I received my package on 6 october 2018 brass god statue by blue dart from kolkata. I am not able to know how i can claim for this because this is very expensive for me i am very keen to use this on 10 october but the product is damage and date is very near and do not know what can i do for the same. Kindly do the needfull.

Captioned courier has arrived on 01-oct but till date they have not delivered it. Got a call from number [protected] and was very rudely denied delivery at my convenient time. He said that he is going to return the courier by mentioning customer is not available at place or location shifted. I requested to deliver the same so that i can show my id and collect at the address mentioned in courier but they denied.

Parcel with awb# [protected] has been delivered to a wrong person using my name (Kamal) as actual recipient whereas i didn't receive the product till now.

Please look into it and resolve asap.

I wander that how a shipper from blue dart can deliver any parcel to a wrong person using actual receiver name. Now a days shipper don't used to make a call to receiver about the parcel to be delivered.

Shame on blue dart service!!
Bad service as courier partner!!

My tracking id is awb#[protected] i ordered a product from shopclue the courier boy call me to receive the courier on sunday while i mentioned in my order a office adress then he reshedule the delivery and on another day he refuses to deliver the product at doorstep he call me to receive the courier from bus stand one kilometer away from my adress given in order

I got a call from a blue dart employee saying he had got my courier. I said i am in office and return only by 8 pm so he could hand it over to security guard since it was prepaid. He refused and asked when was i at home. I replied i leave at 7 30 am and return at 8 pm to which he arrogantly replied he will try coming by 8 am else i can collect from blue dart office.

This complaint is about delay in delivery of an urgent package at bangalore. Though we followed up the courier office several times and they kept on promising the package will be delivered within next 30 - 45 minutes on 5th october 2018, the package never got delivered and on monday again (8th october) the same story repeated. The customer care executive told me that their application is not working and asked me to call back after 15 to 20 minutes and check. She also told that they dont have outgoing call facility and customers have to call and check whether the application was working or not. Finally our office staff had to go to the blue dart office to pick up the package!!

Very worst experience
My courier was received in blue dart office on 6th oct'18, so i visited blue dart office. I got feedback from blue dart representative that courier will be delivered to register address once all their formalities are done on same day.
But at the end of the day i received message from blue dart that courier cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details. While the address mentioned is correct and i was present for whole day.
This is really disappointed with the service blue dart is providing

Shipment [protected] held in Minjur citing reason consignee address unlocatable and kept there without any effort and finally delivered to my Bank.

Now I need to visit to collect this shipment. Delivery person never lifted his phone when tried.

One of my bank cheque sent a courier through bluedart and i got a reference number wen i track with that number status showing its delivered address is my previous company and i check with them they said that they dint receive any courier... Wen i check with customer care they r telling within 48 hours they resolve the issue bt i dint get any call from that fellow... So i wil go to store directly tom if i dint get any response i wil log a police complaint... And guys pls avoid this kind of things please be careful...

Hi i live in sangam vihar d1-b579, opposite to sai baba mandir, i have order addidas shoes from paytm mall, my wbill of blue dart courier service is [protected]. At the company website it is showing customer is unavailable at given address at that time but i was there and no persons from u r company communicate with me regarding this. I am unable to track the package and it is showning incomplete address on ur website. Please send my package to given address.

I have no received any call regarding my priority pass from bluedart. And they send my credit card priority pass back. I seen there about more than 250 credit cards are still pending for delivery from one month. After one month the karnal office executives update the status address incomplete in cards. So much bad experience from last 2 months. Dear sir pls resolve this as soon as possible.

I had recived a corrier on blue dart, they messaged me to come between 9 am - 4pm (Official timing). When i reached there at 10 am, i saw shop was not opened. It is very annoying that there were more then 10 customer waiting for blue dart to open. The watchmen of apother shop told me that on sunday it opens up at 12 pm.
Complaint for - blue dart, inside lovely professional university, hardaspur, punjab

Refer awb# [protected] alloted by you on my order from shopclues. Without contacting me, how did you send sms saying that items couldn't be delivered due to wrong address? If the address is wrong, how the other couriers could have delivered my previous orders. It's only 9.1km from main post office 782460. And artc&s is by the main road with board as lengthy as the width of the road.

Hi, sandeep Sharma from Bhilwara, I ordered a checkbook through axis bank the address of Bhilwara address but the pincode was drop of Jaipur by mistakely.so I did not receive my check book last 2 time, wrost service of blue cart bcoz no call received from their side, i am waiting for your revert ...
