I was trying to order boat earphones through the boat company site on 18th June 2022, during the payment using my federal bank debit card, the transaction got failed, but the money was debited from my account. It has been 10 days but the refund has not been received yet. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

I have ordered 2 TRebel Airdopes 601 ANC with order ID #1068 and 1073, but when I am trying to track it, it's saying order ID is invalid.
When I am trying to mail back the team, it is saying gmail id provided is invalid.
When called BOAT support, they said I ordered from a fake website.

I placed an order on 22nd June BoAt Watch Blaze Cherry Blossom.

But the colour you showed on the boat website is completely different
from the colour you delivered.

As you showed on the website its light pink colour and the colour you
delivered is dark pink which is not looking good.

So request you to please refund my amount.

Product was reached to the service center ok 14 June then todays 27 June but not recieved any update

My product is not delivered yet it's about 10days of the delivery and I have been running to service centre at empirial mall, Bareilly for 10days ... They have registered my complaint with another phone no. And placed my correct gmail ... Now they are dodging me .. for next day and next day 🥺🥺🥺 please go through my complaint 🙏🙏 I have been listening to my family for this Little product 🥺. I wish that should not buy the this head phone

Mene 3 baar apni problem ki complaint kri h pr abhi tk koi solution ni hua.
Mene 18 jan 2022 ko Amazon se avante sound bar 2050 purchase kiya tha jiska base speaker kaam ni kr rha .

uske regarding mene warranty claim kri thi jiska ticket number tha 21359075.
is complaint k baad boAt tarf se enginner ne visit bhi kiya or ye kehkar chle gye ki company se part aaega tb daal jaenge. lekin 20 days ho gye koi part ni aaya or call kro to Engineer kehta h ki 2 din m aa jaega yhi kehkar baat taal deta h or abto uska call bhi ni lag rha.

mene second time complaint kri jiska ticket no. tha 21539288 . Second complaint pr na to koi engineer aaya na koi call aaya.second complaint ka koi solution ni nikla.

please try to solve my problem

Dear Team,

I order boAt Rockerz 235 V2 from the boat office website through my Email ID [protected]@gmail.com and mobile No. [protected] without login dated 16.06.2022 - 06:20 PM and I paid that order via Cred App. Its payment ID is - pay_JiAhXC63Sn2gSG amounting to Rs 999. There is no order confirmation email or SMS I received from boAT yet.

Money was deducted from my account and order not placed, it's more than 7 days now

I have registered my complaint on 14june and complaint no 21465016 at the service centre at Bareilly (emperial mall)

Also I have not recieved any kind of message, i received message on my gmail and it scheduled my delivery on 19june but on 19june 5:10pm there was a message that my product is received. When then on 20june morning 11:30am i went upon the service centre at empirial mall and they told nothing !!!

I placed an order Rs - 5896 of below items on boAT official site on 24th June 2022 and after applying the discount coupon the final amount was - Rs 5, 625 which i paid through via Card Payment

1)boAt Bassheads 225 Made in India (x 1) - Rs 699
2)boAt Stone 500 (x 1) - Rs 1999
3)boAt Rockerz 103 Pro - Rs 899
4)boAt Immortal 1000D (x 1) - Rs 2299

However, to my surprise, I did not receive any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with the order details .
Kindly look into my issue, and please kindly assist in reverting back the amount

I placed order of boat earpods on dated 24 JUNE 2022 11:39 pm, as i paid through Paytm with amount 336 RS but after deducting money no confirmation mail or message I got so how can I track my order.

I had charging issues with my boat airdops 131 so I claimed warranty, but my claim was rejected saying that product description doesn't match and in return I received wrong product. The attached photo is not the product I claimed the warranty for.

30 may 2022 tarikh se aaj 23 June 2022 tak me har 48 hrs me apke customer care no pe call kr rha hu par muze sab yahi bolte hai k agle 48 hrs me apko mail aa jayega k kya issue hai par aaj tak koi mail nahi aya aur customer care se b kuchh pata nai chala sab yahai bolte hai k hamari team investigation kr rhi hai .. muze mera product milega ya nai kuchh answer nahi hai unke pass

I have purchased BOAT earbuds 138 in may month from one electronic shop of 1400/-. after some days right earbuds was not worked so i went to that shop he said raise the online complaint boat team will pickup your product after complaint and repair and return your product. i have raised product also picked by BLUEDART person. i got message of product that product received will confirm the status after checking.
after checking they given messaged to me your product is received damaged after receiving 4-5 days. and send me image link of damaged product. in that imaged i saw that my left earbuds was total damaged which is total in working condition before pickup.
total disappointed of BOAT fake service. because before pickup i was using my left side earbuds and now they told your left earbuds received damaged.

very third class service by BOAT.

i want replace new earbuds or money from BOAT.

I have raised a complaint for distorted noise of my Boat sound bar on 17th Oct 21.
Complaint ticket number - 3747768 is successfully approved by service team and got an acknowledgement regarding service visit for repair. Once the technician called me for repair when I was out of station, so I told him to plan for next day. After that no calls received and till date any service visit has NOT happened from Boat.
Major concern is they have cancelled the ticket without my knowledge.
Now they are telling they can't open the ticket again as its a old ticket.
Didn't expect such a poor response from a brand like Boat...

As I have raised the ticket within warranty period and they have closed the ticket without repair. I demand for a repair under warranty.

I ordered boat airdopes 131 from the boat app but i didnot receive any confirmation or tracking id on my order and money is debited from my account .. kindly refund my amount as i have placed an order again..
