I have purchased boat bassheads 242 in ear wired earphones as on 16th march, 2021. but now net used for noice transformaiton between ear and buds have broken. please kindly pay attention towards my compain and do needfull. If possible then replace give me refund.

    I registered the complaint on April 7, 2021 at https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/.The product was taken by courier on 9th.

    But, it’s been about 4 months, but I still haven’t received the product.

    Getting to customer care is very difficult because the network is always busy. They do not take. Send mail and do not replay.

      Hi team,

      I have purchased the boat earphone [boat Bassheads 103 blue ] on 23th nov 2020, order no.: OD[protected] on flipkart

      My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that new product was wrong.

      The worst thing is that, this time i got the product delivered but it is not the same which i ordered. My product which i purchased was [boat Bassheads103 blue ] but the product i have received on replacement is boat Bassheads 162 blue.

      The whole process took 1 months and still i haven't received my original product replaced.

      I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else i will raise my complaint to the consumer forum.

      Herewith, i am attaching my order invoice with the screenshot of the wrong product which i have received.

        I have ordered Airdopes from boat site while tracking it's showing that product delivered but I haven't received the product and the delivery person also haven't contacted me for once. I'm trying to connect with the boat helpline but they are not helping me at all keep on delaying saying that your problem will be resolved in 2days it's been 15days now still my problem is not resolved. I don't know what they are doing.

                Im Anuraag Jayaprakash. On 28 may 2021 I ordered boat 100 earphone and boat 510 headphone together in boAt offical website and payed for it through gpay. I have recieved boat 510 headphone but i there is nt any update about boat 100 earphone yet . Its been 2 months with out any update. Please do the need.

                    Actually i had purchased it from flipkart on 19 October 2020 and in April starting in 9 april 2021 I have complained that earphone one side is not working and the boat company sended the courier partner of bluedart to take the earphone 28 may 2021 which is reached to the boat company on 3rd june as i talked to the bluedart courier services and today it is 25 july almost more than 2 months i didnt reeceive my earphone back ... boat is responsible i want my earphone back or you return my money back ur company is irresponsible and lost the customer product and till now i did not get mt=y erphome back now within 7 days i want my earphone as soon as possible otherwise pay my money back ...i had all the proofs i[censored] need and i am uploading invoice also u can see

                        My Boat wireless headphones has been replaced with wired one. which worth just 400 & I ordered of rupees 1200. I wanted it to be changed anyhow or want my whole money back, otherwise I gonna sue you for this in consumer court.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      This is reference to my 100 wireless boat earphones which was sent for repairing on 12th May 2021 & it delivered to Bhiwandi on 14th May 2031 to recipient Imagine Rahul. The ticket Reference No. 2348277, waybill no. [protected] for which I'm unalable to get any updates on my issue & I didn't receive my earphones till date 23 july 2021, its really disappointing from the boat.

                                      I'm following up customer care no.[protected] from 25th May till date I didn't receive my earphones not even any updates .

                                      Only issue was with volume button cover & charging point top cover had come out which needed to be fixed, otherwise product was working fine. For such little problem it can't take so much time. Its already 2 months are passed now.

                                      Kindly check for my earphones, repair & send it back urgently .
