Hello, I have been using the aforementioned product for 5 months now and operating it with utmost care but after that too the extender part on right side cracked and is on the verge of breaking.
But isn't it manufacturing defect for the product to break so easily without any external force or pressure.
I had also contacted the customer care for repair or replacement but much to my dismay they claimed it's a physical damage so it won't covered under warranty

I hope that you'll contact me soon and send a replacement for my product

I contacted the boat company @imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com and they replied to my complaint...In next 3-4 days they picked up the damaged product and within 1 week I got the replacement for it. Thank u so much boat❤️👍

        I am Aakriti arora and i have registered a complaint regarding my boat product that is blue colour airdopez 171 . I registered my complaint on 24th of may 2021 and my product was picked up on 27th of may 2021 . Its been two months now and today is 23 of july 2021 and i still haven't received my product . I called the Bluedart agent and got my tracking number that is [protected] . In this tracking number they are showing that they have already delivered the product to your hub on 29th may itself, but when i checked the ticket number that you gave me that is 2406021 the status is showing that my product is not picked up yet and the pick up is cancelled by the agent . So i wanted to know that when will i receive my warranty product as soon as possible.

                        I placed an order from official boat website. Estimated delivery date was 18 july. Also it reched at the destination hub on 18th but was not delivered to me. I waited for 3-4 days and on 21st, it showed out for delivery. I was available to receive the product but it was not delivered. When i tracked the order, it was showing that the customer wants future delivery and the date was shifted from 21 to 23rd. And today, on morning of 23, again it is showing that the customer wants future delivery and will be delivered to you by 24. My order was prepaid. Order ID with BOAT is 561673.

                                  I applied it before the covid19 situation. Now, I want change my delivery address to my home town when it got repaired.

                                      I purchased boat earphones 131(order ID: 567245) on 15 July 2021 from boatlifestyle.com. The order was shipped on 16 July 2021 but there was no update until 20 July 2021. On 20 July there was an update that shows the shipment is returned to its origin. What is more frustrating is that it shows today is the estimated delivery date. I want to know when will I get my order.

                                        Boat Watch Display Not working

                                        I have purchased boat watch just 5 days ago and used only for 4 hours and suddenly it's screen is not working properly and just showing lines. Boat product are not so bad that they only work for 4 hours...And now i am issuing a ticket for door to door replacement... No link or option is showing in the window...
