I order boat air dopes 141 on 24th July my order is not conformed but my amount is debited I waited 20 days but amount is not returned please tell me

    My watch sensors not working
    And then iwas claimed your warranty
    Then i will recived ticket number after blue
    dart officer recived my product
    Then watch was checked but not give
    The new watch . Then will not return my old watch

      I have ordered boAt airdopes 121 from their own website, in a day they dispatched the order, and 2 days the order also reached my city.
      Now, after all this I got to know that they have provided the wrong contact number of mine to the courier partners i.e., Delhivery same Pathetic company as Boat itself.
      Now, I'm contacting boat through the mail but no one is replying and their contact number is also unreachable. The courier person is also not delivering it now, not even trying to reach my address.

      Its literally fraud in the name of "MAKE IN INDIA".

          I am writing this email to you because I would like to make a complaint about some damaged goods that I ordered. I have purchased one earplugs of boat base heads 100. Its wire got broken due to which I m facing issue in using that. It is under 1 year warranty. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible so that i can use my earplugs. I believe in your product quality that's the reason I only use boat products.

              On 15th August 2022 around 3:43PM, i have purchased boAt Smartwatch Primia Active Black from the boAt official website but haven't received any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI reference number is[protected]and my transaction amount was Rs 3, 999.00 done through Paytmj app. The screenshot showing the payment receipt is herewith attached to this complaint.

                I had given my watch to boat service center near me and it is showing in my email that it's delivered to me but it is not delivered to me and I want my watch fast. Please take action on it and resolve my problem fast.

                Main bahut smart watch is not working properly so I give to the boat service centre near me and the taken it and after few days one email was dropped and in that email they said that the watch is delivered but it is not delivered to me and I want my watch

                  I bought boat wavelite smart watch from Amazon on August 1, 2022. I have used the watch very occasionally. Past 5 days I haven't used the watch and today morning if I switch on the watch, I saw lines in the display, time is not proper.

                    As i return my boat rockerz 450 headphones 3 week ago. And i didn't recieve them until now. I am facing a lot of problem due to this .. so I want my money to buy new.. or new headphone as soon as possible else I have to take strict steps.

                      Boat rockerz 255 pro +, It's a very worst product, I purchase in Amazon, tat boat product is duplicate send to me, I I'll buy a 5 month after connectivity issues and one side ear buds not working, .don't buy diz boat product.very very worst product.

                            I ordered a watch worth rs.3999 and registered with boat along with my all the address details and paid it through upi...and the money got deducted but i didn't get any confirmation message or order number and seriously this is not expected from an official site like BOAT please look into it as 3999rs. Has been deducted from my account and there's no sign of confirmation from their website

                                  I had claimed my warranty on 16july and pick up was done by their logistic partner blue dart on 18 July.After taking 11-12 days, On 29 July they are saying that my one of earpiece was damage.They told me that I have to share proof of delivery then after requesting to their logistic partner i shared.After that they told me to forward a mail taking from their logistic partner blue dart, I also done this but after all this also their is no response.
                                  I want to know if anybody's product was damaged then also pick has to be done.If it is so then in written they provide me.

                                  Your coustomer care behaviour is also not good. Always they are telling that mail to their technical support department.
                                  They are responding after 3-4 days again the same thing is repeating.
