My name is Jyotsna C and I purchased boAt Rockerz 255 in-Ear Earphones with 8 Hours Battery, IPX5, Bluetooth V5.0 and Voice Assistant(Blue Ocean) | B07T8GQV54 (B07T8GQV54 HSN:8517629) from amazon on 5th november 2021. It malfunctioned by February 2022 and I gave it to a nearby boat authorised service centre as per instructions. I received an email saying that my complaint has been resolved and the ticket is closed. but till today, almost 2 months after giving my earphones for repair, I have not received my replacement. When I contacted the customer care, they informed me that I will receive the replacement from the service centre. The service centre is saying that they haven't received any replacement product in my name and their duty is only to collect the replacement item. Further, they have informed us that they are closing down.
Then I emailed the grievance redressal contact itcare.[protected]@gmail.com and apart from pointing fingers at service centre, my issue was not resolved.
So it has been tiresome work to get a replacement for a faulty product which is well within the warranty period from BoAT. If you can not carry out a replacement, at least try to give a refund. The heights o[censored]nprofessionalism is unparalleled, from customer service to service centre partners. I am attaching the copy of my invoice and forwarding the mail which has been sent to you by the service centre. Kindly go through them and please do the needful.

[Resolved] Boat — Payment deducted but order not confirmed.

I am Adhishti. I placed an order of Boat rockerz 245v2 on boAt Official website, on may 16 and successfully made a payment of Rs.929.00 on may 16, 09:45 via bajaj wallet.
But I did not receive any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.
Kindly look into my issue, either confirm my order or refund my amount, as soon as possible.
