I had ordered a boAt watch Wave PRO for Rs.3299 on 6th June 2022 through boAt's official website. I paid through my UPI . Despite giving my phone number details and address, the amount was debited but the order was not placed. It has been 2 weeks since then as per the FAQ on the website, we waited for 5 to 7 working days. Neither my money was refunded nor was my order placed.

        I booked a boat smartwatch wave lite in active black i paid 1784rs from the phone pay app my payment was successful but didn't get any order I'd or email but i continued to get a order is in cart complete the payment. It's was on 17 June 2022 at 10pm. Kindly help me resolve the problem please

            I placed an order of Boat airdopes 141 ( cian cider) - Bluetooth wireless earbuds on boat Official app of Rs 1499.00 on 08 June 2022 . I got a discount coupon code on the product and successfully made payment of Rs.1349.10 on 08 June 2022, 9:28 am via Net Banking (union bank of india Online).

            But I did not received any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.

            Kindly look into my issue, either confirm my order or refund my amount as soon as possible.

                  I requested for replacement of product on same day I recieved due to not suitable to me. As per Boat policy they have not replaced the product. If same product if i had purchase from other than their website they will happily do replacement. so I think it's my really bad discussion to buy it from boat lifestyle website.

                    I didn't get any refund or parcel yet.

                                  Sir i ordered boat Rockerz 450 pro from Flipkart on 10th of June and got it on 13 th of June but when i am using it, it has flat sound and sound quality was poor. So sir i returned it and talked to Flipkart customer care but they said seller's policy is only for replacement, sir i want refund instead of replacement and my order's refund period is till 20th June. Still they are not giving my money back.
