Airdopes 138 warranty issue

Bought an airdopes 138 for my frie d and since not working properly, registered a complent(complaint no 2866239) under warranty and the produict was picked up by xpressbees on d 30th july 2021 and he did not give an aknowledge slip. Buy i received an AWB No - [protected]). The product reached imagine / boAt service centre.

It is almost 2months... The replacement or d same product is yet to be received.

I am tring to complain for warranty exchange to customer suppert but unable to Do This.

Please suggest how i exchange this without going anywhere(store).

            On 12 Aug I arranged a pickup of my boatEarbuds 138 black which i hardly used 3-4 days they had manufacturing defect, A boy from Xpressbess courrier came to collect the product but When I'm trying to check status through ticket id it is showing that Delhivery Cancelled my Return pickup and When I'm checking through Xpressbess website it showing that product is Handed to warehouse Its 2 oct but there is no response from anywhere I tried hardly to communicate with customers care but no response

                My name is Satyanarayana Lingiri. I have bought a boat AVANTE BAR 2000 through flipkart. But within 5 months of buying the subwoofer of the product is not working. Despite reaching service centres of BOAT in HYD I have denied service owing to the reason that they don't repair the subwoofer. despite raising several complaints I didn't get my problem solved.                                 It is such a worst customer service. never faced this type of problem from the customer service employees. I have given my product for the service within the warranty time but then the company told me that my invoice was invalid n asked me to send it again. when I called them, they said the same n I asked if it would be valid even though the print of the invoice is faded they said yes and once I send them they said they would contact me through email. it is been 2 months since I resent my invoice. today when I called customer service they said the issue ticket number itself is invalid but I don't understand how is it invalid when I got an issue ticket number .they have 3rd party services as imagine marketing. the customer services have told me that the product ticket is not approved by the company but then I told them that it is approved as I got the number and they told me that it is approved by the 3rd party services and not the company. I told them it's the whole responsibility of the company to take the product once sent. n also told me that to send the product n register it properly. I asked them if the product is not with me then how can I register it again then they said sorry ma'am. every time when I asked about the same the customer services have told me that they would connect us with the technical support team n just hung it up. I call them all they say is sorry ma'am for the inconvenience but there is no further progress. On their website, it says that we get the product by 12 to 20 working days but it's been more than that. all I need is my product back.

                                    I purchased one boat audio product which wireless airphone (airdope-31) from Myntra on 25 Jun 2021.but I received the product which was damage product as per Myntra policy product was not be return.because of that I trying to visit nearest service centre boat product. One day I visit nearest service centre they said that we have availability of this product so visit on site complaint online. That aslo I tried written mail to boat complaint mail id but no one responding on that mail.in current situation of covid I do not have possible to connect in some month from product purchasing because I m not filling well. So I request you boat audio company do not make fool to someone. Make your service better give me the exchange of this product. I already get irritated beacuse of this condition.
