I bought defy gravity zen earbuds and I got problem with it so i claim warranty and at the last day of my replacement product have to come i got message like it delivered but it not delivered yet please help!!

      I have filed a complaint regarding Boat earphone boAt Bassheads 103 Black Wired Headset (Black, In the Ear) which i purchased on january 2022 within 15 days of purchase which got no response and thus being patient as per the 3rd wave of covid i took it for granted. Later I sent the wakeup mail for the same problem of mine and got it resolved in more than a month.
      I received a replaced boAt Bassheads 103 Black Wired Headset (Black, In the Ear) which after 10 days of arrival showed more un-ignored problems than the earlier one.
      This is disgusting and is disturbing my professional chaos.
      I am just feeling cheated after this type of response from such a reputed company

        Worst Bluetooth headphones ever i have used till date,
        It automatically disconnect and connect back repeatedly.

              On 20th July 2022 I ordered a eyerphone and on boat official site step by step complete the process and online payment done and money deduction done but no order details show so i visit the main site and they say that it's will transfer money back 5-7 days but still I didn't get my money back also " They not answer emails and calls" I loose my complete trust on services.

                              I placed an order of boat airdopes 141 on boat official for Rs. 1449 on 20 june 2022. I got a discount coupon on product and successfully made a payment of Rs. 285 on 30 June 2022 via paytm
                              But I didn't receive any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.

                                I bought a boat wave pro smartwatch from Flipkart but you have a problem that it was restarting automatically so I complained to the boat's website and they rejected the request and they will drop it That I sent the wrong product Then I tried to call them but the call was not connected. Then I mailed them but they did not reply. They received my watch but did not. Please let me get the watch back. Please help

                                  Ordered the said Product through BOAT Website directly and the displayed price after discount was 799.Paid it online through GPay.

                                  Ordered Date - 08/06/2022
                                  Time - 02:15pm
                                  Received confirmation - same day immediately

                                  Without valid reason cancelled my order and sent a mail on 13/06/2022.Till date the refund also not received.

                                  Want Boat to deliver the product without any extra cost as well as compensate for trying to fool a consumer.

                                    I have ordered boat neckband( BOAT Rockerz 255 Pro Green-order id 2169417 ) from boat website directly. I received a damaged product. I requested for replacement on 20th June 2022. They already took my product and didn't replace it till now. Replacement status is showing delivered from 29th june 2022 in the site. But I didn't recieve the product till now. Their customer services are also not responding to my emails and call.
