shipment is undelivered because premises is closed, which is absolutely false. Nobody from bluedart came at my premises. I (Receiver) was in premises only and even door was open so that delivery person can directly contact me. I just want to clarify that why delivery person reported false detail. And i want my shipment to be arrive at my place asap.

Reason for returning - products are totally different and so bad quality. Its so bad than i was odered... So please take your product return back and refund me my money as soon as possible.

I was supposed to get my deliverable on monday (Oct 15). I updated the nearby location and the executive said they wil deliver the same day. Nothing happened. I called on tuesday and it was communicated to me that it will be delivered soon. I called again in the afternoon, got the same reply and not got it delivered. Again wednesday i called twice still not delivered. What a professionalism from blue dart??? Disgusted and frustrated with your service.

Had booked two couriers on 12th october 2018 from bharuch to haldia (Wb) dated 12th october 2018 with way bill no - [protected] and [protected].
The expected date of delivery was on 15th oct'18 but till now didn't delivered.
Kindly let us know why it hasn't been delivered in time as these documents were quite important and must be delivered in time.

My consignment was booked in goa on 09.10.18 but has not yet reached me (Bangalore) on 17.10.18; only one update available from bludeart on 13.10.18 that customer not answering phone. This is incorrect as there was no attempt to reach me or deliver the consignment. It is the 9th day and bluedart is unable to deliver that consingment is out for delivery as customer is available only after 5pm. This is again incorrect as i spoke to the local office on tel #[protected] and delivery was promised by 4pm today. It is 5.15 pm and still no sign of any call or delivery... The local customer call # for bluedart (Kalyanagar office) is now not reachable (Off the hook) conveniently as it is raining. Bluedart charges exhorbitant (5 times dtdc) and is unable to deliver consignments from goa to blr even on the 8th day. What a daylight robbery. Hire more staff at bluedart and then rate your charges.

According to your services I am not available at the time of delivery. This is totally wrong update by your agent, actually no one came to my home or I had not received any call by delivery agent, So how can your delivery service update that status.

Blue dart is very bad courier service, It happens with me and my friend 5-6 times.

The delivery agents will enter the details as incorrect address so that the consignee will go to their office and collect the package. Very bad service. If we contact them, they will not answer the call and if by chance answered, which happens rarely, they will hung up on you. The charge a fortune for their service and such a bad service they provide. Also, since yesterday, the customer care number is coming as not in service. Very bad service.

It is regret to inform you that my shipment has been arrived in varanasi at 11th but same has not been delivered yet. After a lot of follow up no body is giving proper response. When i called several times, then they have told me my runner boy is on leave, as & when he will come, then consignment will deliver. Look at the sititutaion & scenario of service. At this circumstances, what should i do??? Should i escalate the matter... Request you to please do the needful on urgent basis.

My blue dart awb number is [protected].

I have my nykaa packet to be delivered from your blue dart courier service. This packet has already reached at the location here in begusarai and is held with the local blue dart service team since yesterday.
This morning after checking the arrival of my packet i called up the local bluedart office inderjeet, contact num [protected] and the concerned person straight away refused to deliver the my packet stating that there is no staff available and asked me to come and collect mu packet in such a rude tone.

Is it customers duty to go and collect their packet? What you and your so called teams doing in service team. Why is these kind of people working for service industry who doesn’t have manners to talk and deal. How can u send all your staff on holidays all at same time and then tell customer to come and collect their packets. Or else wait for 3-4 days until their staffs return.

This is what you give service?

I want serious action towards such a callaous attitude.

Whenever my parcel gets shipped with bluedart. It's a headache for me, their bad habit of not contacting customer & just return the product back to shiper "saying address unlocatable" has been major issue. My waybill no is :[protected]. Kindly look into the mayyer seriously as they always behave like this with all customers. At my place all other courier partner reaches easily bt this bluedart, they are hell.

I am ad vinay suryvanshi frim udaipur rajasthan. I was expecting my persal by blue dart two days before but till date i have not recived. I it very important document. When i called blue bart local office then they misbehave like any thing.
Now i am fileing case in consumer court if you donot take any action.

As i got a call from bluedart that my parcel is arrived which is bank cheque of the company but it has been 3 day it not being delivered, everyday i call to the number but gets response that will get delivered it today but still not delivered and also not telling any response from him so request you to check the same as i dont have any ref no so i can give u

Dear sir/mam,

I have been ordered a product on amezone by the name of achin sharma and it is dispatched by bluedart service. It was already paid. Sir, at first attempt of delivery mr achin was not available at given address so he provided alternate address. But they delivery person did not delivered on given address it is ok no issue for that. But after one day we contacted to concern person and they even refused to deliver even previous address. So we requested to them on 16 of oct i took follow up that why they did not delivered, and they told me that on previous address no buddy was available that is not possible i was at home for whole day they did not even call to ask. Right now they are clearly denying for delivery, what is totally unprofessional behavior.
