Hi,
This is to inform that I've placed order on 6th of October. Your support people told me that will be delivered on 10th which I've accepted. Later they told that will be delivered later due to some issues and estimated delivery will be on 16th. I'm not satisfied but even though I thought that's okay.
Now they are saying that will be delivered on 20th.
Whats going on ?
Are you guys scaming people ?
I think I'm getting wrong product in place of original that is for sure.
How many decades will you guys take to deliver a small product?
Is this the right thing?
I'm going to post all over on social media if I'm not going to get product
If it is going to delivered on 20th then I don't need this product anymore
I want refund, if not deliver it by tomorrow or else day after tomorrow,
You guys have only 2 days to get it close
If not I'll post on all social media that boAt are scammers and post all the proofs which I've with me.

    3 days before I had ordered a wired earphone of ₹299 but i didn't get any order related information through mail or sms and money deducted from my paytm wallet, boat site showed that payment doesn't procceed due to technical issues.

          I purchased boat airdopes 131 black from boat lifestyle site in feb end this year.
          However since last week the right earbud is not switching on at all. There is no light indication on it also. Just the left earbud is working. This product is under warranty and can be replaced. So I contacted boat customer care and informed them the same.

          I do not have the invoice with me since its been 8months since the purchase. But the registered mobile no and email account i provided them. But they r not helping at all

          These things happen. Not always the customer has the bills but then obviously they have all records. They can check n get the copy of invoice from their records. Why trouble me.
          Ive already spoken to customer care so many times. Told them to direct me to someone whi can help me. But no luck.

          I need to change these earphones.

            I registered 3 compliant that number was 3638700, 3638750, 3638915 on oct 5 th, i received mail on 7/10/21
            that day courier person called and collected parcel from me, they given pickup receipt no[protected] on delhivery courier, i given boAt 335 earphone,
            next day other courier person was called they asked for same item i told already given the PARCEL, after they told waybill no[protected], i verifed
            i given the parcel to other way bill no, that ticket no 3638700, now i what will do
            now i have not charging cable ticket id 3638700, not we received mail in this ticket no, courier people also not taking the item,
            how to contact boat people, we sent the mail so many times no reply
            i compliant customer care number also, no use
            i am not used one day also

            ple give the need full service

                                My neckband stopped working from yesterday, it was working fine Until yesterday evening. There is no signs of it getting turned on or off and there is no blue light and red light Displaying while Charging. Kindly help me with replacement as my product is within warranty period.

                                  Have ordered in the month of jul 21 and after 3 months it stopped working so replaced it again after 1 week it's same issue not working also no response from customer care now I don't want replacement I want refund as this product is pathetic.
