I ordered 3 boat earphones of worth 1000 ruppes and I laid through patym but order I'd given in patym is invalid and I didn't recive any msg or email about my order or order what the heel should I do...

The money have been deducted from my account and i haven't received any order confirmation and i did get my money back...

The bluetooth rockerz 235v2 is not properly working one of its ear piece is not work it is in its warranty period so I request you to check it as soon as possible....

I have placed an order for 3 (three) pieces of Boat Rockerz 330 Blue tooth ear phones through BOAT app and paid for 3 (three) pieces. But, I have received only 1 (one) piece. I ordered a boat with order id 417996 watch on 30th May 2021, its been 45 days since I still haven't received the product .I called customer care several times and they said the order has been cancelled by the courier service and we are refunding the amount.

I have buy a product boAt rockers 255 pro wireless earphone from flipcart. But few days ago its battery is not working properly. If i charged for 2 hours it discharge in 10 or 15 minutes. Please solve the issue....

I haven't received my product boat airdopes pes 441 pro. my product back from service center its been more than 3 months I have complaint. I have tried to reach them many times sometimes they responded and told me they will deliver my product ASAP but after complaining so many times still there is no update on my product. I have registered a complaint with boat for one of my airdopes replacment it's been more than one month but I haven' t received my product back from them and the product was picked one month ago and delivered to service center but was not replaced to me again after that and they are not updating anything now.

I ordered boat Airdopes 441 through Amazon. My headphones suddenly had a mic issues and bass problems. I've filed a complaint against it. My product has been picked up by the delhivery couriers. Its been more than 4 months I didn't receive my product. I had covid-19 .so, that I couldn't contact the courier team that time. Please, look into that and return my product ASAP....

I purchased BOAT Airdopes 381 which worked for like 4 months perfectly fine but then they started having some issue like the right earphone was unable to get charged even when case is fully charges, but as there was 1 year warranty in that product so I replaced it and got another one which worked for just like a month & half and started giving issue like the left earphone had very low or negligible sound, again i replaced it as the product...
