Received Airdopes 138 as corporate gift in Feb 2022. One side battery issue since I received them. Approached the service centres however of no help at all. Initiated the warranty online, complaint # 23359905. Uploaded invoice on site around 3 times and also emailed it to them. Reply received that invoice is not clear..kindly resolve.

    Dear Sir, Â
    Due to issues in my Boat Airdopes 141 product, I went to customer care on 10th Jun, 2022 and they took my product and said me that your product is delivered to your home address. Till now, I didn't get my earbuds. My Ticket No[protected]. I called so many times to customer care and they told me many times that Your product will be delivered in 7 days but yet I didn't get my product. I mailed them but no any response from their side. Please check it and do the needful action. I really upset and frustrated with their service. I am a student and this is a huge amount for me. Please check it sir.

      I am trying to replace my defective product which is in warranty. My original product is type c to type c cable and car charger with type port. For the past 10 months I'm trying to replace the same each and everytime boat sending me wrong products usb to type c and usb to micro usb. With two usb port car charger. My warranty going to expire in a month still no yet received the product.

      Tried email call chat each and every agent either disconnected call or chat else false commitment as they escalated the issue you will receive update in 48 hours nothing happens. Some were extremely rude some were nice and polite but no results. Tried to do it good manner no results. Tried blaming the boat nothing happened.

      Even suggested to call before sending replacement no one called. Call agent mention the comments correctly still replacement team don't read. I wrote email with screenshot of my product still wrong part received. What else left?

        I have order Boat headphone from their official website, however after received product its non genuine and poor quality. I have drop email several time but no response .

        I request them for refund but they insisting me for replacement, but not providing guaranty for genuine.

            Hi, I bought a watch vertex on oct 28 2021, have got it replaced 5-6 times now. The product quality is low. Customer support is bad. They say they will call back but I have still not received the call. Have got watch replaced for various reasons- display issue, sensor issue, battery issue, not working properly after water splash while washing hand. Please look into your specifications and reevaluate if the product is satisfying all those conditions. Also train your staff about products speciation and what it means. They were surprised to know that IP67 means it can handle water splashes.

            Here are the ticket number for one single product
            [protected]th Aug - sensor issue
            [protected] july - the watch was not replaced this time and you sent me same product on 1 August saying all test reports are fine. I had to send it for replacement again for sensor issue in just 10 days.
            [protected] May - display and battery issue
            [protected] march - display issue
            There was one on 26 Feb also physical replacement done for display issue

            Product quality is bad. We are seeking full refund from the company. You can take your product back. I have had enough of mental agony and harassment for your product and company.

              I had ordered bluetooth speakers from Boat in november 2021, working smoothly for about 6 months, now they are not getting charged. I have tried everything, even the cable that came with the speakers is not working on it. I want an exchange.

                I have taken the boat smart watch in January month and the product was working fine after some time it started showing glitches like not showing names in in notification just showing Content some time doesn't show notification and started disconnecting even I am in range so I raised a warranty claim against it but they rejected my warranty claim and the problem is still resist now I am trying to contacting them just not responding me I have attached the my ticket no and glitch i am facing

                  Money was deducted from the Google Pay UPI but no order conformation was received. Complaint has also been placed with GPay which has further suggested to contact the merchant. The money was credited to Imagine Marketing Pvt Ltd by the QR code provided on Boat Website. Was not able to find a way to contact boat on the same due to the lack of availability of customer service. The money was deducted on 22 August 2022 around 12:30 pm.

                      I ordered the product on 7 Aug but still did not get the product they told me that I would get it on 17 Aug but still, I did not get it, and I can not call them and can not track it. they block me on call and do not give me any response.

                                  I face a new problem yesterday, some one called me and he said that, 'l am calling from boat, we refund your money, and i send app link download it'
                                  I have been shocked, because that app is TEAM VIEWER app. If i have downloaded it,
                                  He would be controlled my mobile and accessed my personal data.
                                  So, be aware and don't download link.

                                    In the payment i used send link to mobile number
                                    payed from the mobile with gpay
                                    the amount got deducted but the order was not confirmed.

                                      I have complained on 25th July 2022 to replace my defective earphones in warranty period whose complaint number is 22734287 and another complaint on 12th August 2022 whose complaint number is 23368906 and repeated failed attempts by courier partner for replacement. It is reported that till date no one has contacted me for replacement only attempt failure message is sent by the company. How many times do I have to file a complaint for this, is there any cost to the consumer for you people or not?
