I ordered the the neckband on 13th may. My Order number is 357730 and I canceled it on 16th May. And they claim that I will get refund in 5-7 business days. But till now no money has refunded. Please help me in this issue

    My boat bassheads 220 blue was not working but was still in warranty. So I raised my complaint on 9th of April 2021 with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and sent a delivery boy on just next day i.e. 10 April 2021 from expressbees for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphone I found replacement has been issued on 5 th of May and last status is showing WH HANDOVER on 10 of may. Today 24 may 2021 still I didn't get back my earphone. I have called customer care but they disconnected my calls without giving any answer. I'm attaching my conversation with customer care executives.
    I want my earphones back😠😠😠
    Please help now you only can do something about this. I was patiently waiting from 1 and half month just because of pandemic but as far as I know ecommerce is open now and it's been enough days to resolve my issue and they are not giving any response.

      My product was picked up on first pickup date set by boat but it wasn't confirmed by boat and they sent again for picking up my product. I checked with delivery pickup guy and he too confirmed that profuct was pickedup and sent to required address. Boat is neither replying to my mails nor picking up customer calls from past 15 days

        My bass head 220 earphone is in warranty period but now a days it not supported properly and voice is not clear.and i complained to customer care site but it not supported all contect number is unreachable.and warranty period date only 30may2021 what can i do

        hello i am maulika my earphone bass head 220 is on warrenty period and its warrenty is only in 5 days more 30 may 2021but no customer care are replied what can i do and no any helpline number reached it is unreacheable.what can i do plss solved my problem.

          I bought aidops 131 through flipcard order No 0D[protected] and invoice No. FAFQ8F[protected] Date of purchage 16 Jan 2021.
          One Ear burd are not working after one month seond one low power bakup its give backup all most 10 minut. I am trying to contact your Mumbai CST boat service sentre last month but your service centre closed last few month. I want to replace or repair my Ear buds as soon as possible becouse its very usefull for me now days.
          Its kindely rquested you. Please provide approproate solution.

            I have Facing issue with boat rockers 235 v2 Bluetooth earphones
            issue is connectivity late pickup calls & more vibrate . I want to return the earphones

                When I'm replacing before I have check product serial number and after replacement of product serial number on product is not visible their ... how can I trust on boat this is original product or Not and packaging is also not proper ...I will try to contact on customer support but error occurred.. please register my complaint and my original boat packing Bluetooth speaker boat 360 box want me as early as possible

                  Order id-315453.I have ordered boat airdopes 402 from boat com. The product which I have received is not working. It seems I have received defective product.

                  It's been more than 20 days that I have sent an email to boat customer care but it seems there is no one who can assist. Also I called boat customer care multiple times but no response from their end.. I have received defective product and there is one one who can help.My money got waste This is totally fraud.

                        Bought boat rockers 295v2. One side stopped working after 1 month. I made complaint and the company said we will test the product and we will see you the replacement unit. So I returned my product and it was delivered. But after that there is no response from the company. The status is showing same all the day. Please make sure to send the replacement unit fast. This is the second time I am complaining about boat here.my ticket I'd is 2336908. Thank you.

                              I have ordered the product wired earphone baseheads 103 black then after 6 months it stops working on one side then I claim the warranty they accept and send me a different colours earphone of the same edition after few months I had a problem with low sound then i raised a complaint they reject the earphone for pickup because of colour
                              They send me different colour now they are saying we will not accept different colour please pick my product it's on warranty period

                                I’m not able to charge my device, data cable and adapter, everything is working fine but my device is not charging . It is under the warranty period only and I’m not able to visit my service center due to its very far away location from my residence, so kindly provide me door step service for the same . Also fine the necessary details below,

                                Am not able to register complain on site and also customer care executive- Priyanka talked in a very rude and disrespectful manner, no tolerance, no professionalism, Made angry customer more angry .
