I have no received my credit card. Delivery is over. Delivery date is 24 september but today date 05/10/18. But my credit card no reached my address. Plz insure. Where is my credit card. Plz tell me.

Blue dart handed credit card to my company receiptionist without my consent. They didn't contact me.

It's clearly the policy not to deliver a credit card to anyone else. I am forced to think blue dart is involved in fraudulent practice.

I called their customer care department and smitha picked the call today. She is the most rudest and arrogant rep i have ever come across.

Even the delivery boy delivered the card to wrong address when i checked with my company.

The delivery boy should be kicked out of blue dart else i will think they are not bothered about their customers.

I am waiting for smitha's boss's call and that should happen @ 10:30 am today.

Ps: be careful for your shipment and it's your responsibility to collect it even when your partner already paid the charges to blue dart.

This is divya and my reference number is et[protected]. I got a message that some one will deliver my courier yesterday with his mobile number like this "hello, i will be personally delivering your shipment [protected] today. You can reach me on [protected] - s. D. Vijaya kumar/blue dart"
But when i was calling him continuously he is not lifting the call
I need it immediatley.

I have been tracking two of my shipments that are at blue dart marathalli, bangalore.
The status of the shipment says premises closed and what not. I have never been contacted when the delivery of the shipment was attempted (If any were made). I live at an apartment and the security person also didn't let me know of any attempted delivery.
The awb for the shipments are: [protected] and [protected].

With ref. Of awb [protected] your website is showing person not available which is baseless i was available up to 6.15 pm. Our office time is 10am to 6pm but staff is available up to 7pm. Blue dart service is very poor. Always update false statement that attempt to deliver but person was not available which is baseless and totally false. I had same experience of another awb no where it also mentioned same problem. Sir our company the scottish assam india ltd is your regular customer. Why are you updating false statement? I will viral this message on social media for public information about your service.

My parcel was reached at my company address but during the transition period my company was shifted to another location. As i track my parcel i came to knew that it was reached at my delivery zone office i reached there and i gives them for their authentication my company id proof and id proof issued by govt to me to handover the parcel to me but they denied to deliver it to me after presenting all the proof for there satisfaction that i am the genuine owner of the parcel. I dont understand why they denied to me after all i submit all the proof for their authentication. My awb no is [protected].

Its been 8 days since the package is just staying in their warehouse.
I was not present during one day when it was sent for delivery, its been 8 days since and they take no action.
Their email takes hours to respond, and that too they reply vaguely.
And i have not been ever able to use their customer service number.
So effectively there is just no clear way to contact them, and they just want to hold onto my product for god knows how long

My product has reached the local office 6 days ago. I got a call on Sunday (September 30) and Tuesday (October 2). I was incidentally away on both these days and could not receive the product. I was however available on all the other days (October 1, 3 and 4) but received no calls from them. Today I called the customer care and received assurance that I will receive my product today. It is the end of the day and still the product has not been delivered.

I am fedup with your service. I want an answer from your side why is it that each and every time i have a courier you delay them by opting out irrelevant reasons.

Why am i providing you with my mobile number, if my location is not locatable your delivery agent should have contacted me,

Are you making fun of customer by collecting phone numbers and not contacting on it. I use the same address with almost all logistics company's and they use to deliver them without any issue.

It is not possible for me that each and every time i have a courier i have to find time to send mail and contact you to get it delivered,

I am going to raise consumer complaint against your service. As i am not getting these services free of cost, and it is not that you can deliver it at your convenience.

I need a response for this mail from your side.
Transfer the mail to higher official if possible as i am desperate to get a solution on this

When I'm making call to[protected] non of them were picking the call and in the status I can see that (unlocated landmark is needed) if the delivery guy can't able to find then he must call me, but I didn't get any call from Bluedart. This is redicules because of this courier I didn't went to office today and I'm waiting for it in room.
With out making call or confirming the address how come he mention the status like unlocated. Banks will won't provide the credit cards if I'm unlocated but the person who has to do his job he have not done his job and the customer care number it's too worst it is unavailable.
So who is the right person to speak about this and where can I collect my courier please let me.

My waybill no - [protected] is undelivered. When i went to its office they denied giving it to me. Now they are not delivering it to my home not to me. That's my bank product. It's very important for me. Very bad as all other courier partner deliver with that same address easily, but why this centre people are delivering. Please make it deliver to my address, it's very important.

Worst service that I have ever seen,
Nearly 15 days are over but, still now i didn’t receive my debit card.
When the courier agent comes to my place,
He didn’t make any call to me atleast once.
After 10 days I went to the blue dart office which is located at Jalandhar. They said that he will come next day but, again he did the same . Even my friend is also facing the same problem from your service .
Deliver my debit card as fast as you can.

Today i got a call from the number [protected]- animesh mondol from blue dart courier services. On receiving he said in a very harsh tone that i have a delivery and has to go down to collect. On informing him that i am in office and that my ailing mother cannot go down to collect it, he kept the phone. I kept calling him over and gain without response. Then he received and told he is busy and not to disturb him, in told that my mother will give him the keys to come up n deliver, he shouted and kept the phone. Is this kind of customer satisfaction you are giving away? I want the answer. How are these people being recruited?

My way bill no is [protected] i have ordered a mobile watch on flipkrt and delievery order gave to blue dart courier service when the order recieved at ludhiana hub then their delivery boy said that the address given by me is fake or fake order. They never call me once a time that where they deliver the courier. It is very bad for the blue dart courier management. I dont know how they can do like as nonsence mistake. It looks like that they r not responsible regarding their job. The delivery date was 3 october 2018 and ur deliver boy update the status that its fake order or fake address. Today i himself go to their hub and got my courier. It irritates me so much.

I am resident of amritsar and usually, my patcels come. When ever parcel come from bluedart they don’t deliver on time. Rather they update (Locations not found). They don’t try to call the customer, from last 8 times i went to bluedart office to recieve parcel because they forgot to deliver to customer address. You can also check bluedart amritsar reviews on google. Such a bad experience as bluedart is very large scale company but in amritsar, punjab. They have worst service. Now my latest parcel is reached to their office 3 days back, till now i haven’t received.
Please see and check it carefully where the problem is
