Last day the delivery boy took away the earphones from me and still did not put the earphones in return
And he didn't even ask for any OTP at the time of earphone lete from me and said in that I will call Sam to you when OTP is given but he has not called yet or when I putcha by calling him then usne said I am dedi hai in company.
Please action immediately.

    I have received Boat airdopes 451 v2 - active black two days ago (on 3.6.2022). I ordered them from boat website only.

    I have been facing serious issues with calling while using the product. Even after factory reset and trying every possible thing mentioned on your website.

    Whenever I answer any call with airdopes on, they get disconnected from my phone. I have to manually use my phone to connect them again to use them and speak over call.

    While on call, people on the other side are complaining me that they can barely hear my voice on call. Either there is a continuous disturbance or the voice is very low.
    I have tested this by myself also. The mic is really bad.

    It has become super inconvenient for me to use them. I was so excited to use my first boat product but I extremely disappointed.

    Therefore, I request you to kindly replace my airdopes or give me refund. I will buy from another brand if you cannot fix them.

      I placed an order of " BOAT stone 352 speaker" on 24/05/2022 on BOAT's official app. The MONEY WAS DEDUCTED from my bank account but the ORDER WAS NOT PLACED and THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER.

      I have attached the Screenshot of the Transaction ID in this mail. Kindly check it from your side and Refund my money at the earliest.

        I ordered Boat Airdopes 161 on 24th May 2022 from official boAt website. The delivery date was 31st May 2022 when I ordered. Today date is 5th June 2022 and delivery date is showing 8th June 2022. It's almost 8 days late. Boat does not have any customer support. This is very bad experience. Please, help me.

                It's a security issues because it's connected to call audio and i can hear a voice of call aslo...

                  I have ordered for an airdopes 141 and a bassheads 220. I also made the online payment for the products. Bt when the products came there was no airdopes 141 inside the package. Instead of that there there was a product that i haven't ordered.

                  I need my product (airdopes 141) or the refund for the product immediately.

                      My order ID 1908154. This order status Delivered Delivered On:25 Apr 2022. But item till not received . Yesterday I have received following SMS from Ekart " Ekart Update: We tried reaching you for shipment SRTP[protected]. Please call delivery executive today on [protected], pin 230.". So yesterday many time tried to contact this number . but every time got reply busy . Today also tried many times. I got replay invalid number . So, I am not able to contact courier . So I request you kindly deliver my item or refund my money.

                        I have purchased Boat Rockerz 385v2Active Black using Cred platform which was delivered on 27/07/2021 having one year warranty period Now it's not working properly so I'm trying to replace it from last 3 months.                           i m complaint boat for warranty against ticket no[protected]. at the time of pickup courier partner confirmed the product as per boat guidelines but after few days later they mail me product mismatch but sir i don't know about that product they mailed me same day i mail and call they are i m regularly contacting boat team but still problem not resolved also the are delivering me that product that are not mine please help me sir i m already talk with boat team but they are not resolving my problem.

                            I have bought Boat rockerz 245 v2 through boat lifestyle app and my Order ID #1369925. Due to issue with my headset I am trying to claim warranty by attaching label billing but they saying that "The invoice uploaded by you for the service ticket number 21203846 is deemed incorrect due to Attachment is a Shipping label. Please upload a correct invoice copy " by June 7th. But I have not got any invoice copy for it except label billing and there is no option to generate Invoice in same boat lifestyle app. Hence kindly request you to get my invoice or guide the process on how to generate invoice in boat website.
                            I have my tracker details, order id and even Shipped Cover and Label details but there is no option to get my invoice. Please help.

                                    When we are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is yet to be dispatched. We will keep you informed every step of the way.)
