Boat complaint ticket no3107260.we handed over the smart watch to delivery person for warranty replacement in the first week of August 2021.Till date we didn't received the product.we contacted through [protected]. But property not responding. So please take necessary action and send the item at the earliest.

    I have purchased new Boat avante 2000 soundbar from flipkart two months ago but only after 1 month distorted sound coming out from soundbar.
    I have raise complaint to boat customer care but still no resolution has been provided in whole month.
    Taking follow up daily but no response.
    What can I do.

      My earphones stopped working from yesterday night .it was working fine until yesterday evening.There are no signs of it getting turned on or off and there is no blue light or red light displaying while charging. Kindly help me with replacement as I purchased the product only 4 months ago.

        I am facing issue with my boat rugby speaker. For that battery issue I have raised complaint on 13th April 2021 and ticket number is "2253702". And in the request status i could see replacement product issues and i got the replaced product on 30th May 2021. It took more than 30 day to get replaced product.
        Actually the product is not replaced one i got the same product which i used. After that i tried the speaker turned on and it is not working. So i thought because of low battery. I pluged in and tried after some time and result is same it is not turning on.

        I raised another complaint on 30th May, request number "2436181". And status is showing warranty expired.

        What can i do now? Speaker issue not resolved yet and product warranty expired because of your delayed delivery and fooled me by giving the complaint product back. Instead of providing replaced one.

        The issue is already been escalated, and they having the source and evidence. They accepted the issue and created a ticket by them self "33509547". After 2-3 week the ticket closed automatically without doing anything and again i called support team and they said you raised another ticket number they will resolve earlier, so i raised again "3592001" and in that also they provided the update is warranty period expired.

        I need my speaker back with perfect condition because i loved that product very much and i love boat products. I hope you can resolve this issue as earlier.

        For this, i have called customer support 13-15 time and everytime they were telling "no worries issue will resolve within 2 days" now it took more than 6 month. Still issue not yet resolved.

        I really fed up with this issue and i having all the phone records which i talked with customer care. Please help me to resolve this issue.

            One side of my earphones was not so i submitted a complain. They took the pickup on 2 oct and it's been more than 10 days that i have not received my pickup. Since 9th October its showing whhandover.
            I have continuously trying to contact boat customer service but there is no response from their side.
            They neither reply to my mail nor receive my call.

              One side of my earphone was not working so I put a complain on boat . They took my earphone for repair under warranty . The expected delivery was 9th october but it is not delivered yet .there is no response of my any mail .the statua ia showing that it reaches my area but 3 days jave paased it hasn't come yet.

                I went to the service centre got my product checked and they told me to wait for upto 20 days, i got their contact info too. Upon receiving the product 10 days later, the product was duplicate, i knew it from the touch and the charging was not type c but it certainly came with the type c USB cable. Now I’m trying to call the concerned and texted them on whatsapp which they suggested but they just leave me on read and do not answer my calls.

                    Dear sir
                    As I have complained about my neckband earlier . With the effort of me and your boat team, I got a new neckband boat rockrez255 pro(navy blue ) but I am not satisfied with this item due to its low performance and its price as well . So please, I am requesting to you please bring it back . And send me my same gadgets boat rockerz 333 or refund my money back . I hope my issue will resolve soon.

                      I have ordered (Order ID 884465) my product on 4th Oct, 2021 from boat official website and the expected delivery was by 7th Oct, 2021. But they are changing the expected delivery date every day. Not sure why the delivery is too late.

                      The delivery courier agent is Delhivery Surface standar and tracking ID is [protected]. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

                      I had ordered (Order ID 884465) my product on 4th Oct, 2021 from boat official website and the expected delivery was by 7th Oct, 2021. But they were changing the expected delivery date every day. Not sure why the delivery was too late.

                      The delivery courier agent is Delhivery(Shiprocket) and tracking ID was [protected].

                      Firstly, it took a huge time to deliver the product (the product firstly reached the destination hub and then it went to some other destination) and now they have delivered me a fake lead in place of Boat Airdopes 381. Additionally the outer packing was sealed and the inner package was teared...the box is of Boat Airdopes 381 but the charging case and earbuds are missing. I want a return of this product. There is no invoice in the package so attaching the image of things which I have received.

                      Very Very Disappointed with the product...Please look into the matter ASAP.

                          My order number is 865945. I returned my order on 4 th October 2021. Its showing in the official site that they refunded the amount. But I don't receive any refund amount yet. And they are responding to the mails.
