    Hi have raised a complaint to repair by 3 year old sound bar having bluetooth connectivity issues but the company is denying to provide the service. They are asking to provide the invoice which I have already provided which I got from Tata cliq. Now they are saying the invoice is invalid. I have asked them to provide service on chargeable which they are also denying. Please look into this.

          I had bought a boat airdropes 138 black and after few days the left earbud stopped working. I contacted the boat team and the delivery agent had took the product with him, next day he came back and asked for the box and went back, its been 1 month and i dint get any respond then i contacted the customer care and they said they dint receive the product for service. They dont take the responsibility the service is also very poor, the boat customer care line is busy all the time. Now what do i do

            I purchased boAt Immortal 200 active black on 14 May. My order number is 2022643. My order arrived on 20 May in my city. but I didn't get any response from the delivery service. when I tried to track my package they just rescheduled my delivery again and again and extended the estimated delivery date regularly. They just showed my address's pin code miss match but I provide the accurate address I ordered all my previous packages on. Even I purchased some books online on 18 May and they delivered my package on 21 to my address. I also contact boat customer support providers 4 times regularly and they just said my order will be delivered on a given estimated date by their courier service but the estimated date is just getting extended day by day from 20 May.

                I have purchased boat airdopes 402 in feb, after using it for 3 months, , left pod is not working, why you people are selling defective product, all your service centre in hyderabad are closed, not even 1 contact number is in working condition. All are switched off, then what is the use of trusting it.. It's a fake company with popular brand ambassador, I want replacement, in the form of kind or cash..

                  I have already applied a complaint about that i ordered an boat rockerz 330 from boat website but i didn't log in it so there is no information about me but my money was transfer successful to them but after 3 week i register this as complaint then they response then that said they will refund my money within 7 days but its been more than 7 days i didn't review my money but they said that that refunded my money successfully

                    I have ordered my product on 4 may 2022 and now it is 25 may 2022 and I haven’t received my order yet.Now they r saying that the order is lost n they can’t deliver my order. They r not giving my refund back. I have written so many mails but their team is not responding.And not giving any update. I just want my money back

                      One side of the earphone is getting drained fast. Battery got weak i guess but it is getting charged. The other side is working without any problem. I have boAt Airdopes 433 version. I have bought it 4 months ago.

                            I have ordered boat wireless head set BOAT Rockerz 255 Pro Darkslateblue on 17/05/2022 through https://www.boat-lifestyle.com and ordered number generated and I received a mail from boat with Order Number: #2037561.

                            After couple of days I received mail and SMS from shipRocket that your order have delivered at around 9 pm on 20thMay2022 with AWB No. : SRTP[protected] . But none of ShipRocket product delivered and no one from shipRocket/boAt have contacted on delivery.

                            I have tried contact boat and shiprocket call centers, their contacts doesn't exists, even I have e-mailed boAt and shipRocket to the below mentioed e-mail Ids. so far No response from them.
                            boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Same thing happened to me but the order tracking status still show that the product is not delivered. I ordered my headphones on 8th May 2022, still no delivery. I think most of the problem is their logistics partner who are responsible to bring the products to the costumers. Did you get any solution from this website??

                              Hi I have purchased a Avante bar 2000 since bought i have been facing issue the techiniation who has visited last time he said the product would be replaced i[censored] face the issue again and this is the 4th time facing the same issue with the same product would appreciate if the device is replaced even the customer care executive are to rood on the call pathatic service is provided by Boat company.

                                      I had purchased Airdopes 131 Black from Flipkart on 22nd April, 2022. After 15 days, the left earbud stopped working due to battery low. When i kept it for charging, it wasnt getting charged. I went to the service centre with the query but they told me that they can't replace it since its a physical damage. The product was already damaged and I got to know about the same after 15 days naturally since the battery lasts for 15 days and till then the return period got over.
