        I have raised a request for my service of boat avante speakar and it has past one month their are not responding to my calls neither any information they are providing me my product is been useless from last one month after so many calls they are not replacing the product

          Hi sir
          I bought a headphone in sale for rs 799 and after two days it was cancelled. So again i ordered a new one. Both orders placed by credit card and it was prepaid. Then i received the second product on 11 june but haven't received any refund of my first product. Also its customers care service is not working. I am trying to call but number is dead. It seems that they are only selling china made products but didn't want to offer any service to the customers.

            I had raised a ticket for my Boat PartyPal 23 speaker since it's volume up/down down was not working on 30th April 2022. My product was picked up in first week of May 2022 and till date I haven't received the repaired or fresh product. I tried reaching Boat customer care executive several times each and every time I was assured that my product will be dispatched in 48hours. When I called the Boat customer care for the 4th time at the end of May 2022 they said my product is out of inventory. and I'll soon receive an alternate product and requesting approval mail. Same reason was given to me in the first week of June 2022. It's 15th June today I called Boat Customer care and they gave me the same reply that my product is out of inventory and I'll get mail for approving alternate product. But till date I haven't received any mail for alternate product approval neither my/alternate product replacement.

            I request you to check this on priority and kindly do the needful from your end.

                  I had register a complain of warranty claim on boat product because it is in warranty period. Iam successfully register a complain in boat website. After 2 days delivery boy collect the product. But status not update in boat website. My tickets number is 21266799.i don't know does boat company replace and send my product or not. Please send me the product in register adress. For this I shall greatful to you

                    Refund not initiated by IMAGINE MARKETING LIMITED (boAt) since 15 days. They always told that we informed our team but always no update by them. Also no reply on mail. No tracking system and biggest scam in india.

                          I have ordered a *Boat Rockers 255 Wireless headset* on Friday, June 10, 2022 through Boat app. Money got debited from my account through Paytm but did not reflect in the official Boat App. It's been 4 days since the order was made but did not receive any notification regarding the same.

                          I kindly request you to look into this matter and rectify the issue or refund the amount as soon as possible.

                            The order was given on 11/06/2022 for Trebel bassheads 100 earphones (green) from the official website of boat. The order was not placed but the amount has been deducted. The amount was Rs.363.10/- with discounted coupon applied.
                            When mailed about the same on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, the address is shown as invalid. Also when called on [protected] it is switched off or out of network.

                              I just got delivered airdopes 411 anc and next day i mailed a complaint to the company mail id but no responce it was regarding the bluetooths not connecting with my windows 10 network effeciently like stuttering happening, 1 earphone disconnects automatically, not connecting etc . even though its working my mobile, but its not my concern, i bought it to use for my laptop, in the mail i also asked if the comany can recommend some drive to install so it works but no response, either give money back or make it work by providing drive etc, i was delivered to me 2 days ago .

                              they should mention in thier website that if it works for windows or not .

                                I placed an order of boat rockerz 450 pro (black) yesterday worth 1399 INR from the official boat website.

                                The payment amount 1399 was deducted from my bank account but I still haven't gotten any info regarding the order, if it's confirmed or not.

                                Kindly look into this matter, if possible either confirm it or just give me a refund as soon as possible.

                                    I was ordered a product on 8th of June and it’s already a week but the product is not ready to single step further for delivery as the policy of boat its taking 4-5 days to delivery a product. I try to contact them over mail and phone number but the interesting thing is they didn’t even a single reply of my mails and calls . I think they don’t care about the customer. If they are not able to deliver a product in time or informing a customer about the product then why they keep the delivery segment.
