Actually i have complained abouth the blueyooth earphone before one month ago..a delievry boy came nd collect back my earphone for repairing...nd now its been a month yet i didnt received my earphone..plz proceed to my complaint...

                I have purchased boat rockerz 335 and it started issuing, so I make complaint and demand to change my product they changed and delivered me wrong product which were too cheaper than my product

                  Delivery of wrong product after claiming warranty

                  I purchased boat rokerz 400 black bluetooth headphones and after 8 or 9 months some mic isssue started and as my product was in warranty, so i claimed warranty and it got replaced, but when i got th replaced product it was not same as mine . it was some wired hedphone of boat which is very cheap as compared to my product....

                  , Its been product picked up on waranty replacement before 60days. There is no response till date. If i called to customer complaint, i have ever not treated that worst in customer care service, its been treated that worst in my 4 calls. They cut the call if we have any queries.

                    I haven't received my product yet it was a prepaid product and your colleagues is saying it's is delivered to me but it's not delivered to me is was refused because I was not there to collect it I want my product or else I will make a complaint to your head I'm very disappointed by your service I'll not but this again I'll not make a mistake like this .

                          HII, i had ordered boat airdopes 121v2 through amazon .after several months one side of earphones was not working, i had my replacement issued but when i received the replaced product i found that the product had some defects.ONE SIDE of the replaced product isn"t working..now what to do next? hope to get my issues resolve asap. i have been a boat fan since start ..please get my issue solved!!!

                                I regester my complaint on April...till now my complaint not rectified..please do the needful.atleast tell me that how long it will take.service engineer came to my home and checked the product.they found circuit board is complaint and have to replace .. they will order and replace within days.but three months over. No repley and follow up from both sides.kindly tell me what you can do an what I have the do for rectifying my complaints

I have never seen this much customer treatedd. even I called many times to BOAT CUSTOMER care No response even no one is picking the call. still, I did not get my product. I will never use this product better return my money. it really frustrating.
