I am complaining about service center in thane west near ganesh talkies( v care). Staff name vinod he checked my bill and directly said that you have to register complaint online for claiming warranty..He is very rude, we asked for steps to register complaint he said that call boat customer care they will tell you how to do that. He misbehaved with us..very bad customer service....

Hi have raised a complaint to repair by 3 year old sound bar having bluetooth connectivity issues but the company is denying to provide the service.
