Hi,

I have registered ticket on boat for headphone which is not working properly and they arrange the replacement. I have sent my item through delhivery courier on 1st October which are they arranged. Still there is no update on this. I contacted the boat support item but no update on this.

    I ordered Boat Xtend Watch from boat website and payment deducted from my Paytm wallet but I didn’t receive order id but and I unable to track my order status. It’s showing empty on boat platform.
    They are not responding my any query or not receiving my calls I tried to call on boat since morning.
    I am sharing supporting attachment of my payment screenshot for your reference.
    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
    And place my order.
    boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Please refund my amount against boat xtend watch.
    I unable to see my order status on boat official website also not received my payment return in my account.
    They are not receiving my calls and not replying of my mails.

          I have registered a complaint for my Boat Airdopes 481 v2 Black which was under warranty to the boat team .
          I had made this purchase through Flipkart on January 24, 2021(Order ID : OD[protected], it had Bluetooth connectivity issues so I registered a complaint on August 18, 2021 and this item was picked up from me on August 21, 2021 for a repair at the boat service center . After waiting for almost after 1 month as there was no update on this complaint, I used to check the complaint details daily for any update but there were non .Finally I gave a call to the boat customer service center, they kept saying just that we have forwarded the details ahead and you will hear back soon regarding this . After multiple calls on of the agents from boat team told me that this item was out of stock for replacement and that is the reason it is taking so long . They also helped me with a available item that was in the same price and had the same features and asked me to send a request for exchange to a email address which they mentioned (attached screenshots of this email ). As a reply to this email, I waited for almost 15 days and they gave a resolution with a exchange for some other item that is Boat rockers 385 V2 neck band, worth Rs.877 .I had placed the order for Boat Airdopes 481 v2 Black for Rs.2999 on Flipkart .Also on checking this exchange item is a neckband and I had ordered for Airdopes which are completely different with all features and also does not meet my requirement .

          Without any prior notice the boat team had shipped out this exchange item and I directly received a email staying that we have proceeded the exchange and closed this request . I send a email to them again stating all the differences in both the items that is the Boat Airdopes 481 v2 Black and Boat rockers 385 V2 neck band, but I received a pathetic reply from the team asking me to elaborate the issue .So again I gave a call to the customer service team and and the agent informed me to take photos of this item received in exchange, when I had not even received the item and the item showed as delivered on their end .So I cannot accept that exchange and now they says that the exchange item is also been delivered to you which is not true . I have also raised this complaint of Delivery with the courier team that is delhivery.com (Tracking # :[protected].

          I desire to get the exchange for the very same item or with Airdopes itself with the same price range .

            I have sent my earphones to boAt servive center via XpressBees. It's been 20 days approximately and I haven't received my earphones back, the warranty of which would be expired in the month of July 2022. The status as on 1st Oct till today has been " it is delivered at their service center" and at Xpress bees it is "WHHandover" and no action has been taken so far.

            The earphones were booked under the name of Dhruvi Jain.

                  I boat sound bar avante 1198 on 05-08-21.
                  Hardly within 1 week i got problem on sound distortion.
                  I complained about it on their website.
                  Without sorting the problem they went and again i complained 4 more times but no one ever visited my house for service.
                  I paid 4500 rupees for the product and i had worst experience buying this product.
                  Kindly help me to resolve this problem as this is the only hope for me.

                      Warranty replacement product is taking too much time to got inwarded at boat service center and usually Warranty return period for my area is 10 days now 16 days over and from Oct 5 the product is showing inwarding in 2 days but now already 6 days and counting

                          I have cancelled the boats airpods with order no 767092. I recieved a message on 5th sep that I will get a refund in 5 to 7 buisness days.
                          Now it's been more than 1 month i did not recieved the refund. Whenever i call customer care they say that they have escalated it to the concerned team. Pathetic and worst service. I just want my refund back.

                                    Boat rockerz bluetooth headphone not turning on

                                    Dear team,
                                    this is to inform that i purchased a boat rockerz 385v2 wireless neckband headphone on 25th august 2021 from amazon...At starting it was working fine but yesterday it stopped working and now its not turning on...I have tried many times by restarting it but its not turning on..Kindly look in to matter solve the proble exchange the product or repair it but any how solve th problem ..I am sharing the invoice copy....
