Last time I tracked my earphones it status was replaced but today it has been nearly 20 days but my earphone is not delivered yet, and also I am not able to track it now.

Bought boat rockers 295v2. One side stopped working after 1 month. I made complaint and the company said we will test the product and we will see you the replacement unit. So I returned my product and it was delivered. But after that there is no response from the company. The status is showing same all the day. Please make sure to send the replacement unit fast. This is the second time I am complaining about boat here.my ticket I'd is 2336908. Thank you.

Power is not coming and one is not connecting .

I didn't get any notification/ updates related to the ordered product from Boat End. Soon take the shipment process ASAP. Very bad impression on boat.

I have ordered the product wired earphone baseheads 103 black then after 6 months it stops working on one side then I claim the warranty they accept and send me a different colours earphone of the same edition after few months I had a problem with low sound then i raised a complaint they reject the earphone for pickup because of colour
They send me different colour now they are saying we will not accept different colour please pick my product it's on warranty period

I’m not able to charge my device, data cable and adapter, everything is working fine but my device is not charging . It is under the warranty period only and I’m not able to visit my service center due to its very far away location from my residence, so kindly provide me door step service for the same . Also fine the necessary details below,

Am not able to register complain on site and also customer care executive- Priyanka talked in a very rude and disrespectful manner, no tolerance, no professionalism, Made angry customer more angry . Pathetic after sales service . Want to file a case against this company for doing false promises .

Why automatically volume low my headphones....

Whenever I connect these airdrops with my Mac while I'm working, they disconnect after every 1-2 mins...do they support Mac or not?
if you really have any solution for it pls let me know or I would like to return them...

I replaced my product on[protected] and today is 22nd day after replaced..i have not recieved my product..i need my product as soon as possible..

Ordered Rugby plus speaker dated on 16-may-21 amount payed via UPI still not got even a sigle update as I'm seeing the review other customers same problem goin on wd many of them too there are total 2500+ complaints not just 1/4 of it is resolved I'm not getting what's worng with the so called no.1 company @BOAT the problem of mine should be solved within 24hrs I kindly request you to personally update it by a call or at least a mail or else need any solution by your side!

Hie, i am one of the customer using boats products.everytime.
Product what boats give us are much better then the other products in the market.
But i was having problem with my product and for that i had a customer care contact. From mumbai, fort.
One of the exploye working there who's name is Amin Chitalwala ([protected]) i had convocated with..in behalf of my problms. was not giving me a good resopnce. I dont know wht he was actully in wich mood. But he was not behaving well with his customers.. as i know boats are the very good product in markets as well as with good customer service. But these peoples working in the company using abused languages... are very much bad assects for the company... i am sry but this behaviour will surly loss one of your happy customers day by day.. thankyou. I hope boats service care may fix this peoples soon..

I have ordered a boat product that is Airdopes 511v2 on April 10 and canceled it on 16 April.
It is now complete 30 days till now I have not received my refund.
it is very disappointing from a boat. I have never faced an adverse situation like that.
kindly make my refund as soon as possible.

I have purchased boat airdopes 511v2 in 1july, 2020.
Charging issues has come due to that i had registered a complain on service center. Registered complain number is 1878344
Company provide me a new airdopes 611 in behalf of airdopes 511v2
Then, in airdopes 611 a new issue was occur and i had registered a new complain regarding this, complain number is 2012835
Then, i received a different airdopes..its a airdopes 441, and there a another issue is happening on yet.
Distorted sound and mic issue on calling, noise cancellation is not working.

After that, i have received a different airdopes, ...its a 441p, and there a another issue is happening on it.
Sometimes left is working and sometimes right is working.
Battery backup is also differ..Sometimes left is showing low battery before right and sometimes right is showing low battery before left, but both are completely charged.

Note:- i am requesting to please provide me a proper working airdopes
Please provide me a same airdopes 511v2 or same valuable airdopes or costly than 511v2 if it is not available
Please, don't provide me less than my purchase amout airdopes 511v2

Note:- please resolve my ticket as soon as possible, i am using this airdopes on my office work.
