I ordered a unit from boat website order#230435 in March 2021. I requested for a replacement.
Their team changed my replacement unit status to refund status and ticket#120424 is refunded as per customer care. Where they have been refunded, they have no idea.
When i don't want want refund, why they have not sent my replacement.
NO response from customer care email addresses, no response from twitter and Facebook- they even replied and informed its Infosys case it can not refund. why ? no clear picture, no proper communication from the team.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
