On 20th July 2022 I ordered a eyerphone and on boat official site step by step complete the process and online payment done and money deduction done but no order details show so i visit the main site and they say that it's will transfer money back 5-7 days but still I didn't get my money back also " They not answer emails and calls" I loose my complete trust on services.

I was placing an order for a smartwatch, My amount got deducted but the order was not placed. Moreover I did not get the return.

Its been 3 days I got no reply from boat about my order. I have paid the amount and i just received payment successful email that's it. No email reply on my complaint.

My Order Id is 2190749, I Booked This Item at 15-june-2022, but still item not Delivered, If you are not delivered this product, so Please Give My Refund, every Day i spoke with your customer care, every person give me same answer, today i spoke with Ms. Pooja, She Hold My Call and after 5 minutes then Hang-up My Call, This Is your Service, Horrible, No one can understand my problem, What I Spose to do, Every Morning I see Date Was Bounce from ekart side, Give Me My Product Other Wise Refund My Amount As Soon As Possible, My contact Number Is [protected], [protected], my Mail ID = [protected]@gmail.com

I placed an order of boAt Rockerz 333 Pro on boat official for Rs. 1449 on 26 june 2022. So I didn't receive any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.
Kindly look into my issue, either confirm my order or refund my money as soon as possible...

I had send my earphones for warranty claim but they didn't send me back my earphones from 20 days.

I bought a boat wave pro smartwatch from Flipkart but you have a problem that it was restarting automatically so I complained to the boat's website and they rejected the request and they will drop it That I sent the wrong product Then I tried to call them but the call was not connected. Then I mailed them but they did not reply. They received my watch but did not. Please let me get the watch back. Please help

Without valid reason cancelled my order and sent a mail on 13/06/2022.Till date the refund also not received.

Want Boat to deliver the product without any extra cost as well as compensate for trying to fool a consumer.

I have ordered boat neckband( BOAT Rockerz 255 Pro Green-order id 2169417 ) from boat website directly. I received a damaged product. I requested for replacement on 20th June 2022. They already took my product and didn't replace it till now. Replacement status is showing delivered from 29th june 2022 in the site. But I didn't recieve the product till now. Their customer services are also not responding to my emails and call.

I had ordered wired earphones from the BOAT website on 9th of June. My order ID: 2157809 This isn't the first time I ordered from this site. This time I didn't get the product delivered. When I got the message that product was being returned I was at my home but the reason was not mentioned. After a week, I was told that product was returned because I was not availble at my address, which was false.
I started mailing the customer service which never responded. Later I called the customer care which after multiple tries picked the call. I was told to wait for 24-48 hrs for the reshipment which never happened till date.
Today, on 29th June 2022 I called after posting negative review on their site with the details . My review was verified but not published. My previous review was also not published.
I told the customer care person regarding the delay which she told it will delivered... God knows... I have lost hopes. I also complained about my review being hid from the public. There is no action on it yet. This is not acceptable.
Also, if you check the site only good reviews will be seen.
