My soundbar is not working from past 3 months, i have raised 2 to 3 request(3391630, 3168426) & called 5 to 6 times customer care, 2 to 3 engineers visited & they changed board two times but no use still my soundbar is down. now there is no proper response from customer care too, i was not expecting this from BOAT side.If not able to resolve issue plz replace it. After purchasing the produce if it doesn't works whts the use of it.

Complaint marked as Resolved My soundbar was not working from past 4 months, i have raised 2 to 3 request (3391630, 3168426, 3779757) & called 8 to 10 times customer care, 2 to 3 engineers visited to my home & they changed board 2 to 3 times but it was no use still my soundbar was down. After that there was no proper response from customer care too, i was not expecting this from BOAT side. Finally somehow engineer has resolved issue 10 days back now my soundbar is working fine.
Now the thing is that my Boat device warranty is going to end in next month I have waited more than 4 months to resolve issue & 4 months warrant period I have lost. After purchasing the produce if I doesn't utilize warranty period what’s the use of it. My request is that plz help me to extend my boat device warranty for next 4 months. So that I can utilize warranty period.
