When i am charge Bluetooth 2 hours it will consist only half hours...

I was registered a complaint against my soundbar Then next day boat technician arrived and it has been checked soundbar and he ia clicking some pictures of my soundbar main PCB and he is telling me to replacement of Soundbar pcb but boat didn't response me and the soundbar in under warranty please provide best services from boat
My Boat complaint ticket id is 2309623 please i requested to you Please solve my problem...

Money taken but product not given i am going to case a police file against you please return my money or give the product...

I didnot recive my product my moner has been deducted by boat...

This issue is going on since 15 march. Boat kept closing my old tickets and opening new ones so that the issue doesn't look old.

I hope this email finds you. I had asked for refund. When the pick up person came they also said it's return and I need to give entIre product. I gave the entire product and currently don't even have the box with me. I had requested for refund as I had already accepted replacement...

As i placed a order for Boat Rockerz 450 in a sale On Boat site. it cost me around 899 rs. i paid it on the online paytm mode my money deducted i didn't got any order id. So i tried to contact them through customer care they told me that sir wait 4-5 hours. If you didn't get your order id then the money will be reflected to your account in the same payment manner. It's been a one month now i've contacted many times to them they are just saying...
