Exchange earphones in warranty period

      I requested for replacement of product on same day I recieved due to not suitable to me. As per Boat policy they have not replaced the product. If same product if i had purchase from other than their website they will happily do replacement. so I think it's my really bad discussion to buy it from boat lifestyle website.

        I didn't get any refund or parcel yet.

        Waiting for refund, till the time I didn't get any update about refund process.

            I'd ordered 2 Boat Airdopes on 9th June and on the same day I'd received a message that my order has been shipped. It's 17th June today and I didn't get any update from your side on my order nor received my order till now.

                I placed an order of Boat rockerz 255 neo( maroon) - Bluetooth wireless earphones on boat Official website of Rs 1299.00 on 16 June 2022 . I got a discount coupon code on the product and successfully made payment of Rs.1169.10 on 16June 2022, 03:43 pm via Paytm app

                But I did not received any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.

                Kindly look into my issue, either confirm my order or refund my amount as soon as possible

                      Sir i ordered boat Rockerz 450 pro from Flipkart on 10th of June and got it on 13 th of June but when i am using it, it has flat sound and sound quality was poor. So sir i returned it and talked to Flipkart customer care but they said seller's policy is only for replacement, sir i want refund instead of replacement and my order's refund period is till 20th June. Still they are not giving my money back.

                            I have paid 3399 RS for boat stone 1200 F olive colour on June 16 but i haven't recieved any confirmation on the order.one notification showed after ordering that i have to confirm the payment with the mechant.i have already sent mail to boat support but that mail is in the Queued status.As of now i haven't got any refund. I need a order confirmation or refund as soon as possible.
