    I boat sound bar avante 1198 on 05-08-21.
    Hardly within 1 week i got problem on sound distortion.
    I complained about it on their website.
    Without sorting the problem they went and again i complained 4 more times but no one ever visited my house for service.
    I paid 4500 rupees for the product and i had worst experience buying this product.
    Kindly help me to resolve this problem as this is the only hope for me.

      I bought a smartwatch of boat company model is boat xtend. But now my watch is not working well when I restart my watch battery declined by 5 to 10 percent and some time I can not even control music and from yesterday my watch is not notifying my whatsapp messages please resolve my problem as it is in guarantee period.

        Warranty replacement product is taking too much time to got inwarded at boat service center and usually Warranty return period for my area is 10 days now 16 days over and from Oct 5 the product is showing inwarding in 2 days but now already 6 days and counting

            I have cancelled the boats airpods with order no 767092. I recieved a message on 5th sep that I will get a refund in 5 to 7 buisness days.
            Now it's been more than 1 month i did not recieved the refund. Whenever i call customer care they say that they have escalated it to the concerned team. Pathetic and worst service. I just want my refund back.

                I bought boat basshead 225 wired earphones from your app on 14-sep-2021 and product delivered on 20-sep-2021 but when I tried to to get invoice from your app /website your chatbot said that your product is not dispatched yet. My order id is 817797 . Please send me my invoice.

                  I placed order through boat site for Boat Rockerz 255 Black.AWB ([protected]).
                  I haven't received head phones but I received message that product is delivered.
                  They did fraud, and for complaints also they don't have any any proper contact information.

                  Same issue with me

                      Boat rockerz bluetooth headphone not turning on

                      Dear team,
                      this is to inform that i purchased a boat rockerz 385v2 wireless neckband headphone on 25th august 2021 from amazon...At starting it was working fine but yesterday it stopped working and now its not turning on...I have tried many times by restarting it but its not turning on..Kindly look in to matter solve the proble exchange the product or repair it but any how solve th problem ..I am sharing the invoice copy....

                            Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 29th September after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                            I had registered complaint on 22 September with a ticket number 3493010. The product was collected from me on 23th September and the service center received on 29th of september. when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 5th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
                            Till now i didn't receive my product,
                            I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

                              The estimated delivery date was 6 oct but today is 9 october, I tracked my order it is returing to RTO . Talking to customer care from last 3 days no response from their side.

                                I bought a pair of BoAt earphones in Dec 2020 which had a one year warranty. Recently, the wires had started wearing out and both the sides became non-functional. I had the invoice I got from Flipkart while purchasing these earphones. I had sent a email to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com requesting for a replacement. Within 8 days, I got a new product delivered to my doorstep. The entire process was very seamless. BoAt arranged to pick up the defective product from my home, checked it and sanctioned a replacement which was then delivered to my home. I was regularly updated of the progress through email and sms. I felt very happy and I am very satisfied with their prompt service. They made my day :)

                                    I ordered Boat airdopes 131 on 18th September and cancelled it on the same day. I did online payment of Rs. 1299. It's 8th of October now, and I am yet to receive my amount back. I called the customer care number, they responded and assured my 7 days after my cancellation. It's going to be almost a month. I request the company to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought the above mentioned bluetooth headset from Flipkart on 27th April 2021 for INR 1799.
                                      It has a warranty of 1 year on it.
                                      Order id :: OD[protected]

                                      The left earpiece does not work at all even after a 3 hour charging. The right earpiece works for only half an hour. I feel my money got wasted. I would be happy with a refund or a replacement.
