      Complaint regarding product replacement and the entire replacement process

      Worst experience with boat
      A few months ago I purchased boat rockerz 335 ocean blue. One day I experience, , d a power on failure. Since my butt was in warranty I claimed for a repairment. Further, boat delivery partner took my product and delivered a replaced product after 25 days. Unfortunately the product I recieved was new but again a faulty product. Hence, I claimed for another replacement on the same day I recieved the new product....

        Boat has the worst customer service ever. They hang up the calls and never call you back. I had returned a product under warranty and now the product is missing. It's been almost a month and I have no idea where my product is. I will never ever buy another thing from this brand neither will ever recommend it to anybody. Worst customer care and support.

            The order I placed was not able to delivered, so I was supposed to get a refund. On contacting the executives I was asked to wait till 4 October. But the due date has passed and there is no response yet. I request to respond me as soon as possible.

              Smartwatch

              I purchased smartwatch from Flipkart... Now watch did not work properly... when I connect with my mobile then their were no notification show of messages, call etc...
              My watch is now in warenty period so please resolve it fast....

              I have purchased the Boat flat 240 M USB cable(OrderID - 844147) from boat offical website, then this happened where I have spoiled my Mom's(Realme) and My(Vivo V15 pro) Smartphone completely by paying Rs. 287. Both gets rebooted, but mine is not turning ON without charges, this started happening since i connected both these devices on Charging using this cable bought through Boat.
              On your portal its mentioned that its compatible with all Micro USB devices.
              Now who will bare repair charges for smartphones.

                I brought boat Strom watch in July, now it is not showing proper time and not even connecting to device. There is no physical damage or improper handling.

                Even after trying to connect to with customer care none are responding.

                      Courier partner XpressBees received my product on dated 11 Sep 2021 for returning process and updated on portal that customer not available.
                      He dispatched it on dated 17 Sep 2021and 24 September it reached for complaint solution.
                      After that no response found till not. I have raised so many queries about my product but no response found ever. Really I found worst service ever.

                      On dated 14th Oct 2021 he responded that we would like to inform you that, the Rockerz 335 is temporarily
                      discontinued due to production challenges and hence we are unable to provide the
                      same for warranty replacement purposes. As a result of the aforementioned situation, we would like to offer you Rockerz 385
                      V2 (“upgraded product”) which has a 40 Hours battery backup, premium build and
                      higher selling price.
                      In case no response is received within 48 hours, it will be deemed as if, you have
                      given your confirmation for the same and we will ship the upgraded product to
                      your registered address.
                      Yet there is amount difference is both but anything is better than nothing so i get agreed to take this but till today where is my product i don't know. Really i'm very disappointed with the service and never suggest anyone to purchase product from this company. My personal experience is a worst service provider BoAT is.

                          My soundbar is not working from past 3 months, i have raised 2 to 3 request(3391630, 3168426) & called 5 to 6 times customer care, 2 to 3 engineers visited & they changed board two times but no use still my soundbar is down. now there is no proper response from customer care too, i was not expecting this from BOAT side.If not able to resolve issue plz replace it. After purchasing the produce if it doesn't works whts the use of it.

                          My soundbar was not working from past 4 months, i have raised 2 to 3 request (3391630, 3168426, 3779757) & called 8 to 10 times customer care, 2 to 3 engineers visited to my home & they changed board 2 to 3 times but it was no use still my soundbar was down. After that there was no proper response from customer care too, i was not expecting this from BOAT side. Finally somehow engineer has resolved issue 10 days back now my soundbar is working fine. Now the thing is that my Boat device warranty is going to end in next month I have waited more than 4 months to resolve issue & 4 months warrant period I have lost. After purchasing the produce if I doesn't utilize warranty period what’s the use of it. My request is that plz help me to extend my boat device warranty for next 4 months. So that I can utilize warranty period.

                          After almost 4 months waiting issue has been resolved thanks for boat Team.

                          Now my Boat device warranty is going to end in next month, plz help me to extend my boat device warranty for next 4 months.

                                    I brought the boat airdop 131 on 27/9/2021 from myntra.com i opened it on 3/10/2021 as i gifted it to some one special but when we tried pairing it one side was not working, what i observed is, when i search bluetooth devices on mobile i can see two different airdope on search list which means both earphones are not getting interconnected, i tried doing factory reset as per instruction provided by Boat along with product box but it is not working, when checked with myntra they dont have return or exchange policy foe this product.
