I have ordered a boat product that is Airdopes 511v2 on April 10 and canceled it on 16 April.
It is now complete 30 days till now I have not received my refund.
it is very disappointing from a boat. I have never faced an adverse situation like that.
kindly make my refund as soon as possible.

I have purchased boat airdopes 511v2 in 1july, 2020.
Charging issues has come due to that i had registered a complain on service center. Registered complain number is 1878344
Company provide me a new airdopes 611 in behalf of airdopes 511v2
Then, in airdopes 611 a new issue was occur and i had registered a new complain regarding this, complain number is 2012835
Then, i received a different airdopes..its a airdopes...

I have a boat headphones. my headphones speaker has been damaged between 1 year. I have a 1 year warranty card...

I ordered boat airdopes 402 from boat website my order id is #300648 on 14 April then my order cancelled automatically on 4 may and today i am complaining on 20 may because they are not responding on my complaint and then blocked my email id so that i cannot complain so my request is to plz i should get my refund amount...

My airdubs are not running well.
It cannot be connect early.its take much morr time

I have purchased Airdopes on 24th Jan 2021 from flipkart.
Within the usage of just 3 months the left earpiece is not working, at times it doesn't work at all and at time it does but the volume is low that couldn't even hear at high volume.
Also to mention the usage isn't heavy it's just 1 hr daily.
So I request to provide me with a new product or refund my amount as 1 year warranty is still valid for me....

I am purchased a Boat Bluetooth earphones on 02.05.2021 by Flipkart Now it's shows charging but after charging completion it's not on and working from yesterday, so please advise what to do.

I had raised issue in my boat airdopes and complained on boat customer service. There was unequal sound in both airdopes and there was problem of automatic waking up.The complaint was registered a month back - 17/04/21 but i haven't received the product back yet. The last update was 20 days back....

So when I get the packet I opened it and found that the earphone box was already opened nd there was no earphone inside it. After the product was picked up by blue dart the new pickup was generated and now I don't have the product because it was already picked up. Also not able to track the product from the given ticket number. The customer care is not supportive they cut the phone in middle instead of solving the problem.

Purchased Boat products first time from portal. One got delivered and waiting for other product which has been purchased on 11th April. It's more than 30 days and still didn't even received any dispatching message. What's going on with Boat Support? #293424...

Sir from last 3 day I've called service centre but the number is switched off, so please let me know the information whether the service centre id open or not!???...

I have claimed warranty for a product on 15th April, it reached to their services center on 23rd April and since 1st May it's under testing phase, and they aren't answering to my calls don't have any confirmation about - i will get my product back or not, didn't expect such a poor service from boAt....

They say that the issue was resolved and the airdopes were delivered to my address, but it was not delivered to me. Xpressbees the logistics through which my boat airdopes were going to deliver did some misplacement of the product....

I purchased boat airdopes 171 in March and it's left ear bud is not working as well as it's not getting charged it's showing 10%only after charging.i tried to do factory reset that's also not happening please look into it....

Product not delivered. Order was placed on 10th May....

My order was not placed even after successful payment by paytm and money was deducted from my bank account . now I want my money back...
