I have placed my order on 15 th May 2021 from boat's official website..it's been ### 10 days I have been calling this number [protected]..the executives at boat just say you will receive a call from the executive in 48 hrs but I didn't receive any..I have been continuously calling this number but I am not getting any help..neither am I able to initiate refund not able to track my order. I suggest don't order boat products from their site..it's a scam.. pathetic service executives and services provided are even more worse.. highly disappointed with boat

        My boat Airdopes381 black were not working but were still in warrenty so i registered my conplaint with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and send a delivery boy fron expressbees for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphones for 22 days, i found that the product has been wh handover but i haven't received my earphones!!!
        I want my earphones back.
        Today 22 days complete write my compain
        Boat said that at the time of complain 10-12 we provide ur replacement. I tried to call them and mail them but but they are not responding to me what should i do

            I have bought the red basshead wired earphones. It has 1 year warranty. the problem is that, earphones are just receiving the audio not transmitting. I request repair for this product as soon as possible. If not refund my money. I have attached the invoice below

              In reference to my service request number 2329609, it is to intimate that the pick up has been done by your courier partner on 07.05.2021 at 14:00 PM. But i have received a email from your side that our courier partner has cancelled your pickup. although he has already picked up the product. I am emailing you continuously for the confirmation of my product pickup but you are not replying anymore.
              Please look into this matter asap.

                In reference to my service request number 2394020 it is to intimate that the pick up has been done by your courier partner (mobile number [protected]) on 24.05.2021 at 17:00 PM. But i have received a email form your side that our courier partner has cancelled your pickup at 17:31 from you. although he has already picked the product. I am emailing you continuesly for the confirmation of my product pickup but you are not replying anymore.
                Kindly confirm me the same at earliest as no any receiving i have got by you pick up agent.

                What is going on till now? Neither I recieved my product after replacement nor any type of info i have been coveyed till now even after many emails i have been sending to you continuesly and calling the service center frequently.

                  My boat Bassheads 228 one side wired head phone stopped working suddenly. I am unable to log complaint on website it is redirect to service center and near by service center seems to be closed . And customer service executive ask to send email but no response after 1 month on email. Its under warranty seems that they are buying time so warranty get lapsed.

                      I have complained for my neck band and it was under warranty. Neck band has picked up by blue dart for replacement as well as repair. On 8 may 2021. But till now compmay hasn't update anything about my neck band. What happened about my complain no 2337648 dated 8th may 2021. I query may time on customer care of boat but they are replying that " we will revert back after 48 hours.

                        I have bought boat eardopes 121v2. But after some months it was not working properly. So I claimed warranty and sent it to company.
                        And from there, I was eligible for replacement ! But now, even after 1 month the product is not delivered. Very bad policy ! I can't believe that such a GREAT COMPany can do this ###. Very bad Service From Boat.
                        So, I just want my Eardopes back asap!

                              I bought Boat Rockerz 235v2 earphones. And after some months the right side earbud started making problem and it has stopped working. My product was on warranty period, so I decided to claim warranty for the same. So, I was registering my complain in the boAt (IMAGINE MARKETING INDIA PVT. LTD.) website, but there the form for complain was not displaying, there was Service Centre Address displaying. So, In this corona virus period, I cannot visit to Boat Service Centre because of this deadly disease and corona curfew was also going on. So, I called Boat Customer Care Service for the solution. So, Customer care suggested me to write email on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com for the problem and mention your address and Product invoice and wait for 7 days for the reply. So, I mailed to the same email address told by Boat customer care and followed his process on 9th MAY'21. I waited till 19th MAY'21 and there was no reply till the time. So, I contacted Boat Customer Care for no reply issue, he asked me details and said that he had registered complain for the same and told me to wait for 2-3days for the same. But Today, i.e. 25th MAY'21, I called again for the problem to Customer Care for the issue, he suggested to me email again for the issue and wait for the reply. I don't think that they will reply to me for the problem. BoAT After Sales Service is not good I got to know now. They do not reply to customer for the service.
                              My product has not been replaced till now.

                                I have ordered a Boat Rokerz 335 on 21st May 2021 through Boat official Website and paid online.

                                I want to cancel the order since 21st May but not able to see the option under Manage Order. Called the customer care and they told me to write a mail to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com by there is no repose.

                                Pathetic service from Boat. There is no Customer care details mentioned on the website, which is a very basic information.

                                      My boat bassheads 220 blue was not working but was still in warranty. So I raised my complaint on 9th of April 2021 with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and sent a delivery boy on just next day i.e. 10 April 2021 from expressbees for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphone I found replacement has been issued on 5 th of May and last status is showing WH HANDOVER on 10 of may. Today 24 may 2021 still I didn't get back my earphone. I have called customer care but they disconnected my calls without giving any answer. I'm attaching my conversation with customer care executives.
                                      I want my earphones back😠😠ðŸ˜
                                      Please help now you only can do something about this. I was patiently waiting from 1 and half month just because of pandemic but as far as I know ecommerce is open now and it's been enough days to resolve my issue and they are not giving any response.

                                        My product was picked up on first pickup date set by boat but it wasn't confirmed by boat and they sent again for picking up my product. I checked with delivery pickup guy and he too confirmed that profuct was pickedup and sent to required address. Boat is neither replying to my mails nor picking up customer calls from past 15 days
