I purchase boat avante bar 2000 160 online on Flipkart 0n nov. 15.2021 but my subwoofer is not working properly I registered complaint at customer care many times my ticket numbers date, 5/29/22. Ticket no:21202028, 5/31/22 ticket no:21202028, 6/8/22 ticket no:21379644 many times of registered the complaint but this is the answer i don't no what do

Payment done for offer earbud and not giving any id or not recieved earbuds.still no response.

I have order the airdrops 141 and it was having some noise problem so i replace it and then the product which came as a replacement was a defective peice now i dont want any more replacement i want my refund

Dear Team, i have already Registered a complaint on boat official site [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com.
And the issue is covered under it's warranty service.
I got the ticket id 21180061 and which should be resolved within 48 hours.
I sent the email on may 27th and still the issue not resolved.

I ordered boat airdopes 141 in boat lifestyle. The amount was deducted from my account but still I didn't get order details. The given order id is also not working.Please Inform the order details or refund my money...

I've tried ordering Boat primia smartwatch to gift to my father payment was done via netbanking via Paytm payments gateway, money was deducted from my account and after that page showed an error with paytm logo that due to technical error. I'm surprised to see there is no customer care number or chat bot or email ID mentioned on boat website basically there is no way to reach out to them for any order processing issues. Only way to reach out to them is if you have a technical issue with their products. Such a shame to not to have a customer support team for order processing and issues. I've emailed to boat at [protected]@imaginemarketingundia.com this seems to their sales query email but I used it since I'm not able to find any other official email ID. There hasn't been any acknowledgement or reply from boat or Paytm payments gateway to acknowledge that my order was failed and money will be refunded.
