I have registered a complaint for my Boat Airdopes 481 v2 Black which was under warranty to the boat team .
I had made this purchase through Flipkart on January 24, 2021(Order ID : OD[protected], it had Bluetooth connectivity issues so I registered a complaint on August 18, 2021 and this item was picked up from me on August 21, 2021 for a repair at the boat service center . After waiting for almost after 1 month as there was no update on this complaint, I used to check the complaint details daily for any update but there were non .Finally I gave a call to the boat customer service center, they kept saying just that we have forwarded the details ahead and you will hear back soon regarding this . After multiple calls on of the agents from boat team told me that this item was out of stock for replacement and that is the reason it is taking so long . They also helped me with a available item that was in the same price and had the same features and asked me to send a request for exchange to a email address which they mentioned (attached screenshots of this email ). As a reply to this email, I waited for almost 15 days and they gave a resolution with a exchange for some other item that is Boat rockers 385 V2 neck band, worth Rs.877 .I had placed the order for Boat Airdopes 481 v2 Black for Rs.2999 on Flipkart .Also on checking this exchange item is a neckband and I had ordered for Airdopes which are completely different with all features and also does not meet my requirement .
Without any prior notice the boat team had shipped out this exchange item and I directly received a email staying that we have proceeded the exchange and closed this request . I send a email to them again stating all the differences in both the items that is the Boat Airdopes 481 v2 Black and Boat rockers 385 V2 neck band, but I received a pathetic reply from the team asking me to elaborate the issue .So again I gave a call to the customer service team and and the agent informed me to take photos of this item received in exchange, when I had not even received the item and the item showed as delivered on their end .So I cannot accept that exchange and now they says that the exchange item is also been delivered to you which is not true . I have also raised this complaint of Delivery with the courier team that is delhivery.com (Tracking # :[protected].
I desire to get the exchange for the very same item or with Airdopes itself with the same price range .
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I unable to see my order status on boat official website also not received my payment return in my account.
They are not receiving my calls and not replying of my mails.
