I ordered boat rockers 550 headphones and the company packaging clearly says that the box contains headphone, an AUX cable and an USB charging cable. The USB charging cable was missing from the box.

I ordered boat airpodes 141 and one side is not working. And i filled a complaint also but didn’t get a reply.

It's been 1 month but I don't get any reply from you for my refund He took Rs. 1149 from my account. Today is July 8, 2022. I have not received any product or my money has not come back yet. Please give me back my money, otherwise send me order boat 131. I hope you Please do something about it. Please take necessary action. I am annoyed. I am tired of talking to your customer care. I don't get any similar answer. Please give me back my money. I will also send you the receipt of the transaction and I will send you all the other information. Please help me

I purchased boat airdopes 131 on dated june 20, 2022 from flipkart but after 3 days i started facing problem as sound from one ear airdopes was not coming and getting some problems in charging also.
I therefore request you to do the needful as soon as possible because airdopes is under warranty period.

My product is in warranty. Did not repair after submitting multiple complaints

I have ordered boAt Airdopes 121 v2 blue.. During the transaction the order was failed and the amount was debited from an account and it was not refunded also the payment was successful after a day(july 5) but the product was not placed order so kindly check my order and return back my money into the account pls

I Bought Boat wired earphone basshead 225 from Boat website as they said on website that buy from website for genuine and true quality product. But my product is very bad quality. The earphone I bought was supposed to be Extra super bass quality, but it has very bad quality. It has high tribble and very low bass. It sounds harsh and irritating. I believe that it is a fake product that the boat has delivered me. I don't want to replace fake products. I want my money back. Boat website forcefully given option of only replacement not return. I want to return the product because I have lost trust on the company website about genuine product.

Their customer care number and complaint email id are also fake. It says the detail number and mail does not exist.

On call Bluetooth not working.

Sir. i have purchased boat wave conncect blueetoth calling smart watch on boat application on (19 june 2022 ) and paid amount of 3499/- and later i immediately on same day cancelled my product as delivery address was kept wrong...it has been more than 15 days but i have not received my amount ...amd i made multiple call to boat coustomer care and sent all my transaction details to their official email but refund has not been done... i kindly request you to take an action and ensure amount to be refunded as soon as possible

I had place a order in boat lifestyle website now its 3rd day they even not shipped yet but deducted my amount or if i try to control them they even not responding to my emails even though they had removed order cancellation option so they can fool me i just want the order to be delivered or else cancel and return my product track order option also not working just fooling me that's all🥺

Not charging and not connected airdopes

My boat stone 1400 model has stopped working since 3rd July 2022. I have contacted customer service center and they refuse to repair because the product is no longer under warranty. I am willing to pay for repairs but they claim they do not have the parts to do so. It is an expensive product and the company expects me to simply throw it away. This is unacceptable behavior. Not only is this a matter of financial waste, this also generates further E-waste and is detrimental to the environment. Companies must be held accountable for their faulty products and consumers must not be punished so for no reason whatsoever.

I have registered a complaint on boat on 15-june-2022. Ticket no is 21496596.

On 21-june-2022 service center received my product for servicing and on 25-june-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get anything from courier on this. I checked with courier and they didn't received my call
I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

I Bought boAt Aavante Bar 1500 sound bar on 10/10/2021 that is stop working last 3 months. After claiming warranty for the last 3 months and generating 2 tickets[protected] &[protected] and talking to customer support assistant more than 40 times, after all no service is provided by the boat. I think I made a big mistake by buying a boat product.

We launched a complaint with BOAT (2 headphones were not working). The service agent from xpressbees came over to collect them. However, the company has received only 1 headphone.
