When I connect and upgrade firmware it is showing network error I connected with hotspot also but it occurred again...whai I have to do now?

      I placed an order for 2 Boat Airdopes 131 on 24th July 2021 and each priced at INR 1299 through the Boat official website bearing Order #592723. As on 28th July 2021 there is no update on the order and when I am trying to cancel the order, the system is throwing error saying Try again later.
      The same product is available in other websites like amazon and flipkart for INR 999 with one day delivery.
      Not only they have priced the same product at higher price and shipping information is also not available . I am unable to track the status. Also this purchase has lots its need as it was to be gifted. With no way of tracking the status nor cancelling the order, I would need action to resolve this by cancelling and repaying the amount.

        Hi, placed a request to cancel the order since I did not like the colour of the Boat Bass Earphone 105. I placed the request to refund on the same data of purchasing the earphones that is 27th June 2021. It's been a month now after making four calls to customer service, and several conversation on the Twitter @RockWithBoat India I still did receive the refund of Rs. 360.00

            Hello
            I have been using boat 131 airdopes from last 2 months and suddenly my charging case is not charging my eardopes properly with in 2 mins it shows 100% charging of eardopes and moreover last night my left eardope also stoped working but when I press it it just blink red light for 1 sec and also I have done factory reset but still not getting problem sorted.
            I am very dissapointed with this.

                I am brought my boat-rockers 560 headsets. its mic not working on the first day it self, so i have returned the boAt headset. I received a message that you will refund by money instead of the product. Then I have received a message like your refund amount was successful but I did not get any amount in my account. I have mailed to boAt but they did not solve my issue and they not even replying to my emails.

                        Hi, My Product is in warranty, but service center guy said it take 15 days for replacement, on the other hand they ask for PDF file, on call customer care executive said that they will replace at service center, plz clear about this issue, its really hard to wait 15 days for such an headphones,

                        Please do the needfull, suggest if i can get my headphones soon

                                One side of Airdopes and charging was not working properly, So I raised a complaint on 15 July, 2021 and product is picked on 18 July, 2021 Today after tracking my shipment it shows Whhandover suddenly on the date when out for delivery has been shown since 26th of July, 2021..I have no idea about my unit. I'm trying to contact with customer care but no one pickup my call. I also write a complaint on consumer complaints. you tell me that you should notified boat they contact me for several days.. 11 days over but now no response from the boAt... Please help me regarding this shipment.. I want my Airdopes as early as possible.. So, kindly help me.. My Service Ticket Number is 2831301..

                                  Product is good..Sound is coming.Only problem is the left earbud is not changing the track..I mean its not going to the previous song instead the same song is getting started from beginning

                                    I am facing issues with charging and my left airdope isn't working, no sound.everything else like music stopping, next etc is working but no sound in the left one.i have the warranty card also.

                                        I ordered a neckband from the website yesterday...but i was ordered in the second attempt only. However the money was deducted in the first time from my bank paytm wallet . But order was not placed due to some technical error.
