I claimed warranty on my airdopes 381 and on 27th May. I was told that my replaced product will dispatch in 5 days. When I tracked my product through the courier service that Boat provided me, it showed that the shipment was delivered to someone in a village of Maharashtra on 31st May while the ticket status shows that it's yet to be dispatched. I mailed regarding this issue several times but they didn't replied.
I want my product back or the complete refund. If they don't resolve this, I'll make sure no one in my contact buys anything from Boat company.

        I recently requested for a replacement of my boat rockerz 255 pro navy blue with ticket Number 2389545. I got the replacement product today. But it is damaged too... Why are you behaving to your customers. Even the ear hooks are missing. Please respond ASAP.

          I gave my product a little more than two months ago (2nd April) as it had a restarting and connection problem to boat support via door to door support (Ticket no. 2213557). I have called like 100 times from the past two months and all I get told is to wait for the next week. I'm told this is due to the 15 days lockdown in Maharashtra but all the complaints from even 10 days ago are resolved but not mine from 2 months ago. I think I'm being scammed of my product by the company. I demand a full refund or a replaced product as soon as possible. I'll also tweet about this and make sure everyone interested in buying their products gets to know about the service of the company.

            I have purchased boat air dopes 201 from Amazon a year ago. But after using it for few months I am facing a problem in the ear dope. It is discharging very fast, even when it placed in charging case it is getting discharge. That makes alot of inconvinience and even its customer care response soo poor. So kindly accept my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible

              On, 28 april 2021 I register for replacement of my product boat rockerz 370. As the courier partner pick up the product from me. After 7 days i didn't recive any information about my product.

                I raised a ticket for replacement of my earphones on 18th april. My product was picked on 21st april by the courier company. As per the tracking status my product was replaced and sent to courier company on 10th may.

                Howerver after that i have not recieved any communication neither i have recieved my product.

                Kindly look into the issue as this is creating lot of frustration.

                    To whomsoever it may concern,

                    My boat airdopes 441 stopped working after few months under warranty period. I filed online complaint at boat website on 22nd may, 2021. My ticket number is 2384268. They picked up my product on 3rd day. I got no updates regarding the product even after 12 days. I emailed them. They told to wait for another 48 hours. After 14 days, i didn't receive any solution and the product was with them. I wrote again, still got the same reply to wait. After 16 days of sending my earbuds, they are not solving the issue. It's the case of fraud and stealing the item. I am going to take legal action within national consumer forum.

                    My only advice: Never ever buy any boat products, their products are cheap because their quality and service is poorest.

                      Sir... I am ordered 3 bluetooth headset out of 3 bluetooth one bluetooth facing some problem with my boat Bluetooth (boat rockerz 235v2 ) not working properly and automatically disconnected with my mobile and not going charging and product is under warranty please help me to fixed the problem as soon as possible.

                        I ordered my product on June 1st and ny tracking order number is 422610... But it still shows product has not been dispatched yet from our warehouse... How many days will it take for dispatch and to deliver me?

                                I have registered a warranty complaint on Boat on 5th April 2021 which is about 2 months ago. Ticket number - 2221464. The product was picked up on 9th April and was delivered to the service center on 12th April. Since then, there is no update on my ticket number. I don't know whether my product is replaced or not. I replied in their email threads but there is no response. So I request you to resolve this issue by letting me know about my product or when it will be replaced. Attached images of ticket number .

                                    I purchased boat airdrops 441 and got on 30-35 minute battery backup.
                                    But the company claims the airdrops have 4 to 4.5 hours of battery backup.
                                    even they are not listening to my request. I need my money back
                                    how this is fair. I paid huge money for that.

                                        I submit a complaint about my boat bassheads 252 on 25th May 2021 and, it got approved on the same day.

                                        And on the other day 1 guy from xpressbees took my headset.

                                        28th May i got an update from boat that they got my earphones and is in testing phase

                                        On 29th May i got another two updates that a replacement earphones are issued and will be dispatching soon

                                        Today is 2 June and i din't received any updates on dispatching or any kind of delay in delivery.

                                        I want my earphones its very urgent
