    The earphones turn on even inside the case and sometimes even if I turn them off manually they are still on.
    Also, they don't connect automatically sometimes. I have to turn them on manually .
    Moreover, the voice rises and slows down automatically.

        I bought boat aaVante sound bar through Amazon. After three months, that was not worked. I register a complaint through boat lifestyle. Com, for Warenty clime. After 7days Teqnician is call me. Open the sound bar for riparing.he told me part is sent boat compeny, after they will send spare part.
        But spare part is not send at this time also. My complaint ticket no is... 2144365.

              The boat's Bluetooth headphones were taken away 1 month ago and have been handed over to the service center. His ticket no. 3669745. They informed me by mail that we do not have your model 338, we will give 385. I said okay give any but give but give. After that I call every day, I am told every day that the product will reach you in 7 days but the same every day. I'm really bored.
              One has to wait for half an hour to call the customer service and time is wasted there.
              Do not give. The boat service is very poor. I regret it. 1 simple message but do not reply.
              If you really want to serve the customer somewhere, do the work on time otherwise let me know you can't offer your product as we do. The 3 customer employees I spoke to are of no use. Please reply to my complaint. My Mo Na [protected]

                        Dear team,
                        I purchased boat rockerz 385v2 neckband bluetooth headphone from amazon on 25th august 2021...There was continuous proble with pairing and and automatically gets disconnected..i am hugely disappointed with the product...and from yesterday its not getting on...not working t all..as its in warranty perios kindly exchange the product ith fine product..its my highly request to you to kindly exchange the product...waiting for positive feedback from your side.For more details i am sharing the invoice copy .

                          My ticket Id is 3701697, .they have picked up my product from my home, there was no communication over a call for pickup the product and then directly courier person came nand picked up the product there is no confirmation from them to picking up the product..also whenever I called to customer care, was waiting more than 15mintiues to connect..but it would be fine due to corona..but even was waiting those time to speak with care people, ar finally cut the call and inform to us.will call u back shortly
                          Is this kind of service they are giving..I didn't expect being a good company and there is no regional language centers and then very very poor service
                          My product has not has completed 6 months lots of problems it is having..
                          Kindly take a step against them and needs to know the status of my product has taken from my home...

                                    They send a email regarding the damaged product is now temporarily
                                    discontinued due to production challenges and hence we are unable to provide the
                                    same for warranty replacement purposes.so they told that they will send a upgraded product after 2 days but now I have been 1 week and I called the customer service they told like the same within 2 days but the same it is showing in the tracking

                                      Company website is designed in such a way, customer will get confused and no idea where he can get required information.
                                      After going to service center, company issues an invoice where in tracking number is not clearly mentioned. There are no clear instruction which number to be referred as tracking id.
                                      Its just a business of making customer fools.
