The product order 556796 was delivered to a wrong address and was returned thereby, but I'm yet to get the refund for the same. It's been over the time period that was set for the refund initiation.

          I placed an order from official boat website. Estimated delivery date was 18 july. Also it reched at the destination hub on 18th but was not delivered to me. I waited for 3-4 days and on 21st, it showed out for delivery. I was available to receive the product but it was not delivered. When i tracked the order, it was showing that the customer wants future delivery and the date was shifted from 21 to 23rd. And today, on morning of 23, again it is showing that the customer wants future delivery and will be delivered to you by 24. My order was prepaid. Order ID with BOAT is 561673.

              BOAT AIRDOPES 411PRO RIGHT EARBUD VOLUME IS NOT AUDIBLE ITS SOUNDS LIKE LESS THEN 5%. TRIED RESETTING multiple times. Directly walked in to velachery service center but they said now they don't servicing Boat products

                        I purchased boat earphones 131(order ID: 567245) on 15 July 2021 from boatlifestyle.com. The order was shipped on 16 July 2021 but there was no update until 20 July 2021. On 20 July there was an update that shows the shipment is returned to its origin. What is more frustrating is that it shows today is the estimated delivery date. I want to know when will I get my order.

                          Boat Watch Display Not working

                          I have purchased boat watch just 5 days ago and used only for 4 hours and suddenly it's screen is not working properly and just showing lines. Boat product are not so bad that they only work for 4 hours...And now i am issuing a ticket for door to door replacement... No link or option is showing in the window...

                              Have ordered boat Rockerz 333 from boat website directly on sale upto now the product is not shipped at least or no status of the product when I track the product it shows the order is not available but I can see the same order id in the website and boat mobile app. Order id is 579069 and it was ordered on July 19 2021. Upto now no response from boat not able to send email to given address or call customer care service number. When can I expect this resolved did anyone face same issue and guide me with process to get my product.
