My order ID 1908154. This order status Delivered Delivered On:25 Apr 2022. But item till not received . Yesterday I have received following SMS from Ekart " Ekart Update: We tried reaching you for shipment SRTP[protected]. Please call delivery executive today on [protected], pin 230.". So yesterday many time tried to contact this number . but every time got reply busy . Today also tried many times. I got replay invalid number . So, I am not able to contact courier . So I request you kindly deliver my item or refund my money.

    I have purchased Boat Rockerz 385v2Active Black using Cred platform which was delivered on 27/07/2021 having one year warranty period Now it's not working properly so I'm trying to replace it from last 3 months. I have sent various mails to Boat but every time they declined my request citing that I don't have proper invoice. I got this mail only when they deliver the product (Snapshot enclosed here with).

      Dear sir,

      i m complaint boat for warranty against ticket no[protected]. at the time of pickup courier partner confirmed the product as per boat guidelines but after few days later they mail me product mismatch but sir i don't know about that product they mailed me same day i mail and call they are i m regularly contacting boat team but still problem not resolved also the are delivering me that product that are not mine please help me sir i m already talk with boat team but they are not resolving my problem.

      also i m called to courier patner but they are not talking well.

      i request to you please look in this.

        Hi Team
        I have bought Boat rockerz 245 v2 through boat lifestyle app and my Order ID #1369925. Due to issue with my headset I am trying to claim warranty by attaching label billing but they saying that "The invoice uploaded by you for the service ticket number 21203846 is deemed incorrect due to Attachment is a Shipping label. Please upload a correct invoice copy " by June 7th. But I have not got any invoice copy for it except label billing and there is no option to generate Invoice in same boat lifestyle app. Hence kindly request you to get my invoice or guide the process on how to generate invoice in boat website.
        I have my tracker details, order id and even Shipped Cover and Label details but there is no option to get my invoice. Please help.

              I have brought a boat headphones on 7th of September recently I have faced a technical problem in one side of the ear bud I has been complaint many times on email as well as contact on number also but they did not solve my problem till now so please look into my problem as soon as possible

                We placed an order on 30 may 2022 .i.e. for boat bassheads 220 wired earphone (ordered copy attached). But we didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
                When we are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is yet to be dispatched. We will keep you informed every step of the way.)

                    I placed an order of "1 BOAT stone 352 speaker" on 24/05/2022 on BOAT's official app. The MONEY WAS DEDUCTED from my bank account but the ORDER WAS NOT PLACED and THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER.

                      I have purchased Smart Watch in April 2022.
                      The same is now not working from 25th May 2022.

                      Service center are also making excuses .. like time is over come in next week bla bla.. bla...

                      What to do after buying such expensive smart watch. it looks like company is cheating or quality control is very poor.

                      This should be address very positively else legal action can be taken

                                  I am Farheen. I placed an order of boAt Airdopes 441 Pro - Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds on boAt Official website, on May 14, 2022 and successfully made a payment of Rs.2499 on May 14, 11:23 p.m via Gpay.

                                  But I did not receive any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.

                                  Kindly look into my issue, either confirm my order or refund my amount, as soon as possible.

                                        I am complaining about service center in thane west near ganesh talkies( v care). Staff name vinod he checked my bill and directly said that you have to register complaint online for claiming warranty..He is very rude, we asked for steps to register complaint he said that call boat customer care they will tell you how to do that. He misbehaved with us..very bad customer service.
