I applied for claiming my warranty on Boats Airdopes 441pro, on 4th May I received one message from blue dart that they will collect the product from me on 4th and I gave them the product . Since than I'm tracking my product .
They gave me a waybill number . Now when I'm checking my product on your website, there isn't any updates from your side since 4th May .
The link is not working.
When I checked with blue dart, it's showing that the product has been delivered on 7th May .
It's been more than your expected resolution time, still no update . I've called your customer service, there also no response . I wrote email to which I got automatic reply.
Claiming warranty on a defective product product shouldn't be this hard.
I know situations aren't well right now but atleast give me some updates please.
I'm a student and I need my earphones . Kindly understand 🙏.
