    I ordered Storm Smart Watches with Full-Touch 33mm Curved Color Display, SpO2 Sensor on 5- August 2022 at 11:01 pm for the sum of 2499 .the payment got successful and deducted from my gpay but no confirmation was recieved and the page got stuck there... No refund is done ..please look into it

      Raised a complaint of my product airdopes 131 viper green colour to replacement within the 7 days of the product delivery. The boat service sent a message that the pick up is to be done by Xpress bees, but the courier partner didn't come to me. After replacement timeline has over they sent me a message that the delivery partner was unable to contact me but I didn't receive any message or call from the delivery partner. After it I again raised a complaint on 9th of July and on 15th of July they picked up the product they checked it and sent me a message that the is replaced and it going to be sent through and on 20th July they sent me a message that my location was unable to be delivered and after I contacted the boat customer care but I didn't receive any solution for my problem and it's 5th of August. I want my product back. I want it as soon as possible.

        Hi this is Shinjini Bhowmick. I have bought Airdopes 621 from Boats last year on 10th October 2021 via online payment. On 30th July 2022 the device suddenly started acting abnormal. The left earbud stopped while I was on call. I checked the manual and went through all possible disconnecting/reconnecting, factory reset as written in manual. Nothing worked hence I had to contact their customer support for warranty claim. I did that on 3rd August 2022 and today on 5th August 2022 they got back to me saying the invoice attached was wrong.
        I have been trying to retrieve my invoice from everywhere but there are no options on their website or app. They dont reply to emails ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com), their calling options are not working neither whatsapp chat options even after replying the automated texts say they didnt get a reply back in whatsapp. Also there is no chat options in their website anymore (which was there previously).
        The invoice section doesnt have any “download button” It shows my order hasnt been delivered whereas it has been and on another page that shows too.
        I am in a dead end of contacting them in anyway.
        I have attached necessary documents below for better understand and proof. Please help me asap as they have given time till 12th of August 11:59 pm.

          Hi, I have raised complaint 26 July for boat earphone battery issue boat service center have been received I am waiting for same from 10 days no one responded from boat support. I already dropped mail[[protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com] 3 to 4 time but no any responded. Some time i thinking i will buy new earphone another company because of i need very urgent .

            On 8 july i registerd a warranty claim for my product service ticket no 22128347 after so many days and many calls thet said that ur product working properly so reject claim...on 22 july

            inform me that they deliver my original product i did not say anything to them and on 27 july they delivered the product and when i open the box the product is Missing and then i contacted them they said send mail consist of box...and then i sent and take some days to solve the issue and assure me that they solve the issue but today they said me plz contact with courier partner they did not help me in this...

            so plz take possible steps against it... instead of providing replacement they didn't not give my product...

              Payment failed but amount got debited

              On 27th July, 2022 midnight, I initiated a payment of ₹1499 against purchase of BOAT ROCKERZ 333 ANC via my RBL Credit card. While paying, the transition failed but the amount got debited from my Credit Card.

              Afterwards on 28th July, I again initiated a payment for the same product and that was successful and the order got placed.

                  Warranty claim replacement un completed

                  I complain warrenty claim on boat website on 14 July . They accepted my warranty . And send a courrier to return a product . I had been return my product to him . After 3-4 days they sent in ware house and they accepted my claim . They update status of my ticket no . Is PV claim accepted . On 23 July .                         Recently I had been scammed by an advertisement that had showed up on instagram for boat products where i had placed an order for a product and later realized that it was a fake website. My money got debited from my account but i did not get any updates regarding the product. Please do the needful so that we get our money back.                           I order a product from boat website 2 time by mistakenly and it is 24 hours ago I was trying to cancel it and I tried more than 100 times but it is still not cancelling it shows “Please Try Again Later!".
                          You need to realise how big of a brand you guys are and the uncomfortable feeling of not being able to cancel the order is pathetic.
                          So, I request you to please fix the problem and cancel my order as soon as possible.

                              This is Gourav Soni from Bawal, Distt- Rewari, Hr.
                              Recently on 23rd july i ordered 2 airdopes 131 matte black from boAt website and after 7 days finally i get my order...but after paying delivery guy 1998 rupees i opened my package and i got only one airdopes 131 and the second one is MISSING!!!

                              I tried to call courier service but they refuses to take any responsibility..

                              I tried to contact boAt via call on [protected], [protected] but they never connect in one dial attempt...these numbers take 20 aur 25 times dialing to connect wt[censored]

                              after attempt dialing many times i get a chance to talk with their agent and the agent said you have to write email on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com about this fraud.
                              so i wrote to them but even 24 or 48 hours later there is no response from them...very dissapointed!!
                              so i have no option to call them again and after 28 dial attempts i finally connect again with an agent and she said she (shuruti) want to hold my call for 2 minutes and guess what she took my 55 minutes and after then hangs up!!!

                              so i tried again dialing (18 attempts) and this time agent said he highlight the problem to the email team...but still on 1st august 2022 there is no response of any kind...nor a call back neither an email...shame on you boAt ...very poor service!!
