Boat Power Bank not working

This is the 4th reminder to you that I had purchased a boat Power Bank in the month of January, 21 which had stopped working right after 3rd month of purchase.
I had raised a complaint to you twice, it got resolved then and I got a replacement for the same but the replaced product is also not working properly.
Now, I don't want any more replacement cause of no more faith on your device.

I purchased product from flipkart eardrops 402 blue. After 10 days left side eardrops was not working. I chose door to door service for replacement/repair. Product was pickup by boat on 28/05/2021 against complain no. 2424627.
Since it is being more then 2 month but still I didn't got my product return back. Every time I use to call, executive of Boat co. saying that your product will be delivered with in 72 hrs. But I still not got my product return back.

          Hi Team,

          I raised a complaint on 4th July 2021 and the complaint id 2740405, I purchased it on 25th Jan and even though it has not worked for 6 month continuously, problems came. still I have not got any solution and how poor your service is, it's a shame thing in market strategy services.

          As per the service guidelines 24 days is over.

          Please resolve the issue ASAP or else we take action judicially.

            Hinges got broken in regular use before 1 year of purchased. Don't buy this headphones, it's headband quality is cheap

                Left airpod showing red light continuously

                I bought a new pair of boat eardope 431. It worked fine for 1 day but now left eardope is showing red light continuously. It is not getting charged even after 3 hours of charging. No sound is comming in left eardope....

                  BoAt is not registering my product warranty, I just bought these from Amazon on 26th July 2021, If you go to register the warranty, then the color of my product is not mentioned, but how can I borrow the warranty? On the other hand, for the warranty of my product, the option of colour of the product was not given, then how will the product's warranty be registered?

                    I am writing this email to inform you that I have not received my refund after following up multiple times with BoAT call centre agents.

                    I bought a product worth Rs 360.00 on June 29th 2021. Since I did not like the colour, I wanted to replace it. Since the product was out of stock, I had to put the request for a refund on the same day. Order # 518866.

                    I made several calls to customer care and had multiple conversations on Twitter. All I get to hear is, the request for the refund has been processed but there is no credit in my account. I check every day but there is no money in the account.

                                    I placed an order for 2 Boat Airdopes 131 on 24th July 2021 and each priced at INR 1299 through the Boat official website bearing Order #592723. As on 28th July 2021 there is no update on the order and when I am trying to cancel the order, the system is throwing error saying Try again later.
                                    The same product is available in other websites like amazon and flipkart for INR 999 with one day delivery.
                                    Not only they have priced the same product at higher price and shipping information is also not available . I am unable to track the status. Also this purchase has lots its need as it was to be gifted. With no way of tracking the status nor cancelling the order, I would need action to resolve this by cancelling and repaying the amount.
