      I ordred a boat headphone now i am unable to login as it is showing wrong password after this when i click on forgot password it tell me to enter code sent on mail but there is no mail i had tried it like 100 times but no response to mail

        n it almost been more than a year and i have not received the product yet. the pick up is done but i do think due to lackness of good servies i havent it yet so how you are gonna regain your valuable customer trust. please i do need my product till this week or i am. gonna make a video related your services on my youtube channel. kindly take strict action this quire or i am gonna sue you with all these complains for fraud

            NOT SWITCHING ON, replacement asap
            I ORDERED on 15th of may but recieved the package after 14 days only 29th may, I could at least accept that because of the current COVID restrictions, BUT THE real shock was after that THE HEADPHONE WAS NOT WORKING, NOT EVEN SWITCHING ON OR CHARGING, I RAISED A EXCHANGE /return THE PRODUCT, Now I don’t know how many more weeks I have to wait for their fault.my money wasted, I ordered to use it for online classes now couldn’t use headphone when needed the most. NO USE. IN HAVING AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS, have to address customer issues at the earliest . I don’t know when I will get it back, but It is going to affect me very badly now . NO use after getting the product after one or two months after orderIGN.

              I have purchased a headphone ( boAt Airdopes 281, Bluetooth truly wireless Earbuds with Mic) on 13.03.2021 worth of Rs. 1799/- by Amazon and it is delivered on 17.03.2021 in my Address at C/o Bank of Baroda, Gumia Branch, Gumia, Distt Bokaro, Jharkhand-829111. Since one month I am facing that left ear of earbud is not working. I have made complaint about the fact with customer care of boAt and they replied me to make complaint to the website of boAt for the replacement of the product. Kindly look in the matter and replace/change the above product at the earliest.

                    Hi,

                    I order earphones on the 15th of May but it is 2 weeks now and I still haven't received the product. I have received the free mask which the company provides but I don't want it and happy to return it. I have been calling the customer service but get the same answer to wait 24 hours or 48 hours and that I will get a call from the team but I'm still waiting for the call. The delivery status is showing RTO but the lazy Boat team is not bothered to call and update me on it.

                    Each time the team says your product is safe with us. I don't want it to be safe with you! I want the product in my hand! I called them again today and they now expect me to wait till next Tuesday! If you can't deliver the product then initiate the refund right now on very high priority.

                    This is a waste of my time and my energy! One of the worst services I've ever experienced.

                    My order number is 366661. Kindly take back your free mask and initiate the refund of my priority product.

                      I had cancelled a boAt accessories on 13May2021 for which refund was to be completed by 7working days as mentioned. Later when I tried contacting customer service executive told me it takes 10days and today (28May2021) after 15days the customer service executive says its 30 days process. Its a worst experience overall. Feels no trust in this brand. I request for my refund soon.

                        I applied for claiming my warranty on Boats Airdopes 441pro, on 4th May I received one message from blue dart that they will collect the product from me on 4th and I gave them the product . Since than I'm tracking my product .

                        They gave me a waybill number . Now when I'm checking my product on your website, there isn't any updates from your side since 4th May .
                        The link is not working.

                        When I checked with blue dart, it's showing that the product has been delivered on 7th May .

                        It's been more than your expected resolution time, still no update . I've called your customer service, there also no response . I wrote email to which I got automatic reply.

                        Claiming warranty on a defective product product shouldn't be this hard.

                        I know situations aren't well right now but atleast give me some updates please.

                        I'm a student and I need my earphones . Kindly understand 🙏.

                              Mic of hearphone 103 basshead black is not working and due to corona lockdown i am not able to visit service center as it is shutted down.

                                        I ordered boat rockerzz 330 from the official website . there i did not create any account, just selected te product and easily get to the checkout and there provide the delievery address gmail and mobile number . It doesnot require any account to be created so i proceed to checkout and payment was debited but there is no update in the order status . please either give me the product or return the money .
