    Hi, My Product is in warranty, but service center guy said it take 15 days for replacement, on the other hand they ask for PDF file, on call customer care executive said that they will replace at service center, plz clear about this issue, its really hard to wait 15 days for such an headphones,

    Please do the needfull, suggest if i can get my headphones soon

        My Bluetooth ear phone has lot of issue about powering off and on May be battery problem it's in warranty condition .so please replace my earphone or repair.

            One side of Airdopes and charging was not working properly, So I raised a complaint on 15 July, 2021 and product is picked on 18 July, 2021 Today after tracking my shipment it shows Whhandover suddenly on the date when out for delivery has been shown since 26th of July, 2021..I have no idea about my unit. I'm trying to contact with customer care but no one pickup my call. I also write a complaint on consumer complaints. you tell me that you should notified boat they contact me for several days.. 11 days over but now no response from the boAt... Please help me regarding this shipment.. I want my Airdopes as early as possible.. So, kindly help me.. My Service Ticket Number is 2831301..

              Product is good..Sound is coming.Only problem is the left earbud is not changing the track..I mean its not going to the previous song instead the same song is getting started from beginning

                I am facing issues with charging and my left airdope isn't working, no sound.everything else like music stopping, next etc is working but no sound in the left one.i have the warranty card also.

                    I ordered a neckband from the website yesterday...but i was ordered in the second attempt only. However the money was deducted in the first time from my bank paytm wallet . But order was not placed due to some technical error. I have also mailed them but still no rply ..plss get me my refund back of 899.10 rs . I am also attaching the screenshot of the transaction

                        Boat handset 242 wired.. delivered the handfree package but I hav opened tha package there is no handfree inside..so I want to complaint the handfree pickup on my address and return the proper handfree set

                              I registered the complaint on April 7, 2021 at https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/.The product was taken by courier on 9th.

                              But, it’s been about 4 months, but I still haven’t received the product.

                              Getting to customer care is very difficult because the network is always busy. They do not take. Send mail and do not replay.

                                Hi team,

                                I have purchased the boat earphone [boat Bassheads 103 blue ] on 23th nov 2020, order no.: OD[protected] on flipkart

                                My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that new product was wrong.

                                The worst thing is that, this time i got the product delivered but it is not the same which i ordered. My product which i purchased was [boat Bassheads103 blue ] but the product i have received on replacement is boat Bassheads 162 blue.

                                The whole process took 1 months and still i haven't received my original product replaced.

                                I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else i will raise my complaint to the consumer forum.

                                Herewith, i am attaching my order invoice with the screenshot of the wrong product which i have received.

                                  I have ordered Airdopes from boat site while tracking it's showing that product delivered but I haven't received the product and the delivery person also haven't contacted me for once. I'm trying to connect with the boat helpline but they are not helping me at all keep on delaying saying that your problem will be resolved in 2days it's been 15days now still my problem is not resolved. I don't know what they are doing.
